Best Gamestop there is. Staff is knowledgeable and friendly. After a couple visits you expect to call out your name like Norm on Cheers. Lol. Great selection of games and accessories.

I love it here but there is no more Xbox 360 up-front you have to ask for it your self but other than that I absolutely love it,there are so many nintendo games!

This GameStop is shady!!! Went to purchase a old game because the website said they had 1 in stock. Drove to pick it up and took the game to the counter. The associate proceeded to say that they didn’t have the game and must have been put out by mistake and proceeded to tell me I could purchase the 2021 version. I declined and looked for the game in another system we have (pre-owned version, found one) and what do you know?!? This one too was “mistakenly” placed out and still proceeded to sell me the 2021 version. It’s just the stores scam to get you to buy the newer games. Don’t fall for this trick. Don’t waste your money here.

I went in today about 5 pm for a quick purchase, found a product that I wanted in about 7 minutes, and sat in line for about 20+ minutes while the cashier serviced the long line by himself.He was great, courteous, and very helpful but he was set up for failure pretty hard by being staffed to run the store by himself while everyone is coming home from work. He had a great attitude though and Im throwing few more stars on the pile for such a quality employee.

Just another gamestop. Staff quality is hit or miss. Some of them are very helpful and some totally ignores you. Only thing I dont like about this location is Funko Pop selection. Barely have anything.

As much as the lady at the store was kind and very helpful. The overall experience was bad! Came in on Tuesday as they opened and wanted to get a headset for my 15yr. He had gotten gift cards for this bday. Unfortunately they did not have the headset he wanted and said they could order for us. Also said for 6.00 more the headset would arrive by friday/sat. Today check and said it would not arrive til the 8th of Jan😳. Came back to cancel the order for as much as it say its has ships. Was told its sitting at another shop waiting pick up. Which could be days before its picked up. Smh lady today said she has to bring to the store in order to ship, for they rarely come and pick up. Really sad. If the guy had said something to me about how they ship I would have never ordered and just went to Walmart to get. Giving a 1 star for they need to tell people and be upfront. I do appreciate the lady that help. But frustrating for now we have to wait til the headset gets here to return it. And had to spend more money to get the headset. So please all be aware of how they do their shipping. My son wanted this headset this weekend to play online. Not two weeks later.

I enjoy games a lot, yes GameStop is notorious for not giving good exchange prices or other things along those lines, but I know they are following upper management procedures. For the focus on this location, They have lots of games and greet you as soon as you come in. They explain other deals going on very well, and will help you find anything. Me and my boyfriend enjoy going to gamestop a lot. Thank you!

Whats not to love? If you like video games they have a big variety.The trade in value is not high at all though. Even for fairly new games you may not get that much.

We go here almost every weekend and the staff is very helpful. They have lots of knowledge in gaming. They could use some more collectable items & a wider variety but overall I like the GameStop here.

Always have been helpful but last time I asked for a game recommendation and it wasnt good. Plus, I heard him give same rec. to 2 other people while I was there. He should be selling used cars, not games. Otherwise its a nice place. Selection could be better too.

The staff is a nasty person. Never been treated like this to any stores. This store needs to evaluate their staff and suggest to atleast smile.

Stood in line for 10 mins for him to ask about all preordering and the latest games to come out. Then I let a young man go in front of me and the guy offered to order the game and ship to his house for free. It was then my turn and I had to display boxes for games he said he have to check if its in stock. As he was looking for used games I said no I want them new. And he then tried to sell me on the new 30% off used and i did not want the certain game used as i bought used games before and they dont work or work only for a while. He didnt apologize or care to ship my game. Its okay found the game new for a better price on amazon and will have it tomorrow. So stay far away from this unfriendly place. They dont care about people.

Very horrible. The main guy in there has a attitude and very unprofessional. Went in with a gift card and purchased two items. One had a bent box, the cashier who rung me up was nice and said let me ask. He asked hia manager and he said this one time and kwpt saying were not here to give away money. Kept saying it over ans over even when we was leaving. There pop figures is 11.00 and the i got was 15.00 wirh a bent box the only one they had. And gave me a 1.50 off and made a big deal of it. Thats why yall are getting put out of business. Not professional and very overpriced
