Went it to get a new sim card since the previous one failed. I showed up 15 minutes after they opened, they had a few employees not doing anything, I asked the lady outside if there was ANY WAY POSSIBLE I can get this done fast and her response was only Wait your turn. When I was able to get helped by a tech that same lady stated See sir it just takes patience. After that she refused to give the tech a sim card in spite of me so the tech had to go get one from the back. When they got me all setup, they gave me a completely wrong number. I had to call Verizon Tech support who stated that the employee would have had to have gone OUT of his way in order to give me the wrong number. Every time I have come to this location they have been unprofessional and rude (No wonder security is on site). I wish there was other autorized dealers around that I can go to for corporate needs instead of this poorly managed store. To top it off, I have a diesease to where I am sesnitive to light and I have to wear sunglasses for the first part of the day. The tech that purposely gave me the wrong number said Whats up man, comming in here looking like the flash.

On my second appointment (first was cancelled by Verizon), I explained my problem to Joanna the store manager. She returned to helping another customer which was fine because he was ahead of me. After a half hour of waiting, Joanna came out and somehow diagnosed the problem, as needing a new Sim card. Okay, however because my name was not on my sisters account, even though the telephone number is, before I can get a new Sim card, she would need to be with me with ID to add me to the account so the problem could be fixed. Apparently Joanna decided she was too busy to be of any help. So I guess I can just keep my useless phone. I now have a very poor opinion of both Verizon and Joanna. Jim.

Waiting outside while two customers SIT at the counter to obviously set up new service/plan.... a very lengthy process.Rep came outside to put our names on a waiting list instead of just helping those that arent needing long, drawn out services.All I wanted was to swap out a defective accessory.They really need to have a better way of providing customer service.

Excellent customer service! I usually dread coming into a Verizon store because of the long waits and bad customer service. Today was a different story, I went in and was helped within 2 min. Sam was the rep that assisted me with picking up my new phone and with multiple questions concerning my current plan. He caught that I was not receiving my military discount and assisted me with updating my account. I was extremely happy with the overall experience.

Big red head guy was rude to me. I drove all the way to the store, not realizing on curbside was available. My one year old dropped my phone, so I automatically went to the store to buy a new one. The guy quickly challenges me like curbside is common knowledge. Then he advises me to order on through my phone or on the computer. I reminded him that I didnt have a phone and if could order me one. They are unable to do so, so I left.

Great staff. Gets pretty packed so highly recommend making an appointment online before popping in. Also, not a ton of space to sit so be prepared to stand if you have a bit of a wait. Oh, and the center itself is busy and parking can be challenging.

I had a great employee that helped me with trying to solve the never ending problem of going over my data. After that I bough the Verizon note pad and ended up getting a smart watch. I felt comfortable with the information this employee was saying and I will definitely only see this employee for help. Unfortunately I have waited over 30 minutes before so it is not always rosy.

Ive been going to this Verizon for many many years to check out whats new in the phones or speakers or other electronic stuff that they have as well as pay my bill some of the times. The staff is very knowledgeable of the items they have in the store and what I like is they take the time to explain things to you. You always greeted with a smile and the store is very well-kept and very open to move around in. This is a very nice Verizon store to check out the newest things and lectronics.

We went there today and they were happy to sell us a $1000 phone and assessors and as soon as we paid they were pushing us out the door. We payed for the phone they put it in a bag and told us to go home and Program it ourselves. At least they could have told us about Smart Switch which transfers all your old contents off your old phone on to your new phone. For being a Verizon customer for over 11 years this is probably the worst customer service Ive ever got and a lady actually argued with me over installing a screen protector. Supposably this is a corporate office for Verizon.When all said and done we are all nothing but a number in the system and prophets in their pockets.

Verizon is a rip off. I told them I was unlimited data and they charged $10 per gig? how is that unlimited data ?? I actually stayed loyal with my contract for 2 years and got another phone for another 2 years. But during that second phone I switched to T-Mobile for actually unlimited data and no bullshit. But when I disconnected my phone they charged me my fees and I left 3 months had passed and I received a letter saying I havent been paying my bill for those 3 months that have passed and my payments had went to collections. I went into the store and told them I had canceled it and that why are they recharging me all over again. They took to long to help me and they wouldnt answer my questions directly. At the end I had to repay that fee in which it had increased compared to my previous cancelation fee. I got mad and I paid and never went back. My sister in law had the same problem and they had never canceled her phone either which went to collections.I would never go back to T-Mobile not even knowing that they have deals because there deals are still expensive and there no such things as unlimited data in Verizon so save some money and go to a different phone company.

I live in West Covina and travel all the way to Moreno Valley to purchase my new Verizon products. The salesmans name is Jero I use to go to Ontario then they transferred him to Moreno Valley so I go there now. All employees greet you at the door and are more than eager to help you.

My experience with Verizon was terrible. I still am getting overcharged, ive spoken with 3 different representatives. My text messages, and calls have been ignored. I have been told some credits have not been added to my account, when I asked why is by bill extremely high. And yet there is no changes to my bill. Be careful with Verizon, they are not trustworthy. And try to fool you with their adding up on calculator. I would not recommend them.

