Ive been here since June and I am constantly reminded of why this was one of THE BEST decisions Ive made this year. Its very important to me to feel good about where my belongings are. This is the CLEANEST and most well kept storage Ive had. Customer Service is a huge deal to me also. Chuck and Tiara are ABSOLUTELY AMAZING and always provide the best experience. Please do yourself the favor of looking no further for a storage. You wont be disappointed! I guarantee you 🙌🏽😊.

Moving is beyond stressful, however the process with Life Storage was the ease we needed. From the beginning there was proper communication and reassurance that things would be ok. We arrived on a Sunday10/31 and received a call from Tiara as soon as they opened to verify our appointment and make sure we were still on board. Very courteous over the phone and in person! Once we arrived to complete our paperwork Tiara and Chuck made us feel like we were old friends catching up and conducting business all at the same time... They answered all questions and was thorough with the explanations given. The facility was clean and the space we purchased was more than what we expected. I would definitely recommend to others and hope they get to work with these two!

This is our first day with the facility, but thus far everything is A-1! Its spacious, clean, nice location,& secure. Very quick to get a unit. Great service; Mr. Chuck is amazing! Very funny& charismatic.

My favorite storage location. I cant remember the guy thats always there, but he is so nice, friendly and people person. Hes the sweetest person you could ever meet. The storage is clean, and spacious.

The facility is clean and bright, the price is fair and my unit is exactly what I needed. However, the real gem is Mr. Chuck. He made my experience easy-breezy and his conversation was light and fun. I can only hope I am as awesome as he is when Im his age. Thank you for being so great!!

Chuck was the epitome of Customer Service! He was very friendly and knowledgeable and even indulged my 4 year olds questions. The facility is very clean and well maintained. I must say that my experience thus far has been pleasant. From my 1st reservation online and Nikki calling me to see if I had any questions or concerns to her suggesting me to this location to better fit my needs. I was completely satisfied when I arrived on site. It is basically brand new. It is clean and very convenient to my home. Chuck was at the door and greeted me with a smile. He interacted with me the entire time and literally had me laughing (great personality). My only issue is the pricing of the units. I do believe you have to pay for what you want but I also believe the pricing needs to be reasonable for what you get. My unit is a 10 x 10. For my needs, it is small. Paying over $100 monthly is a bit steep BUT because of such a friendly experience I had with Chuck, I accepted the price and rate this location 5 stars!Thanks, Nichole of TNT Decor & Events

Chuck is very very professional and courteous he knew what I needed and what. I wanted for my business. The place is clean, durable, safety, andWand well light and that is very important to me but Mr Chuck insured me safety safety secure. I really appreciate his time and explain everything the I need to know Mr chuck was very helpful nice know what he was doing!

Chuck and PhePhe were phenomenal. They were professional, warm and inviting. They made my Mother and me feel comfortable about doing business with Life Storage. We got two large units.

Outstanding Customer Service. Very patient and will work with you if you are struggling. I came in and i removed the items out my unit but didnt take the lock. I didnt know id continue to be charged and they worked with me to resolve the issue and save me alot of money. The best staff i have had an experience with especially Mr.Chuck. I was very impressed with Mr. Chuck and Ms. Monica! The storage area was clean, and the office was clean and organized practicing safe social distancing protocols. I observed security cameras, and I am convinced that my items will be safe and secure. Their rental prices are amazingly reasonable. Military veteran Mr Chuck carried my boxes that I purchased sending a clear message of impressive customer service with a hint of chivalry. I highly recommend this business. Thanks!
