Left feeling very unsure with the service done on my car. I went on the Riverside Chevy dealerships website; under services and parts; under service and part specials; there is a 6-quart oil change, tire rotation, and 29-point inspection special for $59.95. My car only holds 4-quarts; this was the lowest quart and price offered, so this was the special I wanted. Under the price there is a schedule service button, I clicked it and followed the prompts. On one of the pages there is an option for a shuttle; I needed one. Everything started out good, but... I arrived the next day, spoke to the service associate, he went over the pricing, the price I saw online wasnt offered, so I told him what was online and thats what I wanted. He paused and fumbled a little, then said we dont have that price, the lowest price we offer is $79.95. I was confused and thought that was strange because its clearly listed on the website, but I didnt argue and agreed to the higher price (final cost ended up being $74.09). Then I asked for the shuttle and was told we dont have a shuttle anymore due to covid, which is totally understandable, but again, I was confused, because online it gives you the option for shuttle service. Thankfully, they accommodated me and got me to work, which I am so grateful for! When I arrived to pick up my car and went to the cashier, no one went over the work done on my car with me; I didnt receive any paperwork on what was inspected with the 29-point inspection. I left feeling very unsure. I paid more than I wanted, and Im not entirely confident that my tires were rotated and the 29-point inspection was made (if it was, Im sure they would have called out the rubber piece hanging from my rear windshield, and the huge crack almost the entire length of my windshield, but no one said anything). I made an appointment with expectations for one thing (according to their website), and got something entirely different. If whats offered on the website is no longer available, I recommend they update their website, otherwise its false advertisement.
Our truck was dropped off 7 days ago! They do not answer the phone when you call, they do not return messages. I left work 2 times early to go speak to them in person ! When I showed up on 8-11-21 they could not get the truck back in 2wd This was working 💯 when I dropped it off they said give me a bit and you can pick it up today after 2:30 . I had to get back to work and decided to call the next day on 8-12-21 no answer again! I drove to the service department and it still wasn’t ready! He said give me a minute we found a guy to put it back in 2wd!!I left not happy and still do not have my truck !! Don’t go here !!

We really like taking our cars here when we are in town.
Good
Dont believe anything they tell you about warranties. They find any excuse to not honor it.
My go to for car services. The staff treats me like a member of the family. I have received service here since 2017.
Professional Service with professional staff
No one ever answers the phones.
It isnt pleasant to write fairly poor review, but it has been consistent. We bought our Chevy in the Antelope Valley and maintned service through them until we moved to Riverside county. I dont have great remarks for Moreno Valleys service either but I had my second (possibly 3rd) service in Riverside and Ive got to say its disappointing. Taking a car in for routine maintenance of things I can typically do myself is to save time and keep records of the car care. I paid nearly $150 for an oil change and air filter. Being a growing cynic of so cal I checked things when I got home. The oil did look clean, I do believe to have a new oil filter and air filter, although there was still a bunch of dirt and leaves where the air filter was as well as 3 screws just sitting in the groove, not screwed in. There is no reason to pay so much to have such mediocre work. Although Brian and the ladies in the cashier area have always been attentative and nice.
Beautiful cars, great staff!!!
