I was very pleased with my first custom order. However, when I returned and wanted to re-order the same exact item, it was not clear that they wanted me to resubmit the artwork again before they would reorder it. Once I did, it just sat in waiting for production status for days. This was very frustrating and I probably wont order from them again, since I didnt receive the order in a timely fashion and missed my needed by deadline. As I write this review, it is still not in production.

I’ve wanted a Mookie Betts poster since the dodgers won the World Series. But I wanted a specific poster and I couldn’t find it anywhere! Thank goodness for Fantastic Displays!! I finally got exactly what I was looking for! This company is amazing. The quality is great and I got it much sooner than anticipated. I’m definitely coming here for more posters! Our display turned out great! Our one concern was an initial delay in the express delivery which we paid for. However, after one phone call, the 3 day delivery was honored.

What a FANTASTIC experience. I decided to do a last minute trade show and I needed a display, I created my own files and I was having trouble uploading them, I reached out to their customer service and they were extremely helpful and accommodating. I payed an extra fee to rush the order, and the next day I had the most beautiful display right at my door!!!I’m a professional photographer and the quality and color of the images are very important to me, Fantastic Display did it! The display looks exactly how I had it pictured in my mind! Thank you guys... I’ll be using and recommending your services over and over!

Very disappointed with my experience. I ordered a several thousand dollar marketing display set up with graphic design assistance and was delivered a banner that was spelled incorrectly. When I brought this to their attention I was treated as though it was my fault although I had sent them the information correctly. When the finally did decide to send the reprinted banner they only sent part of a complicated set up again putting the blame on me to try and restring and re-roll the banner stand, something I had already paid good money to have done correctly the first time. They tried to put blame on me at every turn and rather than take ownership and pride in their service. I would not recommend their services unless you want to finish the job yourself after you have already paid them to do it.

We needed a last minute plaque for an office space, and this company delivered! It was super quick, looked great and they were very flexible with making some pretty complex arrangements for delivery. Great experience, cant recommend them enough!

Special thanks to the very apt customer service, design, and production teams who somehow were able to make me TWO ten foot displays within the week. Had a chance to pick up locally and everyone was incredibly friendly and down-to-earth, no scummy sales tricks. Horrible company. These products are generally used by businesses and entities with deadlines. The correct products did NOT reach me in time for a large academic event and when I called to remedy they explained- sorry its human error and I need to be understanding. As per Euclid, the VP of SALES, I had to pay for expedited shipping to get the correct product to me on time! I am not used to dealing with such unprofessionalism. I think he might need some additional training. A company like this should be able to recognize internal errors and fix them immediately to keep their integrity in tact. They did not have a care in the world. Thats not how large professional accounts are handled in my industry. I wouldnt trust the other positive reviews on this.

Garbage. I spoke with the VP of Sales multiple times about placing an order. They totally have a bait and switch on their website. It says the package includes a hard case and I called to confirm this multiple times and the VP of Sales (Euclid) said it comes with it every time. I was ready to place the order and the VP now said the website has an error and we cant honor your sale!!!!Run from this company, they are full of garbage and dont back up their word. I wonder how many other mistakes are on their website that they dont honor.
