PIP was great, from the moment you call, to the end of a job and receiving the finished product. Staff is professional, responsive, and prompt. I had a short window of time to complete a Large print and packing mailing and my contact Sam and his team were Awesome. Even when I had to go back and change certain items, or had to ask for extra time on our order, Sam was patient, understanding and assured me our job would be done on time...and it was!!! Thank you again...we will continue to use PIP and I dont think that will change anytime in the future.

What a great experience! Professional team associates listened to my needs and were so clear and attentive to my project. They included creative alternate ideas that were the perfect fit. I forgot and left a very important bag of items there in my haste and they tracked me down to inform me while they safely kept it until I returned to retrieve it. Sam was the associate who helped me and he was so professional, honest and had a great sense of humor. He showed me the paper cutter that they use and that, in and of itself was the highlight of my visit. WOW what a cutter. Go there for all your printing needs and a breath of fresh air.

Had a typo on a business card. My fault! Didnt catch it. Asked them to give me any kind of a break on a reprint. They said NO!! WAY!! NOT EVEN $5. NADA. ZIP. Dont use this place. Im going to corporate and complain!!!!! I didnt ask for a free print only a break of some kind. These people dont care about you! Period.

I use PIP for engineering prints and all of my marketing materials. The staff is incredibly helpful. Orders are completed quickly and quality is top-notch.

Bad service, I arrived 25 minutes before they close and they were no happy to turn on the color printer. When I asked for lamination (20 minutes before they close) the guy (Tom) said that I should told him before. It looked like they were making me a favor. You should have people that enjoy their work and that are not looking to get off of work.

I had my business cards printed here. They did an amazing job on them. They matched the color to the new corporate colors exactly and i gave them the old color to start with. Thanks for the cards.

PIP is the place to go to if you are looking for QUALITY printing. I am a designer who uses PIP on a weekly basis...Just this past weekend I was forced to use Kinkos due to an emergency and PIP not being open on the weekends. It was a quick print job that needed to be cut. The print was so so but the issue was the cuts! They had to run them twice because they cuts were so crooked! The final product was still crooked but there was nothing I could do about it being that I was on a time crunch and it was clear that no one there knew what they were doing! I will never, ever use a place like Kinkos again!The owner and employees at PIP are true printing professionals and I wouldnt trust my work to anyone else!

Walked in this place and a lady offered to help me. Her service was ok. I went in to use the internet, print copies and mail them as well. I ended up paying almost $5 just for a few copies and the internet that I used for 1 minute. To top it off a man named Tom was super rude. I asked him a question and he just said so what are you trying to say. This is definately not the kind of service I was looking for. Next time I will go to kinkos or fed ex.
