(If I can include parts if the video I will).My daughter purchased a car from Drive Time Used cars located on Indiana Rd, in Riverside, CA on a Friday night. She had 2 mechanics look at and both said that she needed to return the car. By the time she finished work on Saturday it was too late. Drive Time was closed on Sunday. We returned it today and had the unfortunate experience of dealing with DAVID.Initially, I asked him to let me speak to the manager, he refused. He told me that the manager wasnt going to speak with me and refused to provide any contact information. I asked for his name and refused to provide that either. The only way I was able to ascertain DAVIDS name is because in the STATE OF CALIFORNIA YOU HAVE TO POST YOUR LICENSE TO OPERATE IN PLAIN VIEW. They had tried to hide this behind a plant but I found it.He states several times (on camera) that he isnt going to tell me his name and that he isnt going to tell me the name of the manager or the name of the area director. Then, looks directly into the camera and lies by saying that he provided the information when in fact, he did not. He refused to call the AD and/ or reach out to the Gen Manager. This place is awful!! I think theres an assumption that because of the location they can provide subpar service and then simply refuse to cooperate when called out on it.I will be reaching out to their cooperate offices - but will need to get contact info first. We purchased a car from a reputable dealer down the street so all was not lost on DAVIDS ineptitude.He refused to provide the information but did threaten to call the police when I began recording him. I told him to go right ahead and call them. He did and the policemen who arrived on the scene were professional, courtesy, and extremely understanding.

Isidro was amazing!! Got us out of a here in the perfect car for the perfect price!! It took weeks to find the right car until we came to drivetime and bought my dream car in less than an hour!!

I had zero credit and was able to get the car I wanted! I had Isidro help me over phone and text and he was a huge help. By the time I came in it only took me 30 minutes to get in nd get out! It was relatively quick and easy and Id recommend drivetime and isidro if you have no credit and want to try and find yourself a used car.

Fast and Honest everything they told me over the phone they kept there word was out driving my new baby less than 45m. ( asking as you have all your paperwork ready to go )

You would think that somewhere in the three times they reached out to confirm my appointment they would have mentioned they had scheduled an appointment with another customer for the exact same time and exact same car. Instead, I had to wait for an hour while this person went through the process of testing out the car I had driven an hour and a half to look at. This was while being treated as an inconvenience by the “salesman”, who did no more than try and get me to decide if I wanted to purchase any upgrades before even looking at the car and then unlock it from a distance so we could see it.

Isidro is really nice and hopefully and fast I recommend come to Drive time riverside and ask for him or David both was nice and helpful

So I bought a car from them a month ago. Till this day I haven’t been able to drive it. The day I drive it off the lot it had problems. I thought to go through the warranty first. It didn’t work. It’s the worst warranty they offer. Don’t opt in for the extended warranty. Just don’t buy from this company. They lie to you. They erase codes. I’m filing a lawsuit against this company.

Absolute worst customer service I’ve ever experienced at a dealership. My approval and income wasn’t a factor here; bad customer service played a big part. Surprisingly, the pushy manager David Contreraswas the rude/disrespectful one. His customer service and proper etiquette could use some work. Very poor customer service. I was disgusted with his bad attitude and lack of respect. I hope corporate sees this. If you are shopping for a car here, RUN!!

One star because they sold me a car with bad breaks. I reached out to try to get the issue fixed because I think its ridiculous to have to pay for a brake job when you just purchased a vehicle I received pretty much no help Ive had the car for less than a month. When we were doing the paperwork for the car they guaranteed me that everything was in good working order. When you purchase a vehicle from this location make sure you take it to get a safety inspection as soon as possible dont trust them when they say everything is okay with the car.

UPDATED REVIEW: Ive changed the five star rating down to a one because six months after trading my vehicle in here, Im still receiving traffic violations from whomever is driving around the vehicle I traded in. The problem is, the traded vehicle is STILL registered to me, which means those traffic violations are being sent to my address in my name! Drive time was supposed to notify the DMV of the trade in and have the registration of the old vehicle taken out of my name, but they did not. As a result, Ive got about 8 separate violations to contest. As soon as I get that vehicle out of my name, Ill be taking my business elsewhere. I shouldve done more research on this company before giving them my business. They are unprofessional in my honest opinion and I wouldnt recommend them to anyone. If youre in a bind for a car, Carmax is much better than these folks.*****************************As soon as I walked in (the 2nd time), Shane was ready to help me. We went to the lot and picked out a couple cars, but the first car he opened was the one I drove home in! Shane was courteous and helped get me a lower interest rate on my contract, which helped me out in the long run. He also answered all my questions and left me without wonder. Great job, Shane! **Update: The day after driving the vehicle I decided I didnt want the vehicle . So I took the it back. I didnt have any issues. I then was helped out by CJ. I also had time to look at other vehicles in person. I was also able go through prices and down payments that would give me the payment I wanted. I was also able to ask about things that werent so clear to me.overall my second experience gave me more time and opportunity that I needed to find the right car.That I didnt have the first time. I gave the 4 stars because the vehicle I wanted had very used tires on it and according to them that selling a used car in California has very low standards on tire quality and they are going to maintain that standard in their quality of tires they sell with some of their vehicles.also they only give one key. *First experience: The entire deal went very smooth . Shane was a great help in helping me finding the right price and vehicle for me. Everyone was very helpful.

He walked from the door to the front desk making sure he listen to every request I had and made sure I knew they were going to take care of me. Once I was approved he sent me over to Bo! Let me just say not only is she super informative and nice but she knew exactly what I loved but also took time out to get me the best car to fit my lifestyle financially! I went to the location in riverside and Ms. Terry is the best!!!!! She helped me so much and was very patient when it came me, since it was my first time EVER buying a car off the lot. The first car I went for process took all of 2 hours.... but after completing the checklist on the car, I notice I few damages and Ms. Terry quickly took me out the sale and help me find the same car but a year newer at another dealership, and she even took the time to go get it personally. I truly recommend DriveTime if you are first time buying or even just need something right now. I put down as low as $600 so I’m sure she can help anyone get into something.
