The people who helped us today were awesome! I always dread going in to cell phone stores but today was actually pleasant and the staff very helpful!

Took me 2 hours to get their system (working with someone in store) to update my account information so I can get a new phone. Just for them to tell me the phone I wanted was not in stock in their store (after the two hours of trying to access my account). They told me Id get a next day delivery (this if Friday) it is now Monday and still no delivery. They never gave me a tracking number, the person in store did not give me receipts for anything. I do not recommend using this store to help you with any of your needs!

Very friendly and helpful. I got there early on a Saturday morning, so I cant say anything about the wait time myself, but I heard its not the best. They had 2 people on Saturday morning. I think they could use more.

The person that helped me was named Alex. He was very polite and extremely attentive. I have never had a young person so patient with me. He explained why my phone wasnt working due to the Google update! He fixed it perfectly.

We went to the Rincon, GA location and was trying to upgrade our phones. I asked about deleting 3 items off our bill and the sales rep was not to helpful. He basically told us to call loyalty and purchase our new phones online.

Wes was a huge help! Very polite and knowledgeable. He handled all my needs with my bill and I even walked out with a new tablet! Definitely recommend this store to everyone in the area +!

Salesman was great!This store is easy to access. The physical location is a bit buried in with the surrounding stores. Going in to the parking lot can be confusing, its easy to mistake it for the restaurant next door.Once you get to the store its a nice location and its spacious and clean.My salesman was Jessen and he was a pleasure to work with. He did a great job in handling the transfer of my numbers and getting me up and running ASAP.

Verizon overall has gotten to be unreasonable with prices. What took me over the top to decide to move my services is that I have been a customer for over 15 years and finally saved up enough to pay for a new phone and they still try to charge a new activation fee even though I already have the line plus 4 others established. Completely absurd. Management no help nor sympathetic. Their corporate management really should rethink their customer retention strategy. Not only thos issue but their plans are unreasonably expensive also.

The Verizon store in Rincon Georgia is very nice. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. They do a great job explaining their products and services. They have a large selection of phones, tablets, and smart watches. They have accessories and protective cases for your mobile devices too. They also sell home security cameras and have a variety of service plans to suit your needs.

The store manager and Elizabeth were such a huge help to solve our problem and went above and beyond to make us happy. I will definitely return to this store for any of my future needs!

Miss.Izzy was very helpful she went above and beyond too help me complete my order and set up my phone. If you ever stop by Rincon location ask for Izzy. Great customer service overall🙂🙂🙂

I walked into today and tried to start a nice conversation . I was met with nothing! No hi how are you, nothing. I proceeded to explain my needs of 2 cell phones and moving 1 line. He was arrogant and talked down to me. Then made the comment that he knew exactly what he was talking about and I was wrong. Needless to say I walked out! I called Verizon and ordered 2 phones and got a line swapped. The corporate was extremely nice and pleasant AND I did it from the comfort of my house. I believe it shopping local, but not when people are rude!Shill

Would rate 5 stars except there is ALWAYS a long wait, and their waiting areas are not handicap-friendly.Service was excellent, staff is always friendly. No hard-sell pressure. Was just there to make an exchange.

I had to go to the Verizon store, for a problem with my phone. Problem was resolved in a few minutes. If you visit the Verizon store in Rincon on 21, be sure to ask for Danene. Shes the BEST! !!

Just so you know going in, if you are swapping your phones over from a private line to a Buisness account, expect a whole lot of hassle down the road and very little support from the local business rep (honestly just think the guy has too many clients to be of any help to anyone) when it comes to billing between the two different Verizon’s (private and business do not talk together and definitely don’t work well together). So why the 4 star, we’ll let me tell you about an awesome tech that they have working there, Ms. Julia Broyles. That very sweet, patient, and incredibly professional young lady went to battle on our behalf with the corporate machine. She was on the phone for well over three hours getting the two Goliath’s (the two versions Verizon) to unscrew themselves. She was without a doubt the brain between these two hands that do not know what the other was doing (and frankly it was clear that they could almost care less). It’s been awhile since I have ran into someone so obviously dedicated to customer service and ensuring that the right thing is done on all sides. I do also have to give a quick shout out to the lady on the phone at the very end, I didn’t catch her name but she was good at the end. The one star deduction is the business support which clearly isn’t here (& again I think not entirely the fault of the rep, he really is under supported and over tasked). Julia and her GM (Ted) have been the only glowing example in our experience. That is not to say the other tech’s aren’t worthy, I just haven’t experienced them and cannot speak one way or another on them.Thank you Julia, you are awesome, and you and your efforts are appreciated!

Rudest and most inconsiderate employees. I walk in and I witnessed 3 employees just standing around acting busy, but not with a single customer. I waited 30 min; still was not helped. 4 other customers had been waiting longer, and no one had been helped. Almost as if the employees were protesting to work. When I asked how much longer, I got asked to lower my voice and not yell. Excuse me, no one was yelling, and customers were looking at me like the employee was hearing things. Bottom line, never going there ever. If those folks worked for me, they would be looking for another job. Ill drive the extra 10 min and go to Pooler.

I was at the store in Rincon, GA. Everyone there was very nice. Teddy was very patient with me and really helped me make a decision. I was very pleased with the customer service.

Ridiculous service. You go in 4 times in one week and charge whatever you want and not have to show your ID to verify it’s you or your account but when you decide you do not want to keep a device and return it you magically need an ID or they won’t let you return the item and want you to pay for it for 2 years. Will ABSOLUTELY be changing cellphone companies for sure!

I have been coming to this location for years. The customer service is going downhill drastically. Tyrone is who was helping me. He should not be in customer service areas. He put his responsibility for doing his job on me the customer. Hopefully they will get some better people in this store soon.

Horrible customer service. It’s bad enough the cell phone service sucks and constantly drops calls. I got better service with my cricket wireless service and paid a 3rd of the price. However, if you do have Verizon and need help I would drive to Savannah or Pooler where the customer service is a lot better, they don’t lie to you just to sell you something, waste 40 minutes of your time and act like they are too busy to care. There was even an elderly gentleman who needed help finding a phone number of a missed call he missed. The man refused to help him because he was too busy, so I helped him. Don’t go to the rincon office unless you want to get scammed.

Lets face it that the store here is nice people are good and all if you have the money to spend sure. Verizon as a big company they take everything that they can from the costumer and dont give back. the new loyalty rewards is garbage it only helping themselves it is all on third party information. what a joke. I am not a happy costumer with only a simple phone paying x amount of bucks a month is still way to high. If you can get service with TMobile were you live then stay away for Verizon!

This posted wrong. This is for Fatz Cafe. Brunch sounded good this morning. Dont go. Didnt take us long to figure out why we were the only ones there. Danielle didnt notice my husbands​ plate didnt have eggs. I ordered over easy eggs,(they didnt even flip them!) Had to ask twice for another egg order. Biscuits were tough. Horrible service!

Terrible service at this store. I went to look at Verizon plans and no even greet me when I came in. After waiting 20 mins or so someone finally came out to help customers. I thought I would get help but instead she tried to help customer who came in AFTER me. This was such a waste of time. Avoid this store!!!!
