I could not be more pleased with how helpful their customer service rep Sam was! Not only were my questions answered promptly, but they went above and beyond in helping us find the best pieces for making our upcoming Princess Party event beautiful and magical! Would def recommend them and plan on using them again in the future!UPDATE: So we just had our event and these banners are even more amazing in person!!! They looked so royal outside for our guests to walk through! I cant wait to use them again for something!!!

If I could give this company no stars, I would. First, this company has no official online ordering form. Everything is through an email to a sales department. Our order was for blue flags with white lettering. ALL of our emails stated this. The proof picture that was sent by FFN showed blue flags with white letters. When our business office was sent an email with the hardware information, we approved this. However, a few weeks later, FFN delivered to us purple flags with white lettering. After many phone calls and emails to straighten this mistake out- FFN continued to say we never stated what flag color and purple is their default color so the order just went in as purple. As you can see in the picture, the proof FFN sent is a blue flag/white lettering. The rude and condescending sales people told us this is what I approved. I forwarded them the MANY email communications and a picture of the PROOF they sent ME.... all stating blue flags, white letters as seen in the picture. Their side of the story is that I approved what was sent(the flag hardware) and there was a miscommunication with my business office. Nope. They made a huge error on their end. They offered to reprint for half price and told us if we continued to question our purple flag order they would not do business with US. They need to have an official online ordering form and instead of dealing with 5 different sales people, maybe have one FFN person assigned to one customer. The emails I received from them were sometimes signed and sometimes not- so I never knew with whom I was dealing with- Never giving this company another penny.*****After reading FFN rebuttal, I have to shake my head. When I asked to see the proof that I approved, I was resent the flag hardware email with a black and white picture of flags- NO COLOR mentioned anywhere. Again, the many emails back and forth specifically stated blue flags (School Colors). Also questioning my honesty and integrity when I have all the emails is beyond insulting. I am finished responding to this ridiculousness. Get yourself a professional online order form - not emails with attachments and have one salesperson per customer not 4!****

We ordered 12 ft flags - one stock and one custom. Customer service was very helpful and product was delivered in timely manner. The flags are of excellent quality, and we get many compliments. Thank you!

Manager Sam was very rude and condescending. Asked to speak to OWNER and he stated the owner doesnt speak to customers. BBB will be hearing from me!I sent an email......I requested a letter with a explanation about how the account was handled. The Manager Sam, I spoke to was very rude and kept interrupting me every time I tried to speak. I expressed that to him as well and he stopped. He also stated I was attacking him...which I was not in any way form or fashion. His response and his behavior in handling this situation is far from any educated manager. As a business owner no employee shall treat customers in this way.

I would give this 6 stars if I could! I was recommended from a friend and couldn’t be any happier. The customer service was perfect by being quick and responsive. I started off with 2 large feather flags but ended up getting 2 more because it was definitely worth it. The staff also helped me fix my design because I needed a little help and it was better than before. Thank you to feather flag nation for the amazing products.

I have ordered from them before with no issues. This last order got lost by the post office. The customer service has been amazing helping me get a replacement product sent. They have been quick to respond and so kind! I will continue to use and recommend them to anyone looking for business products!!

I really cant say enough about how quick and courteous the staff at Feather Flag Nation was when it came to helping me with our flag orders. Whether it was answering a question or helping us with artwork, they were always organized and extremely helpful. Our school without a doubt wasnt one of their bigger customers, but they sure made us feel that way.

Wish there were a way to give ZERO Stars.... I spent $1200 with this company for several air dancers and 2 blowers at the end of January 2019 didnt start using the products until the end of February and one of the 2 blowers stopped working even though we take immaculate care of our products because theyre not cheap. Got in touch with feather flag and they will not stand behind their products even though we did nothing wrong to cause this. There are other companies out there that will give you a one year warranty so with that being said run from these guys and go somewhere else to get better service in the long run. We only got 5 months use out a $260 faulty blower. Unbelievable.......

I ordered a 3x5 custom flag PAID for it but for some reason they wouldnt make my flag. After I repeatedly emailed them to proceed with the order which they emailed me about and still would not process my order. I dont understand stand why this company is 4.5 stars. This company does not and will not work with you. Its a shame. Dont waste your time with FEATHER FLAG!!!!

We ordered the set of 3 stock flags. Open, Welcome, Look and we love them. Easy to assemble, and they have held up really well. This will be our second season this Spring and we are going to purchase a personalized one to add to the collection.

Amazing service. My mother ended up having a rush order for a graduation party, and it was going to cost a bucket load for a rush. She called 30 miles around, found FFN. We ordered two very large feather flags for the first time online and are very satisfied. Of course theres always the fear of what it will look like when we receive it, but they were taller than expected AND even though we used a custom gradient background it still turned out great! Double sided does not take away from the image, either. I would greatly recommend this company. If you order, make sure you get the install directions off the website right away... it doesnt come with any paperwork and theres no way of knowing how to put it together otherwise! These flags have been up for about a month already (they will be up until September 30th) and have survived through our coastal winds, wet weather, and sun; and they still look great! We ordered some White flags for our first MultiGP race event in Michigan.Quality was fantastic and very fast shipping to us in time for our event!I liked the color selection and picked white planning to also use them for night flying events with LED backlighting on them to change colors at night as needed.We will be ordering more of these.It would be great to also see flourescent (glow) colors available in the future! If that is possible.
