This shop is outstanding. Following the work done on my car (complete repaint) it looks better than when I purchased it virtually new. They completed the job ahead of schedule, handled all insurance documentation (discrepancy on the paperwork from the insurance company) and held on to the car until I returned from vacation. Issac & Lucy, couldnt be friendlier, and theirs is my go-to body shop.

I would not recommend taking your vehicle to this place for repair. After My accident I decided to take a chance and use this place, big mistake. First they told me 2 weeks to totally repair my car, nope. Took them 31 days coincidentally the exact number of days the issuance allowed me for a rental car. Then when they did give me my car back it was missing a bunch of major pieces, the lower lip spoiler, the inner fender liner, housing around my fog light and many other things. Like if I wouldnt notice. Now I had to return on my time with no rental to get these corrected. Big inconvenience. And they never aligned the car telling me that I had to do that on my own time. Not to mention the work quality is not very good. The paint was ok but the fit and finish around the bumper, fender and hood are way off. Also my car rattles so bad after they got their hands on it. Something was left loose that I have to track down. Then on top of that they stole my led fog light bulbs and replaced them with cheaper incandescent ones. And whatever chemical they used to clean the engine is totally eating away the paint and finish on the items in the engine bay. Which brings me to this question why are they detailing my engine bay? What did they do to get to that point? Another thing I found was the very next day I got my car back I had a screw in my tire. Now I know I could have picked it up anywhere but the tire shop showed me the screw and both the tire tech and myself agreed it looked alot like a body screw. So I would recommend avoiding this place at all cost. Some may think Im being petty but my car never rattled like this or had messed up body lines.I generally dont like writing bad reviews but I had to about this place cause Im so upset with the work quality. I waited along time before writing this review trying to give them the benefit of the doubt but there is no mistake, the issues I am having with my car are directly related to this shop and their crapping repair job. My advice look elsewhere

I was recommended this place by a good friend of mine since my last body shop began going downhill in terms of quality. I had been turned down by multiple shops that my rubber/plastic bumpers on my car could not ever be painted (and hold paint) due to being dried out over the last 30 years in the So Cal Sun, so Id have to get replacements. When I took the car over to Isaac and the team, they assured me that my bumpers could definitely be painted, and painted to match the rest of the car that the another shop painted about 2 years ago. He came out and assessed the car and we had a conversation like we had known each other, it never felt like a business in the sense that they only care about your money - for whatever thats worth to those that actually enjoy being treated by a shop like they actually care. I cant believe how well the paint matches, Im a VERY picky person, especially with my cars. The quality of the paint, the masking and the buffing they did is second to none. IE Autobody takes pride in their work and it shows. I would not hesitate to recommend this place to anybody.

We were in need of some basic information and an estimate to have some body work done. I first spoke with Liz, immediately she made me feel so comfortable and at ease. She was so knowledgeable and thorough, I really can’t say enough about her. I sent her the information she requested, and she got right back with me. She explained everything in great detail and answered all my questions. In being a woman, this process can be a little intimidating at times, Liz made it a better experience. I do believe she is representative of the whole staff there. If she did not know the answer, she would put me on hold and come back quickly with the answer. I did speak with one other person on a follow-up conversation, they were great as well, I regret I do not recall her name. Our situation is a little complicated, and still on going, but we would not hesitate to take any of our cars here. I will definitely recommend them to friends and family.

Ive had two great experiences with Inland Empire Auto Body and Paint. One was a minor repair, and the other was a major job, and both times, they handled it quickly and efficiently, with absolutely no hassles with insurance or anything else.The quality work they do is excellent. My car looks better than it has in years, and the customer service is exceptional. I had to drop off my car right at closing time on a Friday night, and they stayed late to get me checked in. Theyre great people.No one wants to be in an accident, but if it ever happens again, I know exactly where Ill be taking my car. I highly recommend them.

We took a 1997 Dodge Ram to the Riverside location top be repainted. The paint on the roof and hood was completely destroyed from 24 years of the sun/weather. When we came to get the truck, the paint-job was excellent and went beyond our expectations. The trucks paint job looks like it could of just came off showroom floor. The price was very reasonable and fair. I would not hesitate recommending IE Auto Body & Paint to anyone.

I took my Honda Civic here after getting rear ended. I found the place after reading the rave reviews here on yelp, all of them were spot on. Came here after Seidners Collision refused to repair my car because they couldnt blend the paint and guarantee the work?...? Made no sense but these guys were able to fix my car after Ive been hit in the front and now it looks like brand new. They even cleaned and polished it. Estephany was super nice and personable. Posted this months ago... It is now 2021.I cannot get them to return my call.I have a vehicle at IE Auto that they will not complete. Last I heard there was fire nearby. Now...

