I heard about these guys through a recommendation and I’m so happy with their work and the total price spent on repairs. My car literally was not turning on but these guys figured it out. They ended up replacing my starter and made some electrical repairs. Overall these guys saved me from going to the dealership and saved me from getting fired. Very good service, I have no complaints and will be going back. The mechanics are also very handsome, friendly and professional so that’s a plus lol. Highly recommend.

We thought we were going to get professional service, a professional does not tell you that damage before the first year is over is normal ware and tare. I will never trust another vehicle to this location. Not only did they take my money but they allowed my family to drive an unsafe vehicle. They put faulty equipment on the front end of our vehicle and then told us that it was normal to only get 30,000 miles out of a pair of struts. They only lasted 10 months, obviously not the right struts for the vehicle. And then they charged us to replace it.

Good customer service friendly and get the job done

I went in for an oil change and the staff noticed my brake pads were coming to an end. I decided to have them change the pads and WORST MISTAKE EVER! I left the shop with a damaged front bumper because the guy working on my car put the gear into Drive instead of Reverse and smacked right into their tool cabinet (Okay, accidents happen). They know a guy who does body work, so my bumper was repainted, but the color doesnt quite match as my car is metallic gray and the color painted on looks to be a mixture of olive green and gray, and the dents on the bottom of my bumper caused by the tool cabinet werent buffered out. Then I started having an obnoxious screech every time I turned the steering wheel so I took my car to BURKES AUTO BODY who quickly found out my brake pads and the clips were placed incorrectly, the rotors were NEVER resurfaced (this needs to be done every time you replace brake pads) and WHOEVER HANDLED MY CAR TOOK A HAMMER TO MY ROTORS CAUSING AN UNEVEN SURFACE/ALIGNMENT (Now I’m thinking this guy was off his meds). This caused my brake pads to scrape against my rotors. Thankfully I went to BURKES because they found the problem and fixed it for me unlike Magnuson who told me there was no way they made an error even though we both agreed the sound coming from my car is the sound youd hear when your breaks are installed incorrectly. Burke’s resurfaced my rotors, placed my brakes and clips on correctly, and managed to align the rotors due to the hammer damage. I paid $457 at Magnuson just to leave with damage and their labor costs MORE than your parts. Burke’s price was $76 INCLUDING LABOR! If you want reliable trustworthy service, then please save yourself the time and $$$ and go to BURKES.

First off, I was happy that they were open on a Saturday. Many neighboring auto shops are closed on the weekend. They took care of my battery issue and I had a great time chatting with the gentleman at the counter while I waited. Great experience!

The guys there were great, Ernesto and Rene were great they resolve my issues got me back on the road they did it in a timely manner and well within budget love them over there. Would recommend them to all my friends and family if youre looking for a great place to get tires and work done on your cars this is it, while I was there there were several cars I believe they were State cars and the guys say they bring them all the time to get all the routine maintenance.

Fast and reasonable price

Tint service is good but mechanics arent. Only good at basic repairs. These guys will scam you first chance they get. Get a second opinion from another mechanic before coming here. Nice to your face but cant be trusted

I have been going to these guys for years and have never been let down. I refer friends and colleagues there and I would not if I had any doubt of their integrity. they may not be the cheapest but they are reasonable and much better than dealers. Thumbs up!

They wanted to hold my car hostage even after I paid my service bill. They wanted to charge me 292$ for front break repairs. I declined the offer. After going in for a diagnostic on my breaks they told me I needed a tow to get my car put back together because supposedly it was unsafe on the roads. So what was 25$ turned in an unnecessary 100$

We were here on vacation and the last thing you want to hear is grinding brakes. We thought maybe just needed new pads so we brought it in. After they examined the brakes we got that dreaded call it needed a whole lot more. When we went in they not only told us what was wrong but showed us on the vehicle and it was obvious it needed the work. It killed us to pay it but with our 1400 mile trip back we know we are safe. A couple of days after the work was done Renee was great when my husband had another question on the tires. Renee was great at answering our questions and making sure we had the right pressure on all tires before we left at no charge. I would recommend to anyone.

Great price and friendly service. I got 4 tires installed it took about an hour and 20 minutes. They also properly torque down the lug nuts.

I have been their customer for 2years. They have done 6 of my cars both tint and stereo. Their quality of work is good. But they customer service is horrible. Today they will tell you the price tomorrow its 30 bucks more. They are not reliable at all. They talk like they dont care.

I went to Magnuson for a diagnostic on my car. They were unable to pressure test my cylinders (which is supposed to be included with the diagnostic), but they still charged me full price. The worst part is that they cracked my windshield and refuse to take responsibility for it. I highly recommend never going to this business. They are thieves and liars and do not know what they are talking about when it comes to cars.

Extremely dishonest and they will charge you for the services that your car doesnt need at all. They look at you as a cash dispenser and empty you out as much as they can.I brought my car for preventive maintenance, and they gave me an invoice on the things that should be done for my specific car model and millage.They said the fuel filter should be replaced, but guess what, my car doesnt even have a serviceable fuel filter! The in-tank filter for my car should only be replaced if the fuel pump is broken, which was not.They said my coolant and cabin air filter should be replaced (without even looking at the car itself), but I had replaced both of them only 3 months ago, and note that I went there on late December and not in Summer.

I got a tire patch quick and I have no complaints at all friendly staff they explained the difference between a plug and a patch and I feel more comfortable knowing that my family is safer with a patch..

Been coming here for a few years and always appreciate the service. We recently bought a used car from prime time auto(norco, ca) and with in a month had to replace the engine. This was in march, its September and were still trying to get this car at 100%. The mechanics here have helped us out a great deal. From just being friendly to offering alternatives for new parts we may not be able to afford. They always take the time to explain the what and whys of their work. They even discount large jobs and have done some work for free which has been really awesome since we are there so often. There maybe places in the area that are cheaper, but you get what you pay for and sometimes thats not great. If your a customer here, they take care of you.

I paid over a $1000 to fix my car here, and it still wasn’t fixed, then the ACIMA credit people charged a 50% interest rate. Super horrible, do your research before you get your car fixed at a sketchy car place, like this one, cause I wish I did.

Magnuson quality of services really went down they over charge you for repairs and then they dont repair your car right you have to bring it back over and over again and then they put a part on your car without even informing you first that what they did and have the nerve to try to overcharge you for that I will not be doing any more business with Magnuson and I will be telling my all my friends not to do business with them also and I had people that I had going there and now they dont like it from what the job theyve done for them

Pulling a trailer from out of town 2000 miles away. I called them, and they took care of my tow rigs flat within 20 minutes. Awesome job!

Told me my Prius transmission was going out. The only problem with that is Prius dont have transmissions. They dont know what theyre talking about here. Avoid at all costs!
