I’ve been coming to Mugz since I was 16. I’m 31 now. Best coffee around. I go through the drive through every morning with my husband. (And now my new baby comes too!) We have had coffee all over the world and Mugz is by far our favorite. They were closed for two days this week, so we tried two new coffee shops. They were extremely expensive compared to Mugz and the coffee was just ok (and soo small compared to Mugz). Mugz has consistently the best cold brew. It’s pointless to go anywhere else. O yeah, their blueberry muffins are made fresh every morning and they are so good! Staff is friendly and sweet. This place is an absolute gem. I feel like an idiot for not leaving a review sooner! Only took me 15 years of great service.

The only downfall is they havent opened the lobby which is must for me. Coffee was great quality and not your cheap big box coffee.

Dark mocha is better than Starbucks. Spinach Quiche is pretty good too. I love that they are so quick and have such a variety ready to go so early in the morning, fresh fruit cups, oatmeal, pastries...

Good variety of teas and coffees. Love the friendly service. Theres a Starbucks very close to my house but I prefer driving a little bit further for a better quality experience.

Recently visited and it is a great local cafe that offers a huge selection of drinks that fit all coffee lovers. Absolutely loved the experience and such wonderful employees! Took their time on explaining their menu and I was not rushed to order at the window and were sure to assist me.

Much coffee bar was used as a venue for a 4 hour training. As such I dont have any opinion about its food. However due to the pandemic only takeout and drive in is open. Inside it is clean and friendly employees. I will definitely visit it in better days. Wish them well.

Ordered large Americano with heavy cream, however they dont have heavy cream, which is really odd for a specialty coffee shop, so I got half & half instead. Drink was served so hot, it was undrinkable and scalded my mouth, and the cup was physically too hot to hold in my hand, even with sleeve. The lid on the cup was not sealed, so scalding hot coffee spilled all over the console of my car while driving to work. Wont be back.

Mugs coffee shop is awesome. Great local Richmond coffee shop with fresh baked goods and great coffee. Comfortable and friendly atmosphere. We a very fortunate to have Mugz in our neighborhood. They have got our support! The quiche and morning muffins are scrumptous.

Good coffee! Lots of seating. I love that they have a drive through on the side in case I want to swing by without taking my son out of the car. Very convenient! Love this little local spot.

Good coffee options. They also have some sandwhiches, wraps and seasonal drink. Nice friendly workers, a drive through, a play area for kids inside and works (available for purchase) by local artists decorating the walls. I only wish they would give themselves a little break and close on more holidays. Will be back!! ☕

Peppermint Patty Frapp was delicious, but why ask if I want whip cream if you put it regardless of my answer? Kolaches are overpriced, small and the breading was bland. Drive thru was slower than I expected. If I go back it would be for the coffee only, because it is decently sized.

Been here a couple of times now. Good coffee, comfortable space with some sunlight, nice staff. Not at all dark, moody, and pretentious. For me it has replaced the local SB.

Terrible customer service. I waited to be served for 7 min. I was told the counter help was working the drive through. He looked over at me. Once he finished his transaction at the drive through he walked right by me without serving me.I hope it is not prejudice but I’m sitting here watching him and a tall white gentleman steps up and he waits on him immediately.

Good coffee! Bad service! Bad food! Stood at the counter for 10 minutes before someone even said “hello”! The guy at the bar doesn’t even look up. But the coffee is creamy and smooth. The coffee is the only reason they are getting two stars otherwise it’d be a one! I probably won’t be back. Also please for the love of God play some music, it’s too freaking quite.

Love the yogurt cup with different nuts. The coffee is fresh & the chicken salad sandwich is delicious and filling (they were out of chicken salad the day I went) but have it all the time & is delicious!!

I love the coffee here, the staff, and the location. The coffee tastes great and its a great place to hang out and study. I spent a lot of time in high school studying here and the owners are great people. I would strongly recommend to any coffee person who is looking to get away for the typical Starbucks scene.

Super friendly environment to either hang out in or get work done. In addition to great coffee and tea they have books and games to pass the time if like me youre sitting around for awhile.

Really nice little coffee shop. The coffee I had was hot and fresh, the staff was very welcoming and didnt seem to mind that I stayed and read there for a couple of hours even though I only ordered a single cup of coffee. There are tables big enough to work on and chairs for lounging, so theres space for whatever you need to do!

Im a coffee and chai tea lady and this place is a hit or miss. Its convenient being that I live in the neighborhood right next to it.Customer service needs improvement and service time. My teenagers like it, though. Nice little place to hang.

Very cute place with art for sale, books, and comfy seating. Wifi and plugs. The staff were super nice and one of them even plugged my phone in the back for a charge since I forgot my charger. Coffee was really tasty! Good prices.

This has been my go to cafe for years now.Worked at starbucks and Whole foods coffee shops and Mugz is the only one that tastes superb.Alot of coffee taste different cold but the blend used here taste so good.

This place is great for me to just drink some coffee and study. Theres good wifi and lots of outlets. Theres artwork all around too.

A nice place with a calm vibe. The customer service is excellent, and the drinks are great as well. They have plenty of seating and different kinds of chairs and even couches. They have books you can read and even games to pass the time if you’re on a lunch break or studying. Also a side plus is that I came once with a small pizza from dominos and they didn’t mind at all, although I did buy a drink for good measure.

Their staff are incredibly friendly and accommodating! The coffee is great and there is plenty of outlets, which I appreciate. The area is spacious and the art on the wall is unique too. Overall, this is a great place to hangout or study.

Great coffee, love their mocha! Its a nice cosy place to sip coffee and work. The staff is friendly and I like how they have some activity books and toys stacked for kids to use. they usually close early which is sad.

The coffee was spectacular, the pastries were delicious, and I loved that you could buy sandwiches there too. Its good place to study for long hours. The staff were very friendly, there was enough lighting to read, the tables were well-placed, and Im thankful for the AC this upcoming August. I will be coming here more often.

I had the Caramel Mugziato and it was amazing. I suggest calling ahead with your order, if youre in a rush, but otherwise they have a drive thru window and a standard coffee house decorated interior complete with books and all.

So I love in Tomball which is about 45 minutes away if you take 99 so I can come here every day but this is a great coffee shop! I have been here a few times and every time it is a great experience! Most of the time I order a black coffee because it is so smooth that you really dont need to have any cream or sugar in it. The most recent time I went I had a black coffee and a kolache and even the kolache was smooth😁 you could tell that it was hand made! If it wasnt (I dont know if it was for sure, because I didnt ask if it was) it might as well have been. All of the workers were friendly and helpful as odd as it seems sometimes the things at coffeehouses are confusing but like what is Nito coffee? Maria was very nice when I asked her to explain it to me. A very nice place I will be coming back as often as I am out here most likely!

New favorite place! We are from out of town but stopped by on our way home. We had a caramel mugziato, morning muffin, chia tea latte and kolache. It was all delicious! The muffin is incredible and it was served warm. Drive thru was very convenient and the service was great. Its a must for us next time we come to town!! 😁
