Mike bounced a payoff check to Mercedes (trade-in) causing me all kinds of problems. It’s been over six months and he has still not processed registration on Bentley. I’m driving around an unregistered vehicle. Going into litigation, I would be very careful doing business here. He did manage to find a very high interest rate loan despite my prime credit. Very sketchy dealership.Update July 20, 2020.Although it took 9 months, Black Label did get the registration completed in July of 2020 (Vehicle Purchase was 11/19). They covered the difference in NV vs Cali registration as a sign of good faith, about ~$1500.

I drive 2 hs to go over there with previous apoinment by phone some day. And when arrive was closed. I call back he say come back other day

I contacted the dealership with interest in a car. The dealer Sam said that the car was out of the shop to be painted. He took my number and said he would keep me updated when it came back in. Well, 3 subsequent inquiries, all made by ME and not a single update from the dealer Sam. On the 3rd message, he said it had sold. Really? Now that is really absolutely zero customer service. Maybe he is lazy or just doesnt know how to follow up with people. That is not a good impression of a dealership that I had interest in purchasing some nice luxury cars from.

Bought a 2001 Porsche 911 Turbo in April 2018, and was told it was serviced by a guy that knew Porsche. Well, it was all a lie. The engine oil was overfilled for starters. My transmission let go about 3 months ago and the shop looking at it says the transmission fluid looks as if it was never changed, and now I need a new transmission. I have had nothing but problems with the car. Buyer beware, because they will lie to make a sell, even if it is as simple as hood struts. Take your money elsewhere.

Today i decided to buy myself an early christmas present, i stumbled upon Black Label Auto Firm when I was driving down indiana, the yellow ferrari parked outside caught my attention. Unfortunately my dream car is out of my price range, so i opted to buy the stunning grey mini cooper that was on the lot. Gio was very helpful even after finding out that my credit score is subprime, he managed to get me approved through one of the banks they work with. Although there were some hiccups Gio didn’t give up and spoke to everyone he could to get me approved. i would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking to get a decent ride for the right price without getting screwed over like the other dealerships would. He also gave me a full tank of gas and got the car freshly detailed before i drove it off the lot. i’m one happy gal! also there’s an in n out down the street while you’re waiting for approval lol

Purchased my 2012 F458 italia from here. these guys were really honest and really easy to work with, i had a ppi done and car passed every check, they got me financed and we were done in less than 4 days. They definatley earned my business and all my friends and family as well. Hard to get good deals from high end stores and this boutique is one of them that actually cares. A small auto firm but carry many very nice, clean and excellent used cars. I just bought my 2010 Mercedes Benz S550 at this place on 4-23-2018. I found this place on Cargurus. I called the company on Sunday 4-22-18 to find out the availability of the used Mercedes car that I wanted to see. Although the company was closed on Sunday, Jaycee (Saleman) did pick up the phone and talked to me about the car is available. He then immediately sent me a text message regarding to company information and address. I came to see the car on Monday, Jaycee was there wwwhelping me to view the car, answering nicely and honesly to many questions that I needed to know about the car, never pushing or pressuring me to buy the car, I felt very comfortable when dealing with Jaycee electing to buy the car. After buying the car through him, he filled my car with full tank of gasoline before I drove home. This my first buying car at Black Label Auto Company. I travelled around 100 miles one way to this company to see the car, I am very satisfied and loved the car I bought, very please with Jaycee help and service of this company. Incredibly poor experience. Contacted them about a car that was posted for sale online, they had very poor communication and followup for days while they struggled to figure out if they even wanted to sell the car in the first place, and then proceeded to sell the car out from under me to a local buyer despite my clearly expressed interest. And not even so much as the decency as a response when I asked to speak to a manager about the experience afterwards. This place is the literal definition of terrible customer service.
