Looking at getting new phone! I will be back in to get one! All my questions were answered and the employee explained the letter I received From my current carrier. At & t is definitely cheaper and I am getting a better phone and I dont have to drive so far.

Caleb was outstanding and extremely helpful. He is super knowledgeable. He was able to satisfy all our needs we were in the store for. He has so far been the best AT&T associate and experience we have had with your company!. He deserves a huge thanks from his supervisor as he is one if the reasons we continue to do business at our local Rincon Ga store! Thank you

This store is poorly run! We came in on a Saturday to switch from Verizon to AT&T. They only had ONE representative. It took two hours to switch to AT&T. There were three other customers waiting and we didnt want to take up more time so others could be helped. We asked could we come in next week to do our phone upgrade and the gentleman told us we could. So we come in on Monday to do the upgrade and are told we cannot!!!! The guy apologized saying he made a mistake but could not make it right and upgrade as promised. Now we have to wait six months!!! So furious!! Called customer support and they could not do anything either. Unfortunately, one person on our account already upgraded and traded in. So now we have to wait until their contract is up to switch to someone else. Hope a district manager will make this right and let us upgrade as we were promised!!!

I wrote a review over a week ago and you asked me to email Steve Schmidt to try and find a resolution. I emailed him immediately, but have not received a response. So I am leaving a review again on one of my other accounts. Since Steve has not contacted me, please provide a different email to someone up high at AT&T like maybe in the corporate office to fix this issue!

Allison and Sandy are great!! They are patient and knowledgeable about the products and services. We had a great experience with these ladies!!

I have had several issues with AT&T from other stores.... if it wasn’t for the great customer service I have gotten from Caleb, and Jesse, I would no longer be a customer!I live in Port Wentworth and every time I go there the 2 gentleman have refused to help me. I almost canceled my service, until I went to rincon. Caleb and jesses great personality and them willing to help me with everything.... I will continue to stay! But only because of them!

Unorganized, went there multiple times during “store hours” middle of the day. Not a single person there no workers nothing. Why does this store even exist?

Byron was a great person to deal with. As far as the other lady with the Attitude problems and talking on her phone vs helping the people in front of her that was a bad Experience and another reason I left at&t and will not be back
