I had a marvelous time today here at Gallery Furniture. As soon as you pull into the parking lot, you have a great experience. Stepping inside you are welcomed by smiling faces and friendly staff. The furniture is all made in the USA and made out of real materials. The decorated rooms are top notch and look like they are a product of a professional interior designer. Testing out the comfy couches and relaxing recliners made my experience even better. The large covered courtyard was an incredible space to look around. The fish tanks are a great spot for the kids. The rugs were high quality and perfect for any room. I will definitely be back and I recommend this place to everyone.

We went to the Grand Parkway Facility and Will Smith was our sales rep. Not only was the facility beautiful and spacious with lots of beautiful furniture everywhere but the mattresses (which was what we went for) were top notch! Our sales rep (Will Smith) was so knowledgeable and so nice & fun that it made buying a mattress so much less stressful!! I highly recommend Gallery Furniture and Will Smith for anyone in the market for an amazing mattress!! On a side note..Mattress Mack does such incredible and SELFLESS things for our city (that he doesn’t have to do)..so in my opinion that makes shopping at one of his facilities a no-brainer. Although we have lived in Richmond for over 7 years, we had never experienced Gallery Furniture. Yes we love the ads, yes we drive by the beautiful store on the grand parkway, we just never went in. Until now. We needed a new mattress for our bedroom and saw that Gallery was open on Sunday evenings. Steve greeted us and once we moved into the mattress section he began to ask questions about our sleeping experience. He immediately diagnosed my issues and my wifes. He showed us options based on our answers and helped us find the best option for both of us. I do not remember ever getting excited about a bedding purchase but we cannot wait. We were offered immediate delivery but postponed until the next day. Thank you Steve and the Gallery team for an awesome shopping experience.

He was patient, resourceful and even moved furniture so we could sit on it to try it out. He was just enough sales person to not make us feel pressured. We loved him!

I did not get the names of the guys who delivered my mattress and box springs, and I regret this because they were wonderful. Walked into the store, and was able to look around without someone breathing down your neck. That was very nice and appreciated. Once we found what we were interested in, the high energy guy at the front desk, gave us Mark as our salesman. Mark was super helpful, professional, and first class all the way. The whole process was flawless, and Mark made some great recommendations to us which made our purchase very easy. We are very pleased.

We went to the Grand Parkway location yesterday evening. The entire staff was helpful and courteous the entire time. I enjoyed talking with a salesman who was down from Illinois helping out for the holiday weekend. We left the store at around 830pm and the furniture we ordered was delivered and setup in our home before 11pm. The delivery guys (Ruben and Erik) were also a great help and managed to get the new beds upstairs. Another very satisfied customer Mack. It shows in how your business operates that you still take the time to do things the right way even if its the hard way. Thanks for the new furniture. I will be back soon for sure!

Francis at the Richmond store was very nice and helpful. I had called the main number first, however, to check to see if the items, certain bookcases, were indeed on the floor because I wanted a good look at them before driving from inside Houston. I was assured that they were on the floor. However, both styles were not. Luckily, I was okay with the one style that was on display and ordered four bookcases. Had that style not been satisfactory it would have been a long drive for nothing. The rest of my experience at the actual store was just fine.

When we walked in Will Smith the sales person was just passing by, he acknowledged us with a smile and may I help you? As many do we brushed him off and asked for the bedroom furniture. He smiled pointed us in the right direction making sure we knew his name. By the end of our shopping we purchased full bedroom furniture and mattress with his help, excellent customer service.

No complaints at all, on the contrary, I had a very pleasing and amazing experience at gallery furniture. As you walk in, there is a table full of chips and candy, on the opposite side, a fridge full of water for you to grab as you wish !!! I even got a free astros shirt with my purchase !! Mark was wonderful, showed us 100% leather furniture made here in USA (Dallas, Texas). We got a floor set that fit us and fit our wallet. Delivery people were on time and very helpful. The set was wrapped in layers of moving quilts and then wrapped in plastic to protect it (and walls) during delivery. Their service plan is great, it is refunded as store credit if not used in 5 years. All our major furniture has been purchased from Gallery since 1991. Thanks Again!

