Maaco Riverside CA, I really appreciated the good job that they did on my 2018 Altima it was black and the paint was fading and they made it look like a brand new car. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They had it for a couple weeks but I was in no rush to get it back I was just ecstatic to see the new paint job. Way to go Maaco definitely a five star Job!!

Keith and Donna have been great to work with. We had our 2001 Toyota Camry painted and our 2003 Honda CRV. Hoping to get our 1987 Caballero/ El Camino next. Overall quality has been superb!

This was my first experience at Maaco. When I arrived there for an estimate Keith talked to me and gave me pricing and his business card. The owner Keith Dudziak was very helpful and gave me good pricing for painting my car. A few weeks ago when it was raining badly my car on the back trunk developed an air bubble and after it rained and dried, the paint started peeling off. This has never happened to my car before. My car is a white 2014 Toyota Corolla and in great condition. For the paint job it cost $350 and Keith honored the price and gave me a good price. The shop repainted the back top area of my trunk only and the color matched. I dropped off my car on Monday 2/15/21 and picked it up Wednesday 2/17/21. They finished within 3 days and did a great job on painting my car. And the warranty they have is 5 years. I would recommend Maaco to customers and friends and trust their work.

The team at Maaco was great. This was my first time getting body work done to my car and the team was transparent about the entire process, the cost, what each line item was for, why certain things were expensive. They also took the time to find the best deal on any parts. I would highly recommend them and will be using them for any future body work.

For the price it wad awesome. The team there did a great job on my 21 year old truck making it look new again.

Wouldnt recommend to anyone. I didnt even get to go beyond an estimate because Donna was so rude and condescending. Definitely no customer service skills. Didnt make me feel welcomed. She made me feel like I was a burden. I also, felt like she was judging me and how much money I would be able to spend. Definitely taking my business elsewhere.

Decent work, budget friendly.. answered all my various phoned in questions about an older vehicle to be repaired/restored at the local Maaco shop near me in NJ... which was closed at the time (after hours). They gave me an idea of what can and cant be done... and told me local Maaco prices may vary.

No one answers the phone. They post that it closes at 5pm but they stop customer service before 4:30. Drove an hour to get there and got there at 4:20 and they refused to accept my car. Very unprofessional

First off let me say this place is straightforward and honest I had thoughtcabout going elsewhere and getting2 quotes, so happy I went here. No B.S gave me estimate, time. BaBam, id do it over again.

Couple of years I stared restoring my 69 ford truck, took truck in spoke to Donna repaint, fix dents. 5 years later paint still looks great. Donna made sure I got a quality paint and body work. Would definitely recommend or take other vehicles.

They did body work and rear tire bracket straightening. Husband loves it.

The paint job was amazing overall, but when I got the car back the rubber window trims were put back in the wrong place and I had to take it back for them to put it back in. I also noticed a big scratch on the inside of my passenger side window that wasn’t there before I took it in. Still a happy customer, but gonna take it back to get that situation situated.

Don’t send your car here, they paint my car to a different color. Besides that, tons of tape left behind. Go somewhere else know what they are doing.

Car looks great. They let me know the progress they were making and it cost much less than the dealership.

Had them redo my entire cars color and they did a fantastic job on the paint. Had them paint the door jams and there was no overspray on interior. The color came out great, the paint is smooth with some areas of contaminate but that’s to be expected. There was some overspray on taillights and trim but that can be fixed. The only thing that disappoints me a bit is that the under side of the doorhandle where your fingers pull didnt have clear coat. This is the one place I touch the paint and it makes it feel cheap and unfinished. Every thing else was great but that one detail bothers me every time I touch it. All in all I recommend going to Keith for your paint.

I brought my vehicle in for repair of an accident damage on the passenger side and front bumper. I wanted them to just repair the damage as parts are not available for the car. Their dealings with AAA insurance was seamless. When I picked up the car it looked brand new and they repainted the hood which had missing paint on the top coat. I highly suggest anyone to shop around before committing to this shop, also they flat out refused to correct the two-tone damage, said it must be painted over, he shop I went with said it was no problem! and theyre doing the work for a third less than what these guys quoted me.