If I could give this business a -10 rating, I would. This place is a joke. I brought my car in on August 26th to see if it had to have the paint either buffed out or repainted. I had two separate claims through State Farm from two different instances that ruined the paint. I spoke to Isaac Gallardo, the CEO, and he told me my car needed to be repainted. I told him to go ahead and submit the supplemental claims to State Farm, so we could get going on the work. I waited a week and still heard nothing back from him. I called and Estafany, the receptionist, told me she would have him call me back. He never did. I then wait another day or two and called back again. This time I got to speak to Isaac. He told me that he had done nothing with my estimated to State Farm and that he had dropped the ball. He stated that it was because he didnt know how to submit the claims because there were two of them. I told him he should have called me to ask to call them, or call them himself. He never said he was sorry for the delay, just that he understood because I was unhappy with his service. I didnt feel comfortable leaving my car with him for weeks to paint, to trust that he would be working on it and not just letting it sit because he couldnt even get the estimates to the insurance company in a timely manner. I then had to call State Farm, myself, and get the directions for him to write the estimates. I gave him the instructions that State Farm had given me and he stated that he would get right on it and get them submitted. I stated to him that I was having some surgery done and that he could have some extra time to get this finished. I thought that we were now on the same page, but I was wrong. This was on Thursday, September 5th. He told me he would call me on Monday, the 9th. I never received a phone call from, so I called him on Thursday the 12. I got to speak with him on that day and he stated that he was waiting for me to call him and give him the go ahead on the estimates, but that he hadnt submitted them yet. I never said I would call and I had already given him the go ahead. He then stated that he would go ahead and submit them on Friday the 13th, and we should hear back within 24 hours from State Farm. I called State Farm on the 19th and they have not received the estimates from Isaac. I called the office and Estafany told me she would have him call me back, and he never did. I called them today, September 20, and fired them. Isaac couldnt even get the estimates to the insurance company in 6 days short of a month. I have no idea where they got all the great reviews from because he does not run a customer friendly, responsible, reputable company. Thanks Isaac for DROPPING THE BALL AND WASTING MY TIME IF YOU DIDNT WANT TO DO THE WORK, YOU COULD HAVE JUST SAID SO. DONT GO HERE IF YOU HAVE INSURANCE CLAIMS...THEY CANT HANDLE THE SITUATIONS WITH THE INSURANCE COMPANIES. BAD, BAD, BUSINESS ETIQUETTE!!!!!

Awesome Work! They painted my motorcycle completly custom true blue/silver thats right Dem Boys airbrush is tight, all i get is compliments daily, almost pulled over each time i ride my bike. Thought that was an outrageous price so I drove right down the street to MAACO and they quoted me just $298!! Dont waste your money.. SHOP AROUND!!! Someone who doesnt do the work.. Inland Empire Auto Body & Paint recently repaired a rear end crash to my 2012 Acura TSX. The car looked brand new when I picked it up- prices were great, even included a brand new tail light which saved me a fortune off the dealer price. I went here to get a car repaired and repainted. It was a hit from the back (fender bender) and the paint was scratched off in the crash contact. Isaac and Lucy were able to fix up the Honda Civic 2011 back to its brand new condition and look, not only were the repairs amazing and unnoticeable of the crash, the grey paint that was applied matched the entire cars grey scale color, LOOKED LIKE NOTHING EVER HAPPENED. Price was perfect and the TIME done was in EXCELLENT FAST timing. Had it done in time as needed. GREAT people and company. May God continue to bless them very much and their workers!

WOW! Detail Detail Detail!!! These guys are amazing Issac and Yuni are super helpful. I brought in my 1970 firebird and they stripped it down and sanded it went over everything, door jams to the moldings around the side marker lights they dont miss a thing! I have to say if youre looking to restore an old car Id recommend this place to anyone and their prices are really good!

Inland Empire and Autobody came highly recommended by my trusted mechanic. Ive used them twice now for damage sustained to my sons car while parked at the university they attend.The 2005 CRV looked amazing at pick up. The new paint matched the old paint exactly, and the bumper fit perfectly. Isaac (the owner) explained in detail what was done to the car, and was available to answer questions. They went above and beyond by washing the interior and exterior of the car, shining the headlights, and removing hard water stains.Not only was the work done excellently, but the customer service was excellent as well. Both Yuni and Lucy were positive, enthusiastic, and precise when it came to discussing the progress with the repairs. From beginning to end, I felt I was in good hands and that I was not being taken advantage of.When I left, I told them I hoped I would never see them again because I never want any more damage to our cars. :) However, I did say I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for an honest, excellent repair shop.