Ive been a client with Verizon for so many years and when I went to go exchange a phone for another the representative that was helping me looked so annoyed and showed no willingness to help, any question that I had was not helpful, didnt explain anything. I was there for an hour when the process could have been a bit faster and more pleasant. Within that time, I was just getting frustrated because I wasnt getting the help I needed. THERE WAS NO HELP OR WILLINGNESS WITHIN THAT TIME. I hated my experience

I was here just to finish paying off a phone off the and the floor assistant manager Charles made us wait for an hour and he was instead of helping the people in line they were helping people who just walked in and everyone who was working here were just messing around not doing jack around the store. Im telling you man bad customer service. Its crazy how Ive been with the company for 14 years and this is how they treat loyal customers thats a load!

They had 5 people on staff but only 2 people capable of helping customers. When I walked in they told me I had one person in front of me and it would only take 5-10 minutes to be helped. 40 minutes later one of the employees that was helping customers sat down to watch the dodger game. Do not go to this store. On multiple occasions and had problems with reps being honest and upfront. When I originally switched from T-Mobile (13 year customer) I was told there was a phone that was free if I started new service. Come to find out Im paying 500+ dollars for the phone. Second time I add an iPad to my plan and they charged me full price when I was quoted 100 dollars as the sale. Poor poor poor quality of service.

I have been to this store several times and have received great service every time. Our most recent visit involved several transactions and purchases, including upgrades of two cell phones, purchase of the HUM car connectivity gadget and service, and purchase of several accessories. We were helped by Angel Amaya who was awesome in his product knowledge and ability to explain things in non-technical terms. He has a very attractive personality, was easy to talk to, and he spent a lot of time with us. We were also helped by Mike Safaie, the store Manager, who was terrific. Mike and Angel offered us a very good deal on the Hum device and on an iPad upgrade. Unfortunately, my husband did not want to take the iPad deal because he is a non-user (hard to believe, isnt it?) but I will think fondly of that deal for a long time as the one that got away....I think that selling telecom services and devices involves a lot of complexities that are not apparent to the majority of users. Angel Amaya and Mike Safaie did a great job leading us through these complexities and we appreciated their help immensely!

I can sum up this store very easily in one sentence regarding their customer service: Cant be bothered. Now if youd like some specifics, here was my experience with this very horrible store: Ive been a Verizon customer for 13 years and have visited Verizon stores several times over the years, but have never had a worse customer service experience than I did on 8/14 at approx 1:45pm. My LG G4 had completely died from a known hardware issue and I took it in to initiate the replacement process as it was still under the 1st years warranty. My phone was originally purchased by my girlfriend, but was given to me as a gift, at which time I activated it on my account. I had been using it for several months, but after it died I switched my sim card back to my old Moto X so that I still had a phone in the meantime. As soon as the rep saw the Moto X on my account, he claimed that the Moto X was out of warranty. I explained that that wasnt the phone at issue, but it was the G4 that died. I even had the original G4 receipt to show that it was still under a 1 year manufacturer warranty. He talked to another rep, but came back saying that they couldnt do anything because the IMEI didnt match what showed at my account. I showed him the IMEI from the receipt did indeed match the dead phone I had in my hand, but both reps were completely hung up on the fact that the G4 didnt currently show up on my account because of the sim swap. I further tried to explain to both reps that that my girlfriend had also given an additional G4 to my sister as a gift last year and it too died right away, yet my sister was able to have her Verizon store take care of it even though it didnt show up in her account and was also originally purchased by my girlfriend. VZ reps insisted that I had to go through the manufacturer because I wasnt the original purchaser, and that that invalidated the 1 year warranty. I knew this was incorrect as people purchase phones to give as gifts all the time, but one VZ rep insisted that she was correct and told me to let her finish when I tried to interrupt her erroneous reasoning, and the other rep said there is no debate/discussion and that they could not help. They never even once tried to look at my defective phone, and as soon as they found a(n) (erroneous) reason not to help me, they tried to shut me down when I tried to further explain the matter. Conversely, when I called *611 to get assistance, I had no problem at all with phone rep who immediately was able to look into my account and see that I was covered not only by the 1 year manufacturer warranty, but that I was also covered under the extended warranty that I pay $3 a month for. If the store reps had bothered to look further into the matter, they would have been able to see that I had the extended warrant and that the G4 had the known hardware issue, but they of course couldnt be bothered and refused to offer any kind of service other then pawning me off on the manufacturer. Not cool, Verizon. I found that whole store experience very upsetting, and walked out when they made it perfectly clear that they were unwilling to help. I will never return to that store again, and I cant help but wonder how many other longtime, paying Verizon customers they are making feel unwelcome by refusing to provided any kind of service; especially after seeing some of the other reviews here that are entirely consistent with the experience I also had.

I hate this store no one in here is professional i went in to exchange a phone cuz it did not work and they told me they could not help becouse i was on pre paid which is not true at all I am on a 2 year contract!! These people are just ridiculous. 611 will tell you one thing then the store will say its not true and tell me something different. Hate this store if it was not for Sarah I would not even go at alll. I will deal with is Sarah she is so nice and really takes her time to help people.