My wife and I are very happy that we went to Gallery furniture for our bedroom set, couch and office desk. The moment we walked in we were greeted by Kong Nguyen. He was very professional, kind, funny and very helpful with all the questions we had about their products. For a sales associate he was not pushy at all. He allowed us to walk through their entire store without breathing down our backs trying to make a sale. Let me tell you, they have a huge selection on everything. Once we looked around we went to find him so we could tell him what we liked. He informed us about the products, material, promotions, warranty and availability. We were at Gallery Furniture for 2 hours and JR was helpful every step of the way. We never felt rushed or ignored. Great selection of high quality furniture. I have been shopping for 9 months and with the lack of supply have only found wait times of 7 months or more at 4 other retailers. The price is higher but the quality is there. The representatives dont shadow you while you browse which I appreciate. When we needed a representative he was very helpful. The financing, same or next day delivery, and haul off of old furniture are options offered free of charge. The protection plan is unbeatable at 5 years coverage to repair or replace. If the plan is not used it is converted into store credit. Overall I will be getting my furniture from here in the future.

Well. There are a lot of reasons of why I didnt give this store a 5-star rating was because to start out with, I ordered a Recliner on the Gallery Furniture web site on a Sunday night, and I didnt hear from them at all. And I mean, no email, no phone call, nothingAnd today I decided of what was going on. And my Salesnan, was great! Friendly and in association with another employee, found out of what the problem was. They had one chair left, and it was a demo model. But. They sold it to me anyway. But. Why didnt somebody from Gallery Furniture contact me??Anyway. I ended up buying an all leather office chair. Good and sturdy. And for about $1600 (Ouch!) And they worked with me with financing. And got a good deal through Progressive leasing.Overall. If Im going to order something through Gallery Furniture, Im going to the store and totally skipping the web site.

King Kong, our salesman, is always a great help. We have shopped at GF for years. We have furnished more than one house and apartment with him and have always found it enjoyable. Amazing experience- we moved from out of state and were able to get furniture the same day. We had been previously looking at online stores and they were at least 6 weeks out for delivery or temporarily out of stock with no date for a restock. The service was phenomenal. Delivery was even faster than expected. The whole process was simple. Will highly recommend to anyone looking for furniture.

Furniture is great and will be long lasting.5 stars for the salesman.5 stars for the furniture.However the delivery people is the reason for the 2 stars. They installed everything and it looked fine on initial impressions. Once they left and then we started to use it that we noticed that they really rushed on the installation part and did a crazy sloppy install. Two screws in one hole, missed screws, and overall left us feeling ripped off. As everything was good till they gave it to us.

Bought my new construction home in Austin last year and spent 12k at gallery furniture buying multiple couch sets and my bedroom furniture set. All of them are super high quality and I love them all!! On top of that, they delivered it quickly to my house in Austin and the two gentlemen did a great job setting everything up quickly and were very nice. Also, it’s al made in America which is the best part!! Sure it’s a little expensive but if you have the money then I wouldn’t hesitate to buy from here

Sales person was very nice....Product delivery was not so good...When my two lift recliners were delivered, the remote on one of the chairs DID NOTwork at all. I thought that all Gallery Furniture was checked out at theirwarehouse before delivery which apparently not the case. My recliner and the remote was replaced with another Recliner/Remote that worked....On the second delivery the delivery people managed to put several chips in myfront door. The next day I had to repaint my front door because of the chipped paint in my door....What a pain to have to repaint my door.....

Our experience at Gallery Furniture, specifically with Steve Salazar, was amazing! Steve helped us find what we needed for our space and, of course, offered same day delivery! But since we are moving, they were also able to hold the furniture for us until our move date. We will definitely be repeat customers.

Without a doubt the best furniture buying experience Ive ever had.The price was at the upper end of the scale but when factoring in the huge selection, ease of buying and the fact that everything was made in America, in stock and delivered free the same day it was well worth it. Loved the selection of furniture! The showroom is amazing and has something for all tastes. We bought a gorgeous breakfast table made of solid reclaimed oak, a handmade solid wood dining room table, and a beautiful living room set. We visited other high end furniture stores and did not find anything we liked as much as these items. Steve, our sales rep, was very helpful and never pressured us to buy anything like in other stores, which we really appreciated. And with free delivery in less than 24 hours! We will very likely come back for my home office furniture in the near future.

I needed a lift chair ASAP that would also lean back as close to perpendicular as possible. Your sales person kindly and patiently helped me choose the best option, showed me the features, and did not pressure me or rush me at all to make a decision. My wife just had double bypass heart surgery and this chair will help her to get some sleep and to get up and down with a minimum of discomfort and difficulty. I hope it will help her to avoid a stay in rehab. And you deliver today while others take days or longer! Thank you for having what we need!

