Recently needed to replace my boxspring and mattress so I figured lets shop local to help small businesses during the pandemic. I walk in the place is clean customer service before the sale was alright asked a few questions of the sales lady who was kinda not knowledgeable about warranty information but figured I would continue to shop. Found a set I wanted and asked about deliver cost and when I would be able to receive it to my home great news delivery was free and told I would get the delivery in a couple hours .about 2 hours later after I had thrown my old set out the phone call was we wont be able to deliver that tonight we have gotten busy at the store and had more orders to deliver asked if monday would be alright nope nothing to sleep on . Long story short here said I can deliver it tonight between five and six I was in the store around 130 and told a couple hours its now 530 and still not here I will not be doing business here again because you made the promise of a couple hours and its been 4 thats a broken promise in business and thats as good as a lie to a paying customer.

I rented a uhaul here.... she messed up my order (causing over $100 in additional charges) opens later than other uhauls (10am), this wasnt even my reservation location... while I was waiting for her to check the uhaul in (which should have already been done) I looked at there furniture... its poorly crafted and EXTREMELY over priced, strongly advise against going here

Don’t let your car break down here, the owner will tell you it’s okay and then take it home and try to squeeze as much money out of you as he can to return it, and then mess your car up dropping it off, because he doesn’t know how to operate HIS OWN tow truck. I will never do business here and I’m going to make sure everyone knows not to associate with this business as well. Because I’d hate to be shopping and my battery die and have to argue with the owner all day to get it back. Karma is real.

Not only quality service, You all so get well made furnitures at better prices, Dont have to go through corporate to talk to owner, She is pretty much always there, not only that but ready to sell, and last but not least always wearing a Smile, If you cant see it because of a mask on due to safety you will for sure feel it !!!! You will never experience such AWESOME People, And AWESOME Service !!!!

This is a great family owned store, I thought the mom and pop stores had died out. This is a great store, with great furniture, and more importantly a wonderful pair of owners you just make the experience fantastic and easy going. I highly suggest this store to anyone. You may pay a little more than say Big Lots but this is a store I have gone to in the past and will continue to do so going forward.

I bought 2 Englander Recliners and had them less than a year had to have both send back to the company and are somewhat better.Also had issues about getting furniture delivered and picked back up we the customer had to go pick up recliners when they came in and had to deliver 1 recliner back to business so it could be sent off for repair and then they did bring recliner to our home and picked up the other to be sent off for repair
