Everything was fine except that chrome and the black rubber not being centered.Rather than accommodating me, the young lady insist it wasnt done by them... My bumper was replaced thy had to remove those two pieces and put on the new bumper. That what lower my opinion of their customer service and workmanship.In response to your reply, I understood then an now what you were saying, which had nothing to do with my concern. The black rubber piece an the chrome piece is far more to the right than it it Center as it was when it came in and should be now Regardless. The young lady totally insisted on not hearing me out as you are. It would have only need to be center using measurements to put in the correct place. A 10 year old could have done that. Blessings to you.

Someone hit my car in the back and ran. M.O.P. was able to schedule my car for repairs quickly, at a great price and they DELIVERED excellent service! My car looks like it was never damaged! Did I mention that the repairs were complete in one day? I highly recommend this body shop!
