I appreciate the whole team. They really like there job, and that make a difference in the experience.. if I could give 10 starts I would. Im very pleased with how they repaired my bumper. I was set up with a great Enterprise rental car and was called the next day to be informed my car was ready. Just one day! Very very pleased.

I was referred here by my insurance company. They were very friendly and communicated with me via text throughout the entire process.My car was actually completed 3 days earlier than expected. I appreciated that . When I picked it up they notified me that I would be receiving a link to write a review with in 72 hours and if anything was wrong to give them the opportunity to fix it before I wrote my review. So of course no issues and I gave a great review. Fast forward 2 weeks and 1 small part that was fixed fell off my car. I called and notified them and then went down to show them. I was told it would take 3-4 days to receive the part and they would call me. 2 weeks and 3 phone calls later (from me) to them and still nothing. My last call they made me feel like I was bothering them and was told they will call me when it comes in as it is back ordered and the date keeps changing. That is fine but they could communicate with me better It is frustrating because they were so great in the beginning but now that all is paid they could care less. I just want my car the way it should be.

BMW x3 collision repair. Please dont wrk with repair rep Hugo. Dropped car 2 wks ago.. saw and heard him then.. and been 2 weeks as per estimate.. but nvr got a single call bk for updates except automated txt to keep me updated. 24hrs less than my supposed to delivered or pickup. No call still from either him or office. So i call them in the morning.. no answer.. and another call.. got hold of him.. so i asked him.. wats the status or is it on time. He assured me that car would be ready as per estimate by 5pm on April 12thToday april 12th. Ard 1pm.. i get a call from Hugo says car is yet to be checked for testruns and prefer if i can stop by tomorrow instead.. and i reply that yest i confirmed with you.. n assured me. Now i have to come nxt dayNope im picking it today as agreed. Shows up at the location.. they still have to attach screws n bumper n wash.. its 530pm.. not on time. Not professional. Called my insurance to get rid of this from progressive preferred service for bmw/luxury cars

Insurance companies like mine suggest places like this for car damage to be repaired. The parts were said to be $1500 and labor another $1400, so they replace the tail light hammered some dents out and slap paint on it. They shine up the wheels real nice, which had nothing to do with the damage they were supposed to fix.It kept my eyes off what should have been fixed. The tailgate has a gap half an inch bigger on one side than the other. It really seems too many insurance companies are using them to repair cars they just cant handle fixing properly. Wow I was pulled over today and it was for not having proper taillights, so they did not even hook the light up. Its really concerning to me what it is that took them a week and a half to do. I think my truck was better of before I took it.
I got a photo estimate from them, I guess photo estimates should not exist if theyre so inaccurate, the live estimate went up by 2 thousand dollars.when I said I would like my car back I was told I had to pay 200 dollars.I said that I had not been told of such a charge beforehand and Mike got angry and suggested I was calling him a liar. I told him I would pay the fee and pick up the car and when I picked it up they didnt charge me. I guess I was telling the truth.

There is a bit of a waiting time, but it was definitely worth it. I was kept notified throughout the entire process, and I feel they did a careful, well-done job. Jorge was great! They took care of my rental while they worked on my car. This was my very first time having to get my car fixed as a result of an accident, and I was really satisfied with the ease and comfort I felt about the whole process. Would definitely recommend.

All of the staff at 1st Collision are extremely helpful, professional, inviting, and friendly. I dropped my car off about 2 weeks ago, and since then, Ive received consistent notification on the status of the repairs.On the day I went in to drop my car off, the staff helped initiate the rental process with Enterprise. Though Enterprise is in the same building as 1st Collision, they are not affiliated with one another; so, 1st Collision staff could have left it up to me to get in contact with someone from Enterprise, but they didnt.The wait time to have someone available to come look at the damages on my car was reasonable. The first time I went in, I waited all of 5 minutes. When I went back the second time to leave my car, I waited about 10-15 minutes because they were busy. Both times, I felt comfortable, and I trusted that theyd get the job done efficiently.This is my first experience with a repair shop, and Jorge and all other staff have made it easy and stress-free. If I ever need any other repairs made on my car, Id definitely go back to 1st Collision.
I am very happy with my overall repairs and experience at 1st Certified Collision Centers, Hugo kept me very informed throughout the process along with the staff with all my concerns as this was my first time getting in an accident they really made me feel comfortable having my vehicle at their collision center. Iโd also like to thank the manager Lucas for his help Iโm sure this is never an easy process for anyone but he sure made it feel like it was. I wiill definitely be referring this business!!
They did an excellent job on my car. Jorge was very attentive & explained everything to me. They made sure i was treated very well which helped with the stress of a city tree falling on my brand new car and doing thousands of $$ in damages. Customer service is everything to me. George and the people at the front desk had were great, but after my repair was completed it took 4 month and 4 separate visits and countless phone calls (they never called me like they said they would) and a written proof from a different mechanic that they had stripped a bolt that attached my muffler to the undercarriage of my car. They eventually fixed it but they put me through hell and countless hours of missed work to get this simple mistake they had made fixed.

My husband took our Honda Fit in for repair after a rearend collision. The staff are polite and professional. Jorge was very knowledgeable and helpful. The vehicle was repaired in less time than estimated. The bumper looks knew and the interior damage was repaired...with a lifetime warranty to boot! Just picked up my 1997 Jeep Cherokke did an awsome job. Paul was aswome professional honest and super friendly and nice as was all of the staff.
This shop was part of Farmers certified repair shops that was suggested to me. From the very beginning, Raymond and the rest of the team at this location were very thorough through the whole process with weekly updates. Since this facility works with Farmers and has an Enterprise inside the office, there were only a few signatures needed and the rest was handled directly through insurance. We were rear ended on September 15th and had an appointment for inspection/drop off the 17th. Estimated completion date was October 22nd but the work was finished October 15th. Very glad the car was in good hands, plus this shop is Honda repair certified. Would definitely bring the car here again if we are in another unfortunate accident.

Ive been coming to this collision center for 4 years,this particularly time I brought my car in for 2 dings with chipped paint on my drivers side passenger door. Was told by Jorge that it was estimated 4 days but he had my car only 1 night and was called and said it was ready,I got there to pick up my vehicle and 1st notice where the chips used to be what looked like drips in the paint apparently there were particles between the paint and gloss,was told I needed to leave it and keep my rental,I was unable to leave it again so I said I bring it back. Got home and noticed my tint on my small passenger window is scratched with like a box cutter like cut. Then my front drivers side door and passenger door started catching when I opened and closed them,was told at dealership my doors are misaligned. I am driving a brand new 2019 Nissan so why should my doors be misaligned, so I take my car back to 1st certified only to be told by jorge,sorry but all I can do is apologize and fix the paint and put the doors right. I have yet to take my car back to fix the paint for fear of them doing something else wrong. I dont just want a apology,they need to pay for a rental if I have to leave my car again for them to get the particles out my paint. I give them 2 stars because the receptionist is awesome.

Took weeks to get back to me. Called once a week for 3 weeks, was told they would call back never did. Got sent the wrong information and all I needed was the quote. Hate to see what repairs would be like here. Will be looking for another place to start work.

I didnt call to find out information but I did look at the website and no where in the website doest it say you have to have a appointment to get a estimate done. Super bad service the name of the person who assisted me is Jeremo and he was very rude they painted my car and my car was badly drained and the paint did not accept the bad work they did I asked him to speak Spanish and he said I dont have and If there are people who speak Spanish, I do not recommend the place