I’m very dissatisfied with my service. I received a phone call that my car was ready and I paid in full over the phone. Come to find out my car was painted a different color. I wasn’t offered anything for the inconvenience. Not even an apology for the mistake that will take another week. Only after I mentioned that I will need a rental is when Keith/Dan finally agreed only because I was frustrated. When I explained I was frustrated the reply back was “I guess” far from an apology!!! I will never recommend this company and will stop referring anyone here. A simple apology and discount goes a long way. I’m a manager myself and I would never respond that way to my client. Horrible customer service. Absolutely no attention to detail. How does one not notice a difference color on half the car???!!

Not sure if you want my opinion yet! Car had to be sent back for work not done as agreed upon in the estimate. I have already paid the $2700. If car is done right this next time, I may leave a favorable rating.Maaco took care of my needs to make me happy with car. Next morning took my car to Walmart to replace tires. Walmart scratch the paint on good. Maaco removed scratches as soon as I arrived. I am happy with Maaco and will take my next car there.

What can I say I payed over 1500 on my car to get painted and even payed for them to sand it to bare metal but when I got my car back I noticed that they didnt in some parts and also with in the friend couple of weeks the paint starting chipping no only that but they took almost a month to paint my car every time I would go back it wasnt done and they would tell me the Same thing that my car would be done by next week and when I talked to the manger about a discount all he could do is 50 dollars and was being rude if you have the money dont go here at all I had the worst experience but daniel was very helpful

The wife took her truck there to get the damage repair. The price was good but for the thing. They didnt put the truck door handle, put grease on the passenger window,it wasnt all put together. Some part just under the seat, in the door pouch. We have to take it back so they can finish the job.

I had taken my car to san Bernardino macco and they were all around horrible I then took my car to riverside macco and they were fantastic they were very profession and did a great job on my car

I took my car in on Monday and was told it would be ready in 3 days no later than 4, well when I didnt hear from them on Wednesday I called them on Thursday and to my utter disappointment they advised me that my car wasnt even sanded, then I was advised that it would be finished on Saturday.! The Customer Service was poor, the representative Dan hung up in my face when I exhibited my frustration and when I called back and spoke to a manager he was no better. I had to take my car to another shop. I lost time and money and was not offered any resolution. If there was a zero rating that is what Id give them.

Absolutely horrible customer service from the boss. I had been working with a man named Daniel and was very well treated. We talked about the work and what needed to be done. When it came down to prices and guarantees the boss started talking down to me in a very condescending tone that he would not guarantee the work because of the age of the car that he didnt care if I was paying for the top of the line paint with the guarantee, he wouldnt guarantee it. When I questioned him as to the reason why he cut me off mid sentence and told me to take it elsewhere he doesnt want my buisness and the car and told me to take my car and leave. I have NEVER been so disrespected by someone. I would suggest you go elsewhere. This isnt a place you want to do business with.

I got a really great paint job And great service

They broke the top plastic part where the windshield wipers are placed of my vehicle. Also locks were working fine before I dropped it off to paint. Keith denied they did anything wrong. They are carless and seem not to care of they damage private property!He only replaced plastic part where windshield wipers are placed. Told me to take car to a car alarm place to fix why my cars locks are not working. They did a sloppy paint job on my two convertibles!!The other car I also painted same thing. Now my convertible Mercedes does not lock they Kieth denied they had nothing to do with that, and ignored me when I showed him where they stain in the leather

Part of my duties at Teen Challenge is to oversee our 85+ fleet vehicles in So. Cal. This means I am often repairing and repainting vehicles. Maaco has done such a good job for me over the last ten years I use them exclusively. Our vans from all 10 So Cal locations are repaired in Riverside. In addition I have had my personal vehs done at Maaco including my 1930 Ford. Amazing job. Regardless on what body and paint you need custom or production You cant beat Maaco! See Dona and tell her Ralph sent you. Who knows maybe Ill get a discount on my next job!

I just had my minivan painted at Maaco in Riverside and wow what a great job they did! The paint on my van had faded badly and the clear coat had started to peel. Maaco finished it ahead of schedule and it looks like a brand new van. My contact with Maaco was Donna and she was very kind and helpful. They dont do older cars

Called in to find out what the specials were only to be told the hours of operation. When asked the question a second time I was hung up on. This continued three times before I gave up, obviously have serious problems since they changed owners considering we have been using them for over 20 yrs off and on. If the customer service representative cant even answer a question makes me wonder how they handle a complaint.
