I stop by Starbucks often & this location is either a hit or miss. I order the same thing every time(Venti iced matcha latte) & usually my drink is good… depending on who makes it that day.

I have frequented this Starbucks a lot. There was a sweet, black-haired woman who usually was wearing glasses (I believe she was the owner) but she always use to greet me and ask how I was. She even asked other people who came in after me by their name... I loved going there honestly just for her energy alone. Now she’s no longer there and they say she went to another store, but the store just seems chaotic now and none of my drinks or colleagues drinks are ever done right. The staff is lifeless and rude. Definitely will no longer be going back.

The night time staff at this location is absolutely the worst customer service experience I have ever experienced..the store closes at 9pm....but ever time I try to go to the door at 850 the store is closed door locked and they (staff)walking around ignoring me at the door.... on 7/9/21 Fri night......again at 853 pm I go to the door ...locked staff ignoring me as I knock on the door.....then he walks to the kitchen and looks threw the kitchen door for me to leave......IF U DONT WANT TO WORK YOU R JOB AT STARBUCKS.......JUST QUIT.......let someone else do the job with good customer service.......the night staff is horrible and rude...this is not my first bad experience with this location......just my first report...They should be fired

The new location is very modern-looking. The same friendly staff, and the addition of the SO WANTED drive through!! My White Chocolate Mocha is always right on taste at this location. Love it!

Part of my love for Starbucks is the consistently friendly employees. I tend to go in the afternoon, and the employees taking my order always seem irritated. I know food workers are understaffed and overworked right now, as I am one. I would come to this location more frequently if the employees cared to be a bit kinder.

Im sorry guys. Full Karen mode.I order a coffee with cream and sugar. Thats it. Every single time I order it its wrong. Nothing fancy or some weird drink with specific amounts of ingredients. Just a coffee with cream and sugar from the coffee place. And its wrong.Every.Time.How?

Poor quality coffee and the guy making my latte not having very good customer service attitude when told the coffee was not strong enough like usual.

Drive-thru here can get pretty busy. I havent had any problems with my drinks and the staff is always pleasant, both in the store and at the drive-thru.

If you go through the drive through make sure they got your order right before pulling away. They messed up my order about three times now...and its easy, its just a tall coffee with half and half and splenda.

Older white man, balding with white hair skipped my friend and my drinks, and acted like he didnt remember us when we asked where they were after waiting 25 minutes. I was nice and tipped him when ordering, I was disappointed he didnt realize his mistake and offer to upgrade our drinks.

Went to this location on my day off with my partner and these baristas are some of the most unfriendly and rudest people I’ve ever met. Like this chick with red hair and glasses straight up had an attitude when we rolled up to the box? Like I get it because I’m dealing with it too, but you’re at work so please remain professional. And then the girl who handed us our last drink had a snarky way about herself too, just throw the orders out the window next time and save us from interacting with your attitudes.

Its Starbucks, of course they have great coffee. But the one batista that usually works in the morning ALWAYS pronounces my name correctly and my order is never wrong. The staff is always super friendly. This will be my only Starbucks I go to!

Literally cannot find it

I keep ordering my latte kids temp and I always receive it scolding hot 🙄I can never go back in to get it corrected because of the line and I Dont want to waste more of my time because it shouldve been done right the first time.I can’t drink it for like an hour because I dont want to burn the hell out of mouth.

This place is fancy fancy! The interior is spacious where a lot of people can sit without feeling like youre crowding around everyone, its super clean inside, they have a nice outdoor seating area facing the road with an over hang and some pretty lights giving it a cozy feel. I cant wait for the weather to chill a little so I can go sit in their outdoor seating area

This store used to be the best I have seen but since their location change at willow lawn mall they are constantly out of the coffee drink mixes and pasteries . One day they ran out of ice and couldn’t seen a employee on a 1 minute walk to the Kroger gas station to get more???? Also the employees working there must only be in training it takes forever to get a drink order in and to get it in my hand. Also dealing with customer problems they just shrug their shoulders . What about customer service????? Something they must not be teaching at Starbucks anymore which is a shame.

