Scott Door Service installed 3 shop doors for me and did an excellent job. They quickly provided a fair estimate and then made arrangements to perform the work. The Scott workmen completed the job in one day and the doors look and operate great. I am very satisfied and highly recommend Scott Door Service.

A+. Called on a Monday afternoon and crew was there Wednesday morning at the exact time of the appointment. They were nice guys, professional, worked quickly, clearly knew what they were doing, and did a great job. Probably does good work and has a good reputation but not a very good businessman.Called me back, on a Saturday, after 2 weeks of leaving a message with lady on the phone. Scheduled an appointment and showed up. Said it was his best year ever...blah blah....borrowed and left with my 25 ft. tape measure. Called and said he couldnt give me a quote because they could not meet my 3 month deadline for 3 garage doors.

Of all days to hit my garage door on Thanksgiving late night (3.30 am) I call the emergency repair number and Joe picked up the phone, he said hed be right out but I said first thing in the morning would be fine, within an hour I was back up and running. He had a four day off work due to holiday but he was very business like and did not complain one bit. From a retired Navy Chief I say thanks alot! Even though he was a old Marine vet himself. Thanks Scott Door Service for answering the call!

Their website has online scheduling so I booked an appointment. They never showed up and when I called they said, we dont offer online scheduling so we cant come to your appointment even though I had received a confirmation email and everything from them. They did not apologize, they didnt offer to right the wrong and left me looking for someone else to do the job.
