This was my first time coming to this business. I took my husbands truck for clay bar treatment and wax.I was impressed by their customer service. Any issues I experienced they took care of it. I will be going back for their services on my car. Very professional!

I used to go to the other place down and across the street but i pass this place every day and the cars always look amazing. So i decided to try it and i wont take my car anywhere else now. These guys really care about their work and it shows. Its a wait but very well worth it. They do a great job!!!

This is the best detail and all around custom car culture shop in the IE! The owners James and Gina are good people and make you feel a real VIP! Theyve worked detail magic on my vehicles from a sour milk maggot infested jeep wrangler clean out to the customization of my 2017 Toyota Sienna. They do it all and they do it the best!!

I am giving these guys five stars! Every time I come here they do a very good and detailed job. I would recommend dropping your car off here and going to grab a bite to eat because these guys are going to take time in detail to make sure they do not miss a spot on your car. They got all the door jams all up in the Dash all of the vents Under and around the seats in the doors the trunk headliner even tired coat the wheels and treat the trim and just make everything look absolutely amazing. And for $25 for their special it feels more like $50! Don’t be intimidated by the people that work here as they may look tough but really they are all very nice and full of smiles.

I havent been here in a while since this whole COVID mess. I went in on Monday and this place has changed a lot. First of all most of the employees are no longer working there. The wait time to get your car washed was super long. l use to pay $40 for a wash and wax. Now they are charging $85. For a wash and spray wax I use to get charged $25. Now they charged me $40! I understand you dont have employees and that your customer counts are down because of productivity...but that shouldnt mean that you are going to overcharge the existing customers. Needless to say Im now looking for a new place. Ill update this review once I find another detailer.

These guys did such a great job today! I left it there and went shopping etc while they detailed it. Everyone was really friendly and helpful and they did a bang up job. My car looks 10 years younger! I got the headlights done too, and they look brand new. Ill be back for sure.

This place used to be Top Notch but it has definitely gone down hill. $120.00 bucks and I’m home cleaning the back windows, rims, door jams and console. Looks like a rush job and I left my Tacoma there all day. When I went to pick it up I said something to one of the owners that the windows were not clean. She said she was going to have the guy take care of it. They didn’t.

I wanted to remove some scuff marks and light scratches and went to this place. They did a leather treatment for the interior and clay bar treatment. They are very meticulous and did an amazing job. I highly recommend them. 👌

Everything was clean, however when I start my car, the SRS light indicator appeared (air bag light was on.). The car is 2 years old and the airbag light decided to come on after they clean the interior of the vehicle.

Brought my Maserati here and had no problems, Took care of my car and came out looking awesome!

First visit was beautiful, second visit 10 more dollars and poorly done. Had to reclean the windows and the car was not fully cleaned on the outside. Disappointed.

My partner spilled fish ceviche on the passenger seat leaving a nasty stain and terrible oder. I asked for a seat wash, interior detail, and car wash. This place is a real car detailing business. I brought my car in full of dog hair and dirt. My car looks new after the hardest working guys I have seen were done with it. They were pleasant and took their time to do everything right. I could not believe how they got all the dog hair out. It was fantastic. I will be bringing my business to them again and again. Best car wash in Riverside area. The guys there take pride in their work. They treat and wash your car as if its their own. $25 + tip spray wax is always my go to and a good job takes time (about an hour), so take a book. Ive also had my car hand waxed there too I probably do it twice a year with them. Anyway, see the pictures.

I went here because when I spoke with them they mentioned steam cleaning my the engine compartment. And an dreadful attempt they did make. Was told it was done and when I showed up to pick it up they didn’t have a problem taking my money however the top wasn’t done windows weren’t cleaned, Armor all or whatever they put on the tires was all over the rims. Had my ride return to pick me up. Was told again it was complete only to find the rims still dirty the dash was not even wiped several areas inside were not even wiped let alone detailed. Could have got a better lob at a local car wash and a lot cheaper

Took my old and dirty truck here to get cleaned up, and they did a fantastic job. Not very expensive. The inside looks great now and Im not embarrassed to have people in it!

I was a customer of there before the owner tried to charge me a extra 20 dollars. Normally its 25 dollars for a wash. And I always tip the person who washes my car. For whatever reason the owner thought he could charge me 45 dollars today. And tried to say my car was extra dirty. Like how. Lost a customer over 20 dollars.

My car was filthy, and I had a bit of white paint from a small accident I had on my passenger side. They washed and detailed my car and my car has never been cleaner! They got all the paint off, and my car be looks brand new. They got all the food off the floor and seats. They all did such a wonderful job, Ill be going back again!

Although everything was done by hand there were many things missed or incomplete. Example; floors and mats vacuumed well but back seat itself and cup holders, etc were missed completely. Some of the problems could have been due to my late arrival as it was getting dark. Will give them another try.

