Thankful for all the great people met from workers to customers. Loved what i did, but supervisor did whatever possible to get me terminated, and so i did before even coming back with Dr. Release letter.. only foundout because i called manager day prior.

Good place, i mean its a junk yard so one should never expect much from a place like this. First come first serve, crossing your fingers to find ur part and hope not to get charged more than half of wat the part cost if you would buy it new, - That is ur mind set wen going to any yard they do us a favor really and its a gambel going going in a yard. Ony problem i have us with.a stuckep angree with life long haired bullshhhh of an employee they have working the entrance. So many things I can tell u bout him that make the company look bad, but its not nice to talk bout ppl if you dont say it face to face so Supervisor needs to train him better would be my advice

1st time at this pick a part. Lots of cars to get parts from. $3.00 Admission per person. Thankful to God does answer prayer and sent someone us three girls to help us get a part that was difficult to take off apparently guys dont really help here when they see a woman in need but thankfully there was someone there to help us parts for kind of pricey some things you might as well just get at AutoZone or something but overall pretty good experience

If you need a part they might just have it right there in the yard. 4out of 5 times the vehicle will be there but it may already have been stripped by other customers. So watching inventory is a must for the more commonly needed parts.

Only one time did I not find what I was looking for...the problem I have is the discrepancy on prices from one location to the next location. Same part different. So if you want to purchase the same item again, save your receipt..

They advertised on having Kia 2007 Sorento on the yard (website), but the car wasnt there. I asked the clerk at the window and send to SUV section for looking. I spent more than 1 hour to look for the car. Finally, I gave up and ask them to refund the entry-fee of $3.00, or credit for next time entry. They said that there is no refund on the entry-fee and it is stated on Website. My point is not the money, but they advertised the car is on the yard, but it wasnt. I waste more than 1 hour to look for it (their lot is quite big). I felt so bad and it seems like scam if they didnt have that car on the yard. Please think twice to visit their yard if there is only one car on their lot and they may not there.

Needed a new hood for my 2012 impala due to small dings from freeway they charged $3 to get in but since I gave them my old hood they didnt charge me the entree fee only for the hood which was $54 out the door not bad if you ask me. Took it to get wrapped matt black and my car looks better then before 👌👌

Went to get a refund and they never gave me my money back.

Went because I got notified of a new car entered. But I get there after 30min of driving and I find the car only a shell. Turns out the car was in the yard since the 8th today is the 19th. Waste of time money and gas. This is the only lkq that has done this. Try the one in Ontario way better!

Be prepared to hike. The do have a little trolley to help you with a ride. Lotsa small cars here.

Found the parts I needed to repair our car . Was hit by a uninsured person who hit our car and didnt car to pay for there damages. Thanks to pick ur part repaired the car for less! Do it yourself !

Pick a part they have good parts but the service is horrible if your expecting any kind of help dont!!! if you know what your looking for and can pull it off using your own tools then this is the place for you otherwise your probably better of buying it new or off already oh and also the price list is not correct everything is upcharged inside its 3 dollars to enter big truck parts cost way more than advertised online and they dont give any discounts anymore for the holidays they are not helping anyone not even during these trying times wish you all good luck in your endeavors:)

I cant believe the out rages prices with you guys in Riverside how could you charge someone $495.15 for used parts with no warranty?? Thats straight wrong!! There should be a $200 cap at most. Also wire plugs are not wire harness there connectors and $7 for just one is a rip off. Wont be buying to manny soon also you should stand by your online prices and not make them up at the cashier window. I dont know but you guys are taking advantage of your costumers I will be going to Rioalto store atleast they got price check there .. thank you

Man, climbing three stories is sometimes worth it, cars come and go quick, make sure to check the date of arrival and ask at the gate for what you are looking for.

They gottem cars, pretty complete. I recommend if you go for jdm and small trucks. Any big ram trucs f150s etc its a small variety only

A worker named “Javier” is the reason I’m giving this place 5 stars. He saw me struggling trying to take out a motor and he stopped what he was doing to give me some tips on how to do it! Without him there I would’ve given up.Also the engines Hoists to pull out the engines are horrible!! They need to improve in getting better ones

It would be nice if all the cars were on a flat level. Going up hill is mess. Over all I guess I can say its okay.

