Great experience checking in. The young woman at the front desk was very friendly and helpful and the whole process was quick and easy. She explained everything as well. The unit was clean and we experienced no problems while we rented it for two months. I loved that I could open the access gate from my phone. The move out process was easy as well. I was able to do everything from my phone. Will definitely use this facility again if needed.

Customer Service from Shun couldn’t have been better. I tried to rent space from them at this location because my current unit at another Public Storage site was going up on rent. Shun didn’t have a unit available but went out the way to find me a unit at the other location and assured I get the best rate. She couldn’t help me but she showed she didn’t want Public Storage to lose my business. Shun’s patience and desire to genuinely be of help has won her a customer anytime I’m in need of their service in the future.

Everyone is super nice helping you get a storage unit. Until the end of your lease. 1/2 of what I had in storage is moldy..plus there are rat baits in my unit. I used my own lock so how did they get in my unit? I didnt store food however that doesnt excuse the fact someone entered my unit without my permission. ALSO..I have 3 boxes of Mac Makeup and tattoo guns misding..

WARNING !! Do not rent a storage space here. Myself and several other customers I spoke to have seen the rat infestation among this property. I had a huge dead rat in my storage and feces all over my items. All of my things in that storage unit or lack there of was a complete and total loss. I really want to help someone like I wish I wouldve been helped. The staff was not shocked by my claim and totally negligent.They blamed the rodents on other people storing food in the storage near mine. I could not believe the lack of responsibility. I paid for this storage for an entire year before I saw the damage. God bless

Ive been In business for 5 years now and its rare that I come across someone who actually knows what they are talking about with space and storages. Shun was a great help. I was moving a client in and she was able to handle everything I needed efficiently. She even knew what size storage I would need soon as I explained how many bedrooms were moving in. I will most certainly recommend my clients to her and the establishment going forward.

We used this storage for about 6 months and it was a horrific stay. Rats were coming from other units and are through all of applications they are through my vacuum cleaner hose I had to replace that the rats are through my washer hoses and apparently underneath it as well. I went to use my washer and water out of the bottom of my washer. Upon packing our things there were ants in all of my stuff as well. I will be asking this property to reimburse for things. The property should have more stipulations in requiring people to keep the land from filth

DO NOT STORE YOUR THINGS HERE. I had issues with the rodents as well like everyone is sharing prior to moving I seen this site shows a 4.6 however I didn’t read the complaints. The rats had feces and urine on my mattress, chairs, bookshelf, and boxes. It ate my daughter baby dolls and toys there where literally holes in the dolls legs. I did have the insurance and it says coverage for up to $5000 however that is only if these items are stolen for the rats and rodents it is only $250 max. I literally got rid of so much stuff because rats carry diseases I didn’t want any of those things especially the things it ruined of my daughter. I did speak with the manager and they were sympathetic. I suggest no one store your things at this storage location.

My experience at this location was amazing,even though I didn’t rent a unit today,Shun helped me with ideas on how to protect my belongings for when I am ready to rent a space at her location.Her knowledge of the products that she sells will fit my storage needs.

I want to give them negative five stars. I will never again use this storage. My storage is infested with mice and the mice has eaten up my furniture. And they still want me to pay for the for unit. I dont think so that stuff will stay there.

DONT DO IT!Horrible! Rat feces everywhere! Rat holes in the ceiling and something looked like it died on the floor. It was sticky and had what looked like fur on it. When I asked if they would clean it, she said we dont clean the units. The door also wouldnt close all the way. I had to call management to get amother unit. This one wont stay up properly!

Next to a seedy environment and the exit is full of pot holes so your car may be damaged. The good reviews, not sure where they are coming from but there are rats (at the auction, a few units were eaten through). Do not use this location - rent at your own risk if you do not mind seeing transactions in the parking lot.DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION!@

It is only a matter of time before an employee is hurt or killed within these bussines. They are so cheap they only have one employee on duty. These storage units locations are often in bad areas, and the employees are subject to being left alone, with no protection. It amazes me that OSHA has not investigated why this unsafe practice is allowed to continue. I personally refuse to support a bussine that puts profits over people.

We needed a storage unit becuase our house had a delay and was not ready to move in. Public storage had a decent price on-line, once in the store several hidden fees were presented. Lock fee, renters insurance, administrative fee. I did bring my own lock so that fee was waived, however I was forced to use public storage renters insurance and not my own that I currently had. We only need a month and in the months time I paid for the storage and two flat tires ($40.00) I rolled over an object on the property my car tire pressure light came on and the pressure dropped to 14 psi I went to a local tire shop and the pulled this metal object out of my tire. The next day I returned to public storage and the public storage attendant explained to me that when we cut the locks off this is what flies off we cant catch themshe left the broken locks on the ground and drove off. I spoke to the GM and she stated it has happened to me and I can not do anything about it. The second time it happened went to the office and told shaun and she said so it happens call the 800 number for public storage since I have gotten no where, and paid for two tires to be repaired and no one at public storage openly does not care. I will file a small claim with the courts for all damages.
