Efficient, fast, and professional. What was originally estimated as a 90 minute service was done in 1 hr and 3 minutes. Great staff and extremely clean facility. Sure, you can go somewhere else and pay a little less, but you will also compromise the quality and level of service you receive here. I dont like to compromise when it comes to quality.

The car salesmen sold us a car that had paint damage. I bought a Honda HRV used with about 34k miles used. We bought it with the car looking great but approximately 3 months after purchase, the paint damage was visible. Buyer beware of this dealers schemes to make used cars look attractive to only find paint damage later. I understand in this photo the car is dirty but after washing the vehicle multiple times the clear coat is definitely damaged and dull. I would highly not recommend this dealer. Please do your due diligence before forking $2k over market value for a vehicle that makes you upset everyday looking at it. You can clearly see the difference from one side vs the other. Please note, I have owned this vehicle for 1 year now, and some may argue I should have spoke up sooner, but I’m speaking now as I’m very unhappy with my used car experience here. I have purchased 3 used vehicle prior to this purchase and none of those vehicles showed signs of clear coat damage such as this one

Anthony McCrory was phenomenal, I still can not believe how incredibly well he worked with us to make sure we were given the best deal possible to reach our desired price. He genuinely cares and is passionate about his job and it shows with how he helps.Very welcoming and genuine people here that is difficult to find, especially during these hard times. No need to dread hidden fees before or during finances as everything is laid out bare before you, clearly, and explained perfectly.You will be extremely hard-pressed to find a better Honda dealership. Scott Brady is fantastic! Excellent service. I had an emergency that I had to miss the appointment, but I could walk in very early in the morning. He was more than willing to make it work for me. This dealership is so unprofessional Ive been trying to get ahold of somebody for about 3 weeks and nobody ever wants to help you. When you go in for help theyre always in a rush and do not care about what youre therefore only if youre buying a vehicle other than that they treat you like dirt. I actually bought a new vehicle from here and I got it with only a quarter tank of gas. Every time you call you ask to speak to somebody all they say is everybody is unavailable what the dealership is empty?. No managers are ever available this dealership deserves to get shut down. If I could give 0 stars I would.💯

I always have Natalie help me when I go in for my oil change and other services over at the service department. She is always very honest about the time it’ll take, and if she can speed up the process she does. I honestly have never waited the entire time. It always takes less than the time I’m given which is very nice. I wouldn’t choose anyone else. She’s awesome. Overall, I am very satisfied with Honda of Riverside.

The 4.7 Star rating compelled me to come to this location and I was definitely not disappointed in my experience. I am a returning customer at Riverside Honda and a seven to eight time Honda owner. My most recent purchase was a 2022 Honda Civic Sport. I can honestly say my experience at Riverside Honda hasn’t changed. It’s always great working with Juan Hernandez and John Lopez, these guys make the buying process a pleasant experience. Lucio Arteaga was also key in helping make my decision. He took time to show me the vehicle days before my purchase. Although he was not my salesman, he did sell a fiend of mine her new vehicle. I also recently serviced a different Honda vehicle I own, and my service advisor Cesar Garcia was great in getting me the best price for my required services. Having other Honda dealerships closer to me I still choose to drive a few miles further to Riverside Honda. Overall a great experience and you can’t beat the quality and reliability of a Honda.

Stopped for gas this morning and when I went to start my car, nothing. Had to have my car towed to this dealership where I have never been before. Luis in service was there with a smile. I explained that my boss was retiring today and I had planned all the parties for the day and just HAD to be at work. 10 minutes later, Luis says ok, your car is ready to go. What? He said that the battery was just completely dead and the terminals very corroded. He said he just cleaned and jumped my car. I asked if he could replace the battery and he said yes, but it will take 30 minutes or so. Can you do it so I dont have to try and get a battery later? 30 minutes later I was in my car on my way to work. I commute to LA and made it in plenty of time to take care of the plans for the retirement party today. I just want to say a HUGE thank you to Luis who TOTALLY went out of his way to get me in and out in a hurry. I usually get my car serviced at a Honda Dealership close to my work, but Luis may become my new service tech, LOVE, LOVE LOVE great service!!!!

I was very disappointed after coming to this dealership just to get a simple oil change. I told the service advisor specifically to just do an oil change and nothing else but they proceeded to deflate my tires after I just checked them myself since they are aftermarket. They also sprayed my windshield wiper fluid and didn’t wipe it off so I was left with a filthy windshield. Maybe would’ve been courteous to wipe it down! I’m definitely never coming back for any services.

