This is the quality of work I received from Ben Body Shop. You would assume they do body work for a living and expect them to put the car back together better then before but this is very troubling. I dropped off my car on Tuesday, after 4th of July. It was expected to be finished by the Friday of that week but I got a call from them and I was told the paint work failed inspection. So they kept the car over the weekend until next Monday (totally fine with that because I expected good quality work). When I got the car it looked OK. When I reached home, I doubt checked all their work and man, I was disappointed! The bumper is half sagging, bunch of screws and bolts missing, clips not properly put back and I specifically asked them to save the bumper supports and they told me they would. Guess what, nowhere to be found.

Took care of my paint scratches with no issues at all. They handled it quickly and the service was great. Craig Sturm was the guy who help me out. Look at the pictures of my scratches - he killed it! Also has a mobile service so he can take care of you on-the-go for stuff like this or if you cant come out to Ben Clymers for the fix.

Provided great service and were really professional. They kept me up to date on repairs of my veichle via text and phone call. Their work was outstanding! I would rate 10 out of 10 stars.

Ive had work done in the past and was pleased with their work. Theyre nice, friendly, the place is clean, and they repaired my truck in 3 days instead of 5.They are very accommodating, and you can tell they value their customers. Their repair work is very satisfactory. I hope I have no more fender benders, if so, this is my place of choice, and I appreciate that they followed the Covid rules.

Really Honest! I went here 3x and everybody was Very Knowledgeable, Professional and the Quotes were completely in alignment with other vendors. BUT I just feel safer and respected here. Mario, communicated with me about the progress of the work throughout then tire process. I will definitely be using them again should the need arise.

Excellent customer service! My car bumper needed to be replaced & after I was replaced by them, it began to come apart Ive taken it to them 2x & they have fixed it with a great apologetic attitude. Please bring it back if starts doing it again. Great service!

Expect to receive your car back with scratches and stains on the parts they’re suppose to be fixing/painting. Wouldn’t recommend this shop to my worst enemy’s.

Liar! Im very unhappy! I went in because of an accident and asked for an inspection quote. The insurance company of the person who hit me claims that they would only allow a visual inspection so I told The Body Shop that Id rather not get a quote for a visual inspection and that Ill go through the insurance company to get an approval for a full inspection, including the frame. So I asked Jamie Emery to cancel the inspection quote and not to submit it to the AAA insurance company. Come to find out they completed the inspection quote and submitted it to AAA without my permission and now Ive got a big problem with my insurance company. I will never, ever work with this body shop. If I could give 0 stars, I would. Jamie literally said I give my word, the inspection quote will be tossed out and wont be sent to the insurance company.

This place is absolutely great. Absolutely amazing customer service. Great work. Of course most body shops take forever and a day, but they are actually a bit faster.

Shop was unable to make a complete repair. Fixed rear bumper damage, but unable to reset number radar collision sensors. Had to take to dealer for reset for additional time + car rental. Repair took twice as long as initially promised, and still incomplete.

My first experience unfortunately aomeone hit my car. This autobody shop is first class all the way. I did not feel intimidate when I talked with the staff. Every step of the way was explaned to me. Courteous and friendly staff always offer of cold water while you wait.

I have used this shop twice with excellent service and quality of work. While consulting for a Pediatrician, I recommended them to her. This is when I saw them REALLY shine! : The original repair was faulty because the part required by the insurance company for the Lexus was from an aftermarket supplier and not per spec. The insurance company wanted to install THE SAME MANUFACTURER PART AGAIN!! Ben Clymers Jason Kittay did the homework, and presented the necessary findings/observations to change the insurance companys opinion, and a Lexus part was installed with NO additional cost to the Doctor. Had original front bumper replaced and painted on 4runner. Short on paint one area. And bumper keeps popping out on edgesTook back 2 times same issues. They cant figure out why and no response on remedy even after emailing pics. Too far to take back a third time. I give up

Disappointed with the quality of service here.The repair did not bring the car to the original shape although I specified the missing fender/hood alignment when dropped the car. Even after rework, the car front is still slightly slanted.The worst; they cracked the windshield during the repair and they try to blame it on pre-existing condition, and when proved with pictures they try to blame it on weather. While waiting, there was another guy complaining of damages that were not there previous to his car repair.Days after the pick-up I notice some labels glue on the door paint that start to fade the color. Also I noticed a cut door rubber weatherstrip at the repair site.

Scam artists. Left me with a rental bill they are responsible for. Took my car in for a minor bumper dent, that my insurance was paying for. The employee Russ got into an argument with my insurance over needing more time with the car and refusing to pay for a rental car extension and hung up on them. Car was supposed to be ready Thursday, Russel claims the car was ready Friday and called me but he did not and when I called him Saturday said it wasnt ready till monday. I have proof I called Saturday but Russ says hes got video cameras and never received a call. This was weeks ago and Ive never received any calls from them. In the process of filling complaints with BBB. In short do not come here find another shop, they are no reliable or hoenst.

I was referred to Ben clymers through the Acura of Riverside dealership my bumper on one side was a little loose and needed some support to hang on tight, needless to say I called Juan at the Riverside location early in the morning he told me he had an appointment that same day for one oclock, I showed up and he was very professional on time and courteous. He talked me through all of the process and advised how much it would be to fix the whole situation. He took the car back inspected it for free and him and a technician were able to actually fix the situation for me free of charge because it was just a small part that needed replacing. Amazing to find people with that much customer service nowadays. I will definitely consider them for future Collision Repair needs.

I had some damage on my pickup truck and Ben clymers gave me an estimate of $2,000 to fix it I talked to the insurance company and l wanted to fix it myself and then Ben clymers made an another estimate with the same damage 4 less than 1/2 the money ..so I wasnt able to afford to fix my truck completely because Ben Clymers is in Cahoots with the insurance company...

They did $13k worth of work on our van, took way to long, and missed several areas. They took care of it, but should have been noticed and fixed prior to releasing the vehicle.

Well my experience wasnt what I hoped it to be . I had minor repair on the front bumper needed and when I took in for an estimate they told me I would have to leave my vehicle for 3 days. I planned my schedule to rent a car for the time while my car was being repaired mon- wed. on wed late afternoon I received a call from the shop and they said it was in paint and would be ready thursday. I was out of town on thursday so could pick up until saturday. when I picked up I learned that the reason for the delay was because they had pulled the wrong bumper off (rear) and painted that instead of the front so they kept telling me I got 2 bumpers for the price of one. it sounded good but what they didnt consider was that I had to keep the rental car for an addition 3 days at an expense of over $100 so they failed to realize that their mistake took money out of my pocket, merry christmas family here is your box of rocks because we had to use our christmas money to rent a car because Ben screwed up. On top of it all when I looked at the repair they did on the front it wasnt up to standard. i thought they were removing and repainting the bumber but what they did is leave all of the chips on the bumber and clearcoat over it. I brought it up to the manager on duty and he agreed that it wasnt a good job. The normal manager did call me on monday and said to bring it back and they would do it again but I didnt trust them at this point and didnt want to leave my car in the shop a second time for the 3 days so I just said let it stand and I will display the workmanship they gave me to everyone I know. Hopefully this is an isolated incident but I wanted to share my experience.
