Ashley called me back on Sunday to schedule techs to arrive between 12 and 2 the following day. Collin (lead tech) called late Monday morning to let me know he was on the way and his arrival time (12:10). They diagnosed the problem, unstuck my door, and offered options for repair. They were all done by 1:40 and their work comes with a warranty that’s good for as long as I own the home. The replacement spring, cables, pulleys, and rollers are all of superior grade to the stock parts. The door is quieter now, too.

The appointment was easily made. The technician contacted me ahead of time to say when he would arrive, and he arrived on schedule. He asked good questions about the garage door and the repairs I needed. He created a quote quickly, presented it to me, and it was very reasonable. I authorized the work and he completed it very quickly and efficiently, with no residual issues. I would recommend using Precision Garage Door for any repairs.

Service was excellent. Came next day and on time. Technicians were friendly and professional. Garage door would not stay closed. Repaired inside button opener, and replaced outside keypad and remote. Job well done however, keypad and remote were quite expensive. Would highly recommend the service.

They came out on a Saturday evening and basically replaced everything except our actual garage door. New opener, exterior keypad, motor, cables, wheels/rollers etc. Great service. Left our house at about 9:30 Saturday night! Also programmed our car’s built in openers for us. Will be using them again when we replace the whole doors. Our tech was Alex Santos. What a gem this company is! I wanted to look into getting my garage door replaced, and within the same day, Bill came out to the house to look at it! My garage door refused to open. I did all the right things such as checking to make sure the”eyes” were aligned and checking the electrical outlet. Precision came the next day…. On time!!!! The tech explained possibilities. It turned out to be the electrical board. He replaced it and just like magic my garage door works again. He did give a word of caution as my unit is 20 years old. 🤣 when I need a new motor I know who to call!

The technician was highly skilled in his job and very quick to do what he needed to get done. Explained the things that we needed to know. The only downside was it was a little pricey and there was a little bit of material left on the floors such as Staples and wire sheathing. A few zip ties also. Other than that it is working great

My garage door springs broke on a Saturday evening after returning from a week of vacation. Precision Door picked up their emergency line when I called (shortly before 7:00) and said a technician would be on site between 7:00 and 9:00 that night. Within 30 minutes I was contacted by Bill Rodd - Lead Technician - letting me know he was en route. He arrived earlier than promised and diagnosed the issue(s). I was provided with several reasonable estimates (accompanied by thorough explanations) and after choosing my repair package, he got right to work. By about 9:30, Bill had largely rebuilt and reinforced my garage door and I was able to get my cars in and out again. Bill was professional, courteous, friendly, and very efficient. Called very late on Monday night had Chris at my home at 10:30 Tuesday. Chris did a thorough inspection and we talked about options and he wasn’t pushy at all. I had an issue over the weekend where my garage door didnt want to close. After physically pulling it down to close and then attempting to open it again, the garage door came off the tracks and basically almost fell on me. I did a google search for garage door repair and Precision was the first result. I am very glad that I called them, they were able to come out next day. Bill showed up right on time. He took a look at the damage and immediately knew options we could take to get the door working. After reviewing, he walked me through a few options. He ended up fixing the door with a few struts, saving me a bunch of money on having to completely replace the door. He fixed everything in about two hours, which I was very happy about. I highly recommend this company and calling them at first signs that something might be off.

His name did not appear on the options I was given. I told him my problem and after he checked the door, he explained everything to me and gave me options. I called Precision Garage Door this morning to have my garage door cable repaired and made an appointment. I was told that a technician would arrive between noon and 2 PM. At 11:15 AM, the technician called to say he would be running a little late but expected to be here between 1 and 2 PM. I told him that was fine, it was not an emergency. Ten minutes later their office called to tell me that they had a scheduling problem. I told them the technician had just called and he would be here between 1 and 2. They put me on hold for several minutes and then told me that everything was OK and apologized for keeping me on hold for so long. I told them it was not a problem and hung up. By 4 PM, I called them back as the technician had not arrived yet any I had not been contacted about this delay. I was told that they had decoded that they could not provide service to me and that my account has been flagged by management. They could not tell me why they could not provide service. So, they not only decided not to fix my garage door for some unknown reason (smells like discrimination to me), they didnt even have the common decency to contact me and tell me they werent coming. I wouldnt give them any stars if that was an option.