JR took care of us at the door and explained how the pricing worked. Then Kong closed us out with the financing and scheduling our delivery next day shipping. After weeks of furniture shopping it was nice to go into a store and walk out with your furniture same day. In this day and age where furniture is taking from 6 weeks to 6 months out.

Super special afternoon shopping at Gallery Furniture. After being gone from the USA for over ten years it was so nice that while most things change some things stay the same. Same great prices, same great quality, and same great customer service. So much great selections of furniture to choose from and somehow the sales associates always make it a fun experience for the whole family. We had the pleasure of having Kong be our guide and sales person today, he was friendly, funny and showed us exactly what we were looking for without being aggressive or pushy, he was a total pleasure to shop with today. Although I was disappointed not to meet the legend himself, Jim McIngvale (yes in our home he is a legend) as a long time Houstonian he will always have my business as I can attest to all the good hes done for the Houston community. Hes a good human and Ive told my kids stories over the years of all the wonderful things hes done for Houston. Anyway, Gallery Furniture... still the very best in Houston and they still offer SAME day delivery, which is almost impossible these days, you cannot beat that!

My experience with Gallery furniture was nothing but excellent. I never felt pressured, even when I was in and out at least 10 times trying to make up my mind. The delivery was unbelievable. The delivery guys moved my furnitureFrom downstairs to upstairs and the upstairs furniture to the garage. All this with no delivery charges. I will shop at Gallery furniture for all my Future furniture needs.

We didn’t want to wait 6 weeks for delivery and we wanted real leather. We paid a little more than we wanted to, but we also didn’t want to risk having fake leather start flying off after a couple of years like we had happen with our “old” sofa. Walked in and didn’t get bombarded by sales people. We were welcomed into the store with a nice greeting and would’ve used the gentleman that greeted us but he was not wearing a mask. As we walked the store and found something that would fit perfectly Opie walked up and gave us the lowdown on the couch. I greatly appreciate his approach and advised us to go home and measure the space to make sure it would work and then just to give him a call to purchase. It was a floor model so we knew we were taking a chance on it not being available but we rolled the dice and can’t thank Opie enough for his sales approach!

Gallery Furniture is the best. Our salesman knew the items we were looking for and was knowledgeable about the product. The items were delivered the same night and before we made it home.

Kong welcomed me and my family when we entered the store and listened to what I needed. We walked around the store and I told him things I didn’t like and why along with pictures of my home. He took all of that into consideration and helped me find the perfect pieces for my home. He was easy to talk to, welcoming, and had an awesome sense of humor which made furniture shopping fun! He was very knowledgeable on the things that I was picking o at and gave me cleaning tips for certain pieces of furniture I was choosing. After everything was picked out, Dustin (I think that was his name) came by and ran through all the warranty information and he must be a stand up comedian on the side. He was hilarious while informative. Yes, warranty information can be boring. But not with Dustin (again, I hope this was his name). Kong made furnishing my first home easy & enjoyable!

We found an exceptional bedroom set and guess what, SAME DAY DELIVERY!!! It was 2pm when we ordered and we still got our stuff the same day. When it was time to move in, the previous furniture we ordered from another big company (paid for last October) some of it was no longer in stock. We had to go in to pick something new. We didn’t like any of it. And it was all more expensive. I went online to Gallery Furniture and found something we liked, and they did it all over the phone. Ordering made super easy!!! Football Madden and Bryan were great. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. Very helpful staff and the bedroom set looks amazing. Cant beat the price or quality in my opinion. Also we decided to get the second night stand, after returning home, and the team was still able to have everything delivered and setup in the same day.

The other sales rep told the first rep that he could finished the transaction because he had other customers as well. At the end the second sales rep finalized the sale. But he was in hurry as well since he had other customer (s). Very disappointed of the service.

I was simply blown away by not only the patience, but the knowledge of Steve Salazar and mr madden who helped us in finding a couch. We had gone to so many furniture stores looking for the perfect sectional and they were the first and only ones to even ask about the dimensions of our living room. Then to top it off with the amazing technology they have we didn’t have to simply imagine what the sectional would look like, we could Insert room measurements and arrange the sectional for the perfect 3D representation of our living room. We used to shop at other furniture stores but went to Gallery one time and not were loyal. The service, the fast delivery, the choices. Higher prices but better quality than anything I’ve found. Huge fan now. Doubt I’ll ever go anywhere else.