Came in for AC concern. Authorized a diagnostic and the dealer found a failed condenser that was covered under an extended warranty. Normally, diagnostic fees are covered if the cause of concen is covered under warranty. But the dealer wanted to also replace the evaporator which was not covered. This add-on repair was not something I was ready to have done during my visit and advised the dealer I would only like to replace my condenser. Dealer refused to perform a warranty covered repair, because I did not want to replace the evaporator at that time, and charged me for the diagnostic fee. I understand I would be liable if I chose not to have the warranty repair done, but in this case the dealer refused to service my vehicle. In addition, the service Advisor Aaron was rude and condescending. Dealer should not be refusing warranty work as the factory would have covered the repair. Not returning to this dealer again.

If you are looking for a Type R let me save you some time….. they are asking $63k, yes more than the Acura Type S. $4100 in the fake accessories and a $20k Market Adjustment. I offered $5k over sticker plus the years of using their service department/parts buying another vehicle. But I guess to them that doesnt matter neither. At least the salesman’s stopped me from wasting my time by telling me that there is no hassling for the Market Adjustment or accessories. Just buy a used one at this point.

Oil change was fast. They claimed they couldn’t find anything wrong with my nearly flat tire. I’d been having to add air for over month. I took it to Bud’s Tire and Wheel on Orangecrest and they fixed it for me in a little over an hour. Thanks Bud’s Tire and Wheel.

The service department has been booked out for weeks. My car was close to 400 miles over service because I was waiting for open appointments. I decided to just walk in expecting to be without my car the entire day due to no open appointments. I dropped my car off at 8:30 AM and it was finished by 11:30. Had to have car towed as jump start wouldnt work from AAA. Told them I HAD to get to work that day, 10 minutes later. Luis told me car was ready to go. Huh? He said battery cables were really corroded. He cleaned them real good and jumped my car. AAA couldnt do that? Asked how long to get battery installed, said he could do in 30 minutes. Time in to time out, 45 minutes. Luis you saved me that day, youre the best!!!!!

I had stopped by earlier in the week and I had made an appointment to stop by this dealer to purchase a CRV just this Saturday morning. The vehicles have been marked up by the dealership by 2-5 grand. The vehicles on the lot do not reflect the adjustment but I was informed that the the dealer markup is the new price. They’ve lost my business so I’m going to Spreen Honda. I understand that if you want to purchase a vehicle and if you’re desperate enough to pay extra, but not to the extent that you screw over a potential customer by not honoring the price on the window sticker.

Not so great experience. Bought a certified car there and the windshield wipers rubber came off after a week. Took it for the first service and they fixed a low tire light. The light came back and I took it again and they tell me they had patched a tire and I needed to replace it. The car mats were not there. I go back and they tell me I’m not supposed to get any on used certified cars. Then they say they would give me the mats and when I got them they had cat or dog hair and were nasty. I had to wash them and the hair didn’t go away completely. I would never buy a certified car because if this happens with things like that, I can’t imagine the fact that they might not even change other important components that help my safety. Lastly, the sales persons were enforcing a higher price and online this car was cheaper and were not happy I brought it to their attention. Their interest rate they wanted to give me was close to the 5% when my credit is on the 800’s. So I got my loan through Bank of America at 2.44% for this car. Not sure why they do that. I’m totally unhappy with the way they sold me this car with basic things not in shape risking my life if the tire ripped when they should have changed it and not patch.

I typically come here to get service on my vehicle. They’re usually pretty good about getting you checked in fast. Although a basic oil change takes two hours and they do not wash your vehicle. Other dealerships I take my other car to does it every time I get Service. I also am supposed to get my car checked for basic inspection but when I mentioned I get my tires rotated at my tire place they didn’t even bother checking my brakes and told me it was because I said I got my tires rotated else where. Seems a little backwards to me considering I never Mentioned brakes and the checking is part of my warranty and their service.

I really wanna say I love this place but I don’t. They’re super helpful when it comes to buying the car but once you have it you’re neglected with all these issues. I’m constantly reaching out, they never get back to me and they sold us a used car with issues.. we took it in for service told us nothing was wrong with it and when we try to call back to tell them we’re having problems we get ignored. Now I’m stuck with a half working car and no help. I had to call other Honda’s to actually help me...UPDATE MONTHS LATER:Now my car is having MORE issues, not even a year old yet. My power steering went out and everything and Honda once again was everything but helpful. They don’t even lend our loaner cars even though they pretty much sold me a lemon. Please please save your time and look into other dealers ..

The complete car buying experience has changed since my last purchase in 2016. When it was time to purchase a new car, I contacted Juan Hernandez by phone. He together with John Lopez made this unique experience a pleasant one. I provided Juan with the information on the vehicle I was interested in, and in 24 hours the vehicle was in my driveway. Juan made contact with me every step of the way and ensured I was offered the best finance option available. Richard Sanchez in finance contacted me to discuss my financing details and explain my options. After considering his advice I added an extended warranty on my vehicle. I’m used to stellar service as I am a regular customer. But this last time was a bad experience. I was assigned Michelle M as my advisor. She said it was an hour and a half wait. I did not get any kind of interaction until I approached her. I saw my car parked out and didn’t know it had been sitting out there. Michelle acted annoyed and said she had paperwork to still do. Clearly customer service was not her priority. I really don’t think she knows anything about cars . She ran my card and that was it.