I liked how they have all of their inventory by row and section, you can even use your mobile phone to find what row and section the vehicle youre looking for is located. They even have a shuttle to take you around so you dont walk too much. Great prices on all sorts of parts from tires to hubcaps.

They have the terrible customer service. People on the cashier are bad Whit. Be prepared to the Make you sad one person will charge you one price and next will do high for same. Go to other. One this. People dont care about client.

It was decent I think they charged either $3 or $6 per person just to get in. Thankfully they had all the parts we needed. It was a lot of walking and my Dad uses a cane to walk but a really cool feature they have is that they have a tram like car that will take you up and down the hills. I would go there again.

I got a great deal on a complete motor and I got the 30 day warranty for an exchange or money back. Totaled out to about $430

I tried to sell them a car, they asked for all the information like make, model, year, etc. I even gave them all the information off the title (so they could look up the car) and got quoted a price of $390.00. When they arrived to pick up the car the driver said they got the make wrong and hed have to call in and reprice it, he came back saying they could only give me $150.00 for it. The old bait and switch, dont even waste your time with them theyre completely dishonest and try and put you on the spot so youll sell your car cheaper to them. Theres other places that will buy them and they give you a fair and HONEST price that they stick with. Im seriously thinking about reporting them to the Better Business Bureau.

This place is a huge ripoff and unethical. Tried charging me $60 for several plastic parts I took off a car... When I complained he says oh I made a mistake its 40.... Still huge ripoff. Dont waste your time here its just as expensive as buying off the internet.

Found what I needed.

This was my first lkq that i have been to and i say it is very good compared to any other junk yards. One you can look them up on maps and choose which lkq yard you want to go to then scroll down and go to their website, then type the car you are looking for and see if they even have the car you are looking for instead of calling or showing up and not finding what you need. It is very helpful. It also tells you which row and spot the car is. They are pretty organized compared to other yards where they dont even know what cars they have. So the $3 entry fee isnt such a waste if you do it this way and look before you just show up and pay and not find what you need. Very helpful indeed. Yesirrr

Employees are helpful. The yard is located on a hill and cars are separated into sections. If you dont feel like walking up the hill there is a guy that drives around and takes people up and down the hill.

In glad pick a part is local .you can go for a visit pay to get in tell give you a stamp so if you have to go out and come back in. The workers are helpful .its clean for a place like this .theres 3 layers of hills .import cars on bottom American made cars in middle and trucks are on top which you have a troll that will drive you to the area you have to go and if you have stuff to carry parts just wait on road .and hell get you . Mondays tire sale .3$to get in. You can look for inventory online . Its some where you can take car apart and learn what comes off be for the part your get tong too.

I went there yesterday and got some stuff for my cars. Got home and noticed they double charged me for some of the stuff. I called them and they said that its too late, because I had left. Check your receipts before leaving the yard. Never going back.

Staff takes pay offs to let people take inventory out.uprofessional,steve the yard manager got in my face telling me to jump slick Ill take you right here right now youre lucky I didnt knock you out. He kept putting his fingers in my face, screaming the entire time this was in front of other employees and nothing was done to stop any of this or try to keep it on a oroffeprofes level this was all over me putting an exhaust manifold to the side on a hill for the sale this weekend . They accused me of stealing wouldnt review the footage on the cameras to prove my innocence laughed in my face when I asked to review the cameras and banned Me under false pretenses. And threatened to call the police after threatening to knock me out .

Whats the point of this place not being a full service? I get that once you get to the yard, then you have to get the part off yourself. But not being able to verify if the part is still on the car Im interested in is bad service. And they disguises it as were not a full service what does that even mean? How about you go and find out if the part Im looking for is on the car. So I dont waste my time driving across two cities, to get there.

Good selection of cars. You can go online and see if they have the car you are looking for before you go to save time. They have a food vendor outside incase you get hungry. But hes not cheap.

This is the worst pick a part around, the customer service is horrible. The wanted to charge 400 dollars for a wiring harness and hoses. I dont know why but at this pick a part they are just terrible at customer service. I stop going a couple years ago because of the customer service, and nothing has changed. Word of advice check the local junk yards off arrow and save your time.

We always liked this place never really dealt with the people but one thing I can honestly. Say is they are bad at helping. My husband had a accident here due to their negligence on maintaining their property and no phone call to see how he was doing NOTHING and he went by ambulance pretty sad