I had my Mazda 3 washed here. I purchased their special wash and wax for 25 bucks. They have done an amazing job.The paid attention to detail. The guys worked hard to make sure all crevices were dry with air compressors. Something I havent seen before. Which is nice. They even opened the engine hood to dry. They took out my mats and vaccumed them individually They took their time in making sure everything is spotless. Did not feel like a rushed job. I will definitely let friends and family know about this place. Great first-time experience.

Brought my Impreza here today for the first time and got the special. I normally do my car myself and Im very detailed.(I grew up with a lot of experience with going to car washes and doing at home, because my dad always had a lot a pride in how clean and kept up our vehicles were. But I had just gone on a trip the last weekend through the desert, so my car badly needed to be washed and with my work I knew Id be too tired to do it myself and I didnt want to wait any longer to get it done because it was covered in dust and smashed bugs from the drive)I could see the guy who worked on my car, and I could see how hard he was working on my car and much he tried to pay attention to details. He cared more than I normally see others at other places do.In the middle of working on my car another customer arrived to pick her car up, called him over to point some spots which he was willingly helpful, but she still seemed unhappy. Shortly after he finally finished my car. He seemed still concerned with trying to wipe my front bumper down from the squashed bug marks that were left behind from the trip. Which was the exact same thing the other customer was unhappy about. But unlike her I had an understanding about how bugs/bird poop/sap are awful on the paint should be removed ASAP. I knew the bugs from the trip, and in 107+ degree heat in which I drove in would only bake the bugs to my bumper. So I understood that might need more work than having it washed and waxed, that it needs to be polished and buffed out. Which is its on separate thing to have done.As for the job he did with my car, he did great and was very pleased. After I wished I had more on me to tip him because I know he worked hard for it and was unsure weather the other customer did or not. But was very gracious of the tip I did give him (dont worry I got you next time)Only thing I noticed after leaving was one of the dash vents was missed, which I understand how that could happen and I took care of it myself, no big deal.*Sorry for the long review and added details but thought it necessary.

We t here for the first time. I had my reservations about it. It took a bit longer than I expected but in the end,, the guy did a great job on my tundra and it looks sharp. Outside was looking goid, Windows were great and inside was just as good. Not the best but far from bad. I will return.

Ill stick to doing it myself. 1# They left my weatherproof floor mats full of interior air freshener leaving them all slippery. #2 Glass was not cleaned properly,smudges all over my controls. #3 worst part they scuffed my black trim on my grill and scratched window tint.

Disappointed !!!!!!I took my car for a full detail around 2pm and they close at 6p they told me it was late for that, So the next time I took it at 8:30am and they still did not want to take it. I dont know why. He ended up taking my car and said to leave it all day and pick it up at 6p and if the car was done earlier he would call me. Well when i got there at 5:30p the person who washed my car said it had been done since 1pm and it was all full of dust from being infront of the street for hours until i picked it up. I was disappointed because I saw all the good reviews and that is why I went there. But never again!

On 3-19-2016 Mint Conditioning washed, vacuumed, hand waxed and detailed the engine compartment of my black 2012 Dodge Superbee. Their worker did a wonderful job. Removed clear coast swerls the engine compartment has never looked as good even when it was new.

BEWARE! My worst car wash ever. I took my car in for a wash on a Friday afternoon but when I got home my husband and I noticed two huge scratches and a dent on the back passenger door. We immediately called the car wash owner James, he told us to come in to see the next day, as they were closed. We went the next morning to show him the damages. James said he will ask Memo, the guy who washed it and he would review the tapes and get back to me on Monday. Monday comes, I texted the owner James and he replied he forgot the monitor to view the tapes but he had asked the guy who washed my car and claimed the scratches were already there but he will check the tape. I gave him until Wednesday and texted him if he had an update and no reply. My husband kept reaching out to him for 2 weeks from the incident, as we never heard back and he finally got back to us and he claimed he couldnt see anything from the tape. He said after he spoke to his employees they claimed they were not at fault and those scratches were already on my door. Which is a lie.My car did not have any major damages to it and Im upset that they would do this to a customer and not confess up to it. They damaged my car and Im sure that is why my car was kept in the back out of sight the entire time including when it was dried. The owner claims that sometimes they keep the cars in the back. Yeah right! Why is it that the car behind me, did get dry at the front where it can be in the viewed by the customer. It is not my first car wash here and Ive never seen it kept in the back. There was plenty of open space for my car to have been dried up front and they took longer bringing it out than the other cars after me. When Memo came out with my car he drove it up on the driver side. It is probably might fault for not inspecting it at the time or checking why it was taking so long but HONESTLY goes a long way. I rather would of had them admit to what they did and we can go from there, to have our insurance take care of it. Why as a business owner wouldnt you make sure you followed up with your customer right away? Why wait for us to continue asking, if there is nothing to hide? The unprofessionalism, dishonesty, lacking of integrity from this place is truly what a bad business entails. Dont trust them with your car.

I spent $25 for a spray wax and wash. Maybe it was my fault for not inspecting the car but when I got home, I realized my car had streaks all over the car. Idk if it was the wax but I had to wash it again. I did not go back because I will never go back. Oh yeah my rims were dirty to. Bad experience
