I had a bad experience with one of this location employee, 3 weeks ago I had installed a rear view mirror back and front camara, come to find out that the installation was done incorrectly, the camara on the back of the trunk screws were not tightened good, the screws were completely loose, after 2 weeks of installation I went in to the location to have it fixed, they didnt the screws were still not tightened, after 4 weeks now the back up camara doesnt work no more because of this business bad connection of wirings on the back up camara. I went to have the issue checked at this location just to encountered an disgruntled employee disrespecting me because I told him that I needed to talk to a manager, the employee got very aggressive towards me that he even got on my face and told me to get out of the store, which I did get out, I know my English isnt perfect so this disgruntled employee even told me to learn how to speak English. I escalated this issue and disrespect of this employee to higher management which he said he will investigate what really went on.

Wow, I called and spoke with a lady at the Hull Street location to get a stereo system installed and she transferred me to the stereo department for no one to answer the call after almost 10 rings. Would you do business with a firm that a department is not answering customers calls? What if I needed to speak with someone about a problem and no one answer? I will now look elsewhere. SMH, very bad service for new customers.

Between 2 cars Ive had over $4K worth of sound installed here and I wouldnt spend a penny elsewhere. The staff is super nice and knowledgeable. Any issues Ive had have been quickly and professionally handled within a timely manner. Mike is the best install tech I know and Ill trust him with all of my cars for the rest of my life. Youre really missing out if you dont get any work installed from these guys.

My first experience with car N go audio was for a little piece to cancel noise out of my sound system. When I first walked in I was greeted as soon as I walked in the door the staff was amazing really friendly and they happened to have an old ground loop isolator they sold to me and it immediately fixed the problem. The next time I needed to buy a new amp I normally order that stuff off the internet but I was so pleased with the customer service I got the first time I went back and I got the same great customer service. I then returned to have my wifes car tinted, once again these guys didnt let me down. Friendly super helpful and a great shop to deal with. will definitely be getting more of my business. took less than an hour to do the windshield tint and 2 front windows. The job came out awesome. This is just a great shop to do business with and they dont treat you like crap and are honest and down to earth. Thanks for the great service and friendliness. Places should take lessons from these guys.

We had a rough start in getting a remote starter put into my wifes car for her birthday due to some inaccurate information being provided. But Mike (Manager) made good on his promise to make things right. These guys went above and beyond for me. I came to them late on a Saturday when everyone else in a 30 min radius told me it was too late. They installed a powered under seat sub in my 68 Plymouth restomod. The thing that sets them apart was that they spent the next 45 min helping me get the car started after they were finished and did it with a smile. A Groupon for a remote starter allowed me to find this place. Since then Ive visited twice more to have audio installation work done because Mike and his staff are so knowledgeable and reasonably-priced. Hell, the last time they swapped a sub out for me for free, probably because they sense Ill be back and tell my friends. Correct on both counts, and going to get an amp swapped out next week. I cant imagine theres a better car audio place in town.

Mike Martinez has been my go to guy for car audio for some years now, very knowledgeable of the product lines, he gives you a good price on things and they do really great work. I dont get anyone else to do installs on my vehicles period. An overall great guy and a great shop.

These guys are the best in the business. They installed a backup camera, 7” Sony head unit with Apple CarPlay, and a Bluetooth microphone in my Tundra. The install could not have been any cleaner. All wires were tucked out of sight. The system appears like it came from the factory and not like some tacky afterthought. They programmed all of the settings for me and I got a very thorough explanation of how everything works. They also informed me that I had a lifetime warranty on the installation services and if I had any problems to give them a call. They also accommodated my request to install the Bluetooth microphone in the factory location in the ceiling console (if the vehicle had factory Bluetooth that is where the mic would be) which involved removing extra panels and modifying the microphone mount. This was not an issue at all and all of the interior trim panels look and feel like they were never even taken apart to begin with. These guys are polite, extremely knowledgeable, and truly professional. I will be taking all future vehicles to them for work and recommending them to everyone I know who needs work done. I wouldn’t trust anyone else to work on my car audio systems.

Coming into Car N Go 2 years ago to get my Interior car work done, was one of the best decisions of my life. The guys up there are very nice and informative.
