If I could give a ZERO I would.My T-Mobile experience has been a disaster!We were told one price at the store and were billed a different amount :(Conveniently the sales associate will tell you they cannot give you a copy of what they are promising at the time of purchase. National Supervisor confirms saying it takes 30-60 days to calculate what your are paying.First store manager Damon agreed and promised a credit twice and it would hit anyday...Repeated calls to new T-Mobile and the store manager Nomond have gone nowhere.When they do actually answer the phone the manager Nomond is always just stepped away and never returns calls. I did get ahold of him when he answered the phone and he said he never returns calls till he has an answer, But he would absolutely call me back Monday...That was 3 weeks ago.Over 60 calls to fix the issue has resulted in both the old store manager Damon and Jennifer at the national number promising a credit. Now a national supervisor is telling us that she will not do it even though she concedes we were told it was coming!!!She says we have to go back to the store and start over,,,,,, REALLY???We have now been lied to or misled by 3 different T-Mobile reps...ALL promising a credit but it doesnt come.T-Mobile and this store has provided one of the WORST customer service experiences Ive ever had.And their cell service sucks is not even close to what they promise!T-Mobile has not performed as promised :(AVOIDAVOIDAVOID

We were very happy with the store manager Damon. He was not pushy, made eye contact and didnt try to over sell merchandise. I have to go back in a few weeks and will only go to this store. 🙂

Horrible customer service! Buyer beware! You cannot use your data and make calls at the same time. For example, if youre using maps, as I do for directions, and someone calls you, maps instantly stops giving you directions and you become lost, have to pull over. Or if youre on the phone with someone and want to meet somewhere, you cant go online to see if youre close. Its one or the other. I didnt even know this was still possible! Bet they dont tell you that when you sign up! They throw these amazing deals in your face, but dont disclose that minor detail. I had T-mobile. Was quite happy with it. I got sucked in with good deals only to find out that the customer service is terrible once youre theirs and you have to choose between date or phone calls.

I had a great experience with Armando M. Although I did not buy a phone here, he helped me update my replacement phone and change my service. Armando was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. I will come to this store next time Im ready to get my new phone.

After rough a experience at Verison Wireless, my family and I decided that it was about time we changed carriers. We entered the store and were instantly greeted by David Jenkins, one of the store employees. He thoroughly explained the plans that Sprint had to offer and helped us have a very smooth transition from Verizon to Sprint. We are very pleased with how everything went, especially with the phenomenal customer service.

They are very professional and make you feel completely comfortable . Although they made me miss class trying to switch to a new phone it was completely worth it. Two thumbs up.

Me and my grandmother came in today to switch from Verizon to Sprint. David assisted us and was super helpful and provided excellent service. He and his associates are a great example of teamwork multi tasking to help each other out and as well help the clients in front of them including ourselves. Fantastic! Thats how Id describe my experience .David and Dylan went above and beyond. They didnt stop til I had saved every penny I could. A truly amazing time. They were more than happy to see every customer in there. Whenever we hit a bump along the purchase, David wouldnt be stopped, he called everyone and their mother to get me everything I could ever want. I cant say enough about em, keep being awesome guys

These people are horrible they put up a great front and seem to be the best and extremely helpful only for my bill to be WAY more than I was told and they never paid of my device I traded in which means I got stuck paying for a device I dont even have because they took it! I am extremely disappointed! And my phone is non-stop messing up as well... long story short is they are shaddy...

I went to the store today to upgrade my Samsung Galaxy 6 to a Galaxy 8. The store manager David Jenkins assisted me . I had a 10:00 a.m. appointment was done by 1130 . He was having to help other people in between and other sales associates yet I was still out of there in 90 minutes with a new phone. He was very patient and offered great customer service.

My wife and I went in to get new phones. We were there for three days. They did not know how to transfer our old phone to the new ones we got. They said it was due to WiFi. I couldnt believe it was for three days. One of the employees made my wife cry. Luckily I was not there when that happen because I had to go to work. When I went the third day they act like nothing happen. They also charged my wife five times for a bundle deal they didnt even give her the stuff. I will never go back there.

Manrrique Took the time to explain everything to me in detail. I was very hesitant about getting a new phone but he gave me all the pros and the cons to each phone. He kept me in my price range and helped me to get good deals. He was very patient and very thorough in all of his explanations. I did not leave there feeling like I was taken advantage of but rather taken very good care of.Ask for Manrrique when you go! He will take GREAT care of you!Also Jessica was amazing! She stepped in to help me connect my I watch to my new phone.This new team they hired is Wonderful!!!

Dec 2018 I bought my new phones & was given the Sprint Drive. Soon after my car battery kept dying. I had to have it towed to the dealer 4 different times with the same problem.Idea- took Sprint drive out. Hasnt died since.

This store was very rude to me I walked in with some questions and problems about my iPhone 7 Plus and they just turned me away they never even looked at my phone or considered even helping me all they did was try to sell me a Samsung they pushed me right out the door very rude I would never come to the store again. So literally about an hour later I called Apple support and they had my issue fixed within 40 minutes I would call your Apple tech-support before ever going to the store don’t waste your time.

I was dreading going into Sprint at this location because of my past experiences but its the closest location to me so I thought Id give it another try. Im glad I did. Diego the Manger greeted me when I walked in and I explained the problem I was having with my phone. Even though they no longer have a tech at this location Diego was offered to look at my phone since he had the knowledge from working at other locations with techs, and it would save me the inconvenience of having to go to an other location. He fixed my phone, he was very professional and courteous. He also let me know that the store was under new management and new staff. I would gladly return to this store and highly recommend it to all my friends and family.

Went in to check my account, however, without my PIN# they couldnt help me. Even with my Drivers license and all other identification I had with me they still couldnt help me. They directed me to the corporate store on Tyler, however, when I asked what time they closed the guy said I would have to find out. Like, seriously? You couldnt even tell me? You had 1 customer inside the store and 2 employees. You, the guy I talked to, was just sitting on your butt when I walked in. So irritated with Sprint right now!!

I went to sprint store to pay my bill and they said its $3 extra for the convince fee, $3 Isnt alot but if its a sprint store I should not be charged extra for paying my bill, and then the guy working rudely said were independently owned, but as I went out the door its written small, very misleading, I thought I was going to an actual sprint store.