Isaac, Lucy, and Yuni did an amazing job with my 07 Navigator and my 06 Avalon. I dropped off the cars and in a few days, my cars were ready for pick up. In addition to other items, they repaired the rear bumper on the 07 Navigator and repaired both front and rear bumpers on my 06 Avalon. The paint was blended so well you couldnt tell its been hit. I just had my SUV detailed at Inland Empire Autobody and Paint today, what an awsome job. The car looks like it just came off the showroom floor. They paint cars extremely well but I didnt know that they did auto detailing until I ran into a friend who had his car detaile here. I was so impressed that I had to take my Suv.The attention to detail was more than I expected Im talking using a tooth brush to make sure that every nook and cranny of the SUV was perfect.A big thanks to Issac and crew for an oustanding job.

Somehow, when Inland Auto Body & Paint was looking at my bumper, they said to themselves...Well just fix the 3 biggest scratches and leave the other 10-15 tiny scratches that are all over the bumper, which I couldnt see when I picked it up, only when I got back home, because they parked it under the glaring sun. When I asked why nothing else was fixed or at least touched up besides the biggest marks, I was told, it doesnt look like it came from an accident. My vehicle is literally brand new, less than a month old, what do they think, I drove through a briar patch then afterwards the car hit my bumper?? Not even a courtesy call to ask, nothing at all. That annoying lack of attention to detail aside, the office manager does seem to care...except for not calling me about the other scratches of course.

Im typing this review the way that my experiance at this shop unfolded.I went to this body shop based off of reviews on here and other sites. Issac, Lucy, and Katie come across as wonderful people and they were/are pleasant to deal with.However, i cannot refer anyone to this shop based off of my experience here. I personally would not come back to get any of our vehicles repaired here unless its warranty work for the one that was fixed here.When i initially picked up my vehicle (insurance job) after it was repaired, paint job was poor (specific areas were not painted, or painted properly), there was overspray on parts that normally do not have paint on them (trim pieces), parts were not reinstalled that were originally removed to repair the damage, vehicle was dirty, bondo-work could be seen through clear coat (you could tell which direction the bondo filler was sanded due to someone being to lazy to use a fine grit sandpaper to complete the job), license plate tag was removed/scrapped-off (this is ridiculous on so many levels), parts that should of been replaced were not replaced..in my opinion the vehicle was not completed in a timely manner and seemed to have been rushed at the end to be completed. I returned the vehicle to have the items above and more, repaired/addressed.I understand some of the parts acquisition was out of the control of the shop, but i have the impression that the parts-searching could of been accomplished a little more stream-lined (utilize more sources such as other dealerships, research vehicle forums, research various online sites that sell parts, do better research locally within wrecking yards). I the customer shouldnt have to do research on my own (out of my own frustration) and point you in the direction of where to acquire any part (i only did this to get my car finished).When i picked up the vehicle the second time, all the items were addressed that i requested to be addressed, the vehicle was cleaned properly this time...there are some issues im not happy with regarding quality and finish on the paint in certain areas...but i can live with it.Overall, Issac, Lucy, and Katie were pleasant to deal with. However, communication was poor based off of being told a few times that i would get a call back and it not happening, or not happening in a timely manner. Or being told that i would get a call back by one individual and actually getting a call back at another time by another individual. This i find to be un-professional.I feel in the end that this shop can turn out awesome work....ive seen some of the vehicles in the shop and know that they can do better then what occured with my vehicle. It frustrates me why my car received sub-par treatment/work done to it and came across as a rush job at the end (paint/body work wise).... maybe its the painter that was replaced shortyly after my vehicle was painted, who did a horrible job in my opinion, or maybe its to much work and not enough manpower or quality manpower, or maybe the lack of quality control led to my situation. Either way, i would never let a car leave my shop (if i were the owner) in the condition that i received mine initially and with the crappy work that was accomplished on it. I regret going here and not taking it elsewhere...i hate saying this because i was excited when i first dropped it off, and the owners are nice people. But this in the end turned out to be a nightmare. Sorry about the long post, but this is a honest un-biased review which may shed light on someone else that who will be in my position of shopping around for a dependable shop to fix their vehicle.