Every time I take my chance going to this location I am always disappointed with my drink. Not to mention the wait time isnt great. If youre in a hurry this Starbucks isnt the best choice.

Rudest service of any Starbucks

Went around 3:40 in the afternoon and it was pretty chill, and relaxing. Just what I needed, a little peace and a caffeinated pick me up.

Finding it may be difficult, but in the end, it sits outside the mall.

My favorite Starbucks of RVA. However, beware of the wait if the store is packed. My chai is delicious and somewhat better than other stores. Also, the wi-fi is fast and the seating areas are comfortable and spacious which is great for small meetings or groups. Finally, this store is always clean.

One of the only Starbucks Ive been to in the last 10 in years in which you cannot look out the window... and see another Starbucks! They do make a solid cup of coffee though... make as much fun as you wish... but when you find a Starbucks and order a grande Pike Place black... it comes out exactly like it should. This is something to be said about consistency, right?!

The manager here is very friendly and took the time to talk to me about what type of coffee I prefer when I couldnt decide on a bag of coffee beans. He made a great suggestion then ground the beans for me. Friendly staff, clean place, and the same good quality coffee you can expect from any Starbucks.

Normally Starbucks is very good to me. I typically get a Chai Latte w/ 1 pump Vanilla. Nothing too crazy. But the last 3 times Ive gone to this location Ive gotten Water w/ 1 pump Chai. Ive gone back every time to get a new one (lets be honest, its not cheap) except today as I was headed into work. It was so hot it burnt my mouth and again all I tasted was water (if I tasted anything). If anyone else gets this kind of drink (or any drink), sip it before you pull out the drive thru. #sipitsipitrealgood

I recently asked for ginger lemon tea but they didnt have what I really wanted so I was given an alternative of a herbal infusion tea which I did have doubt about because I didnt know about though I still took it. To my 🤗🤗🤗🤗🤗 it was amazing and probably the best herbal infusion I have ever taken. Wish I did remember the name of the gentleman at the willow lawn Stars bucks to say thanks here. THANK YOU

Really the best visit anywhere lately. The guy taking my order said come back I really appreciate you taking the time to visit us today like I was the only one in the store. I looked around and literally everyone was smiling in store. What a great place.

Friendly staff, very clean. There was a lot of people in the coffee shop just sitting drinking their coffee but it didn’t seem like it because it was was very open and had a lot of seating. You weren’t cramped

I usually find myself here very early in the morning. Its not the best time of day for me, and Im sure it would take a huge effort to be as courteous, friendly and professional as the staff is here at that time of day. I always go out the door feeling much better than I did going in. And they make a terrific Americano.

The customer service in the morning is so warm and inviting and is a step up from most Starbucks morning crews. I always feel welcome and know that if there’s some wrong with my order, they’re always quick to correct it.

Usually good.. ordered 2 citrus defender through mobile got the order and it was anything but jasmin mint tea to late to turn around I called and advised them both were wrong they offered to fix them after work... I go in and tell them and STILL GOT THE ORDER WRONG and I’m bout on the hwy to late to turn around for a third time in 5 o’clock traffic

Never had the food there. Was really hungry while getting the coffee. There is an employee there that is vegetarian as well. He helped me choose. And made a good pick for me :)

Come here often and am friends with multiple baristas, but have witnessed and been told by multiple people that the assistant store manager is transphobic and regularly misgenders employees.

Food was good; mocha was good. But they were understaffed so service was slow. Team was still friendly though.

The staff is friendly and the quality of drinks is on par with other Starbucks. Parking on the east side of the mall is easier. This Starbucks is visible from both broad street and willow lawn drive. I have a hard time getting a seat occasionally because there are a lot of customers hanging out.

NOW CLOSED. Small Starbucks at Willow Lawn shopping center (near Panera and next to Staples). This was the 1st Starbucks in Richmond! NOTE: Moving to new location next to the Chopt restaurant, which is designed for drive thru access.

The parking lot can be a nightmare, but it is Willow Lawn after all. Friendly baristas, and the coffee is good and consistent.