Update 8/10/21: I reached out to Henri below regarding some corrections to his erroneous claims and he sent me a snappy, rude and condescending email reply. Way to represent your company and to show your unprofessionalism. Henri, shall I copy and paste your email reply that you sent me on a company email and company email signature? Obviously you don’t take feedback seriously as you indicate below. If I had acted that way in my workplace, or most people for that matter, there would be repercussions. If your company had any dignity, they would not tolerate their employees (that represent themselves as a whole) to act that way.————————————————————————————Was quoted a price over the phone and in writing. Then drove out of my way to come to the dealership just to find out that there was a $4,000 markup. Very dishonest business practices at this dealership and I highly advise to do business elsewhere. We ended up going to another Honda Dealership and did end up paying the markup, but appreciated their honesty.

Well, this is the place to go if you want to be taken advantage of, this is the perfect place to go to if you like being treated nice at the beginning and throughout the process of the sale, but then if you have questions or just want to make any cancellations then you get laughed at and treated poorly. By the way we still in Covid times, the salesmen should at least wear their masks right and have the proper precautions. Thank you Riverside Honda for making America Great Again.

I appreciate the service I received from Riverside Honda. Their waiting area is always clean. The have free beverages (soda & coffee) for you while you wait. I had to bring my 1 year old with me, & Erin told me we could sit & wait in the kids room. There were no toys in there but it was private so it was easier for my baby to stay in 1 place. Erin was exceptionally courteous, helpful, & professional. And the services my car quickly. Truly am grateful!

Recently went to look at a used car. The advertised price online was $5k lower than the sticker price. The sales associate claimed it was for accessories that were optional. I declined the optional accessories and the price was still $1k over the advertised price. It was framed as being a good deal, as I was saving money over the sticker price vs. what was advertised on their website. I have purchased 2 used cars in the last few years from DCH in Tustin and Toyota of Carlsbad, both prices were exactly as advertised.Be cautious and call this dealer to request the price if you are looking online. Its upsetting to have what I thought was a large, reputable dealer perform what I considered a bait and switch, as they were willing to show me other cars in the price range I was looking for without honoring their advertised online price. I will never do business with this family of dealerships and have recommended the same to my relatives and anyone in the market for a new or used car.

I showed up without an appointment because my service light was on. I was checked in very quickly and told the car would be ready in 2.5 to 3 hours. I got a call 2 hours 35 minutes later that it was ready for pick up.Natalie Perez was friendly and professional. She took the time to explain exactly what needed to be done before I signed anything. When I went in to get my car she pulled my paperwork without even asking my name. The check out was just as fast as the check in.

I am so disappointed with Riverside Honda. Even though they are my nearest Honda Dealership, i will never go back to this place and will share my experience with anybody that will listen so they can avoid this place as well. So here is my experience.I was looking for a new car, preferably an SUV. I had my eyes on a Honda Pilot or Passport. I also wanted AWD. I have an 800+ credit score and at least $3000 for a down payment. I made an appointment using Cars.com and was quoted a reasonable price. My appointment was in 2 hours.When i went in to my appointment, I was told to wait. Then I met somebody who i dont even believe was a sales person who sat me down and broke down the pricing. This is how the conversation went......Are you in the Military?..NO..Are you a recent Grad?..NO..Are you driving a Honda?..No, I have an Acura TXL. Every time i answered no, she added $$$ back into the quote. By the end, the quote was 5k more than i was quoted. If I had known the quote was dependent on all that, i would have gone elsewhere. However, i was willing to negotiate. I asked if there was any flexibility on the pricing. She said the pricing was what it was. I let her know i was willing to purchase now and had good credit and a good down payment. She had a blank look on her face as if i was wasting her time. I told her i would be back. I drove down the street 2 blocks and purchased an Acura MDX for a great price. I believe the Riverside Honda quote was from Henri Yassa the internet sales director. Now i feel like internet pricing is a scam just to get you in the door. Then they bait and switch.My Response:You can assure me all you want but I have posted the quote i got and there is nothing there that shows the incentives I spoke of. Again, this was a bait a switch tactic and in my opinion, it is unethical and time wasting.

I was very pleased with the Honda staff (Cesar Garcia) especially the transparency in pricing for service. Wish I could say the same for Valley Hi Honda in (Victorville) who quoted me about $30 less in total and after making the drive up there they quoted me almost double the price for same exact service that Riverside Honda performed. Valley Hi (Victorville)claimed I needed special transmission fluid which was false. Thank you Riverside Honda for not trying to rip me off.
