If you need top notch, reasonable body work from a fair and reasonably priced establishment, please look no further. The workmanship, professionalism and speed surpassed my expectation.My first interaction was with the owner, Nicole. She calmed me down after hearing marked up prices with dealerships. She explained what the possibilities were ($$) and to take my car to the shop. This is a husband, wife and family business so I felt much better knowing they were personally invested in their business. Let me tell you, I am beyond satisfied. After driving in there with tape and tie-wraps, I picked my car up one week later (that was due to the holiday or it would have been sooner). The amount quoted was the amount I paid (honest).The overall job is fantastic - paint job - incredible. They even painted a panel (no included) that was damaged through my horrible attempt at taping. To top it all off, they took my car to the car wash! Toyota has never done that before.

Very Good work and professional. Other shops were talking bout it would take two to three weeks to get done, but Jay got it done in three days looking like brand new with my accents back on there. Highly recommend this shop if you get in a fender bender and it is black owned.

BEAUTIFUL WORK! This was my first time going out to get body work done, and I was a little concerned about how my car might turn out. Nicole and Jay are very personable and made the whole experience so much better. My car now looks amazing! Would 100% recommend!

The owner is very rude and disrespectful. He patched my car and when I said something about it he got an attitude with me as if I wasn’t a paying customer. In addition he replaced my bumper which needed to be painted and did not blend the color which the insurance will pay for but he doesn’t want to submit supplemental reports. My undercarriage was also messed up and he was supposed to replace it but instead he tried to patch that as well. I had to ask him to replace the undercarriage that was damaged as well as blend the paint on my bumper. And it still isn’t blended. You can see the fresh paint against the older paint.

The service was A1 from start to finish. I called Kory about 8pm on a Monday night and was able to drop my car off the very next day. They were very informative about the whole process and were quick to answer any questions i had. Best of all, they waived my deductible. The wreck couldnt have come at a worse time but Southside complete customs took all the worry away. They were done in a few days and I got my car back looking better than it did before my accident. I went with Southside I was referred buy a friend who has recently used them. And he was completely satisfied but the work so I went ahead and use them I had my bumper replaced recently and I just wanted it to match my car. They did a wonderful job above and beyond my expectations in fact the bumper look good so good I went ahead and had them just redo the whole car cuz my bumper looking so good it made the rest of my car look crazy the staff was exceptional and their knowledge they explained everything I understood everything that was going on they were prompt and I felt very welcome and in good hands during the whole process I will completely refer them to anyone friends or stranger who needed some work done on your car thank you guys again.

I had really high hopes for this company. Because its black owned and the reviews are great for the most part. However I was that black sjeep whose experience was not at all the best..I wont write everything that happened because really yall gone do what yall want to do and theyll comment trying to down play or deny what happen. All I will say is the bad reviews you do see please take heed..when you drop your car off stop by and check on your vehicle and just dont let the waived deductible be the thing that gets you. I wish anyone who tries them out the best experience.

I have never been in a wreck before. So I didnt know what to do. I found this place. I spoke to Korey. He walked me through the steps of getting my repairs. Since its a pandemic he worked with me through pictures, texts, and phone calls. He was patient, kind, and funny. Once I was ready to take my car in he made sure everything was set up for me. Once I got to the shop they were very professional and told me they got it from there. In walks Nicole.. She is AWESOME!! When I had problems with the insurance adjuster, she stepped in and got them right. She called until she got the right person. Made sure they were going to extend my rental car and send the check for repairs immediately. She handled everything to get my car repaired. They didnt take along time to fix the car. When I got it I check it out from every angle. tapped on it, bumped up against and nothing fell off or cracked.. lol The car looks AMAZING. It looks like it did before the wreck. Everything repaired perfectly. I get off work after the shop closes and work across town, she made sure someone was there waiting for me to pick up my car. They did an AMAZING JOB. Southside Complete Auto Paint took excellent care of my vehicle while under auto repair. I was amazed by the customer service rendered. Nicole, called the insurance company for me to make sure my case was handled properly. The workmanship was superb. I would absolutely highly recommend SCAP for paint and body work services.

If I could sum up my whole experience it would be that this company is full of people who, Take care of people and take pride in treating them right. Not only do they fix your vehicle in a timely but they took care of the insurance. Southside Complete is one of the best customer service experiences you will have in Georgia. Jay (the owner) is a LIFE SAVER!!! First time I had to used Southside, Jay had my car towed from Norcross to the Southside in a matter of hours... He didnt know me from a can of paint... Assured me he would take care of everything!! And he did. He answered every call, or called me back immediately. Second time, my husband totalled his truck, on a Sunday (the shop was closed) Jay said, have it towed to the shop, then assisted with removing rims and held the truck until the insurance company picked it up!! This third time, I hit a deer... Jay took care of me AGAIN!!! My car looks brand new. Not a single complaint. Also, Ive never paid my deductible once! Jay is an angel!!! OMG!!!When i tell you these people SAVED my car!It was literally on life support! I thought that it was going to take at least 2weeks (minimum) but it took them a week in a half to complete and revive my baby!!! I recommend that you come and see them for ALL your body work needs!!!

I hadthem replace my bumper my hood and two headlights. My headlight on my passenger side did not last six months, my other headlight just went out recently. This work was done on my car in 2017 June to be exact. The paint job was terrible. And they did not properly place my splash guards. I will never use this business again.

I had an accident and brought my vehicle to Jay. I was very satisfied with the speedy professional job that they did. I will definitely be doing more business with them in the near future. Excellent service!!

I don’t drive my car often so it escaped me to write this review. I did not want to have a claim with my insurance, so after speaking with Nicole and she gave me a price to do my car, which was reasonable. After the Christmas and new year I dropped my car off on the 1at Monday in January, I was told my car would ready that Wednesday ( wasn’t a big repair). Over the holidays I went ahead and did a claim on the damage to my car. I did not know how much the insurance company estimated my repairs until the check arrived, I immediately deposited it into my credit union, the Lein holder of my car. I called and told Nichole, and all of a sudden the price to repair my car swallowed the entire check! Not cool! Not to mention they told me that they did not take anything off my car to fix. They did because you can see the buldge on the left rear door,and the paint job is not professional!

Unfortunately I can NOT give this body shop a good review, if I could it would be 1/2 of a star! At first I thought this was going to be a good experience. However after the car being returned for the second time for repairs, and having the car reinspected twice by the insurance company and another body shop to verify the cause of the damage to be a faulty used part installed on my vehicle instead of a new part. Now my vehicle is inoperable and he does not want to be responsible even after he verbally stated that he would to the insurance company if he was found negligent. Not to mention that this is my second time having to pay out of pocket for a rental car due to them dragging their feet, but of course they dont feel that is their responsibility either. The customer service here is horrible, the absolute worst!!! The really sad part is, being black you want to help support our own, but then situations like this make you realize why we go to the other side of town. We have to do better!!!
