Brads goal was to make us happy, not sell us a vehicle. He did an amazing job! He knew more about the trucks they had to offer than any of the other dozen or more dealerships we went to. I cannot say good enough things about Richmond Ford Lincoln. I can go in on specifics, but this review would be way too long, heres what you need to know.The customer service across the board was second to none through the entire process. From the moment I inquired about the vehicle online until I left with the keys, I felt valued, appreciated. They werent just trying to hurry and close the deal and send me off, but they really took the time to make sure I was happy with every square inch of this truck. Im a pretty frugal person, and you can imagine a person like me dealing with a car salesman. I feel like the service, and the truck itself, was worth every penny I spent. Not incredibly impressed with the service here, had some paint work done. Left paying more out of pocket due to negligence. I wouldnt recommend getting any paint work done here. I couldve had my whole car painted for the price I paid here. Quality is not always the highest price. No pride in work here and leave no trace doesnt apply.

Originally gave a 1 star review, had a pretty bad experience coming here. But Jazz one of the managers reached out and made everything right. I doubt they made any money on the truck they sold me after all they did to straighten it out. Seems like theyre having a hard time with staffing or something but they definitely live up to the Ford name.

I purchased a 2021 Ford Escape at Richmond Ford Lincoln a few weeks ago. Brandon Ferrera assisted my wife and I with our purchase. I traded in my 2019 F-150. I felt the trade-in offer was fair. The Escape test drove like a dream with all the bells and whistles. Brandon went so far as to load all the junk i had in my truck into my new car even though it was very hot outside. Evelyn, the finance lady could not have been more helpful explaining all of our options and completing the paperwork. A GREAT experience!

I brought my wifes Ford Focus in because the dashboard was rattling something awful. You said she needed a new dashboard.WRONG!She needed a new engine mount and a new transmission mount. HOW DO YOU MISS SOMETHING LIKE THAT?! NOT COOL!I replaced both mounts and now the car is as smooth as silk.Two stars for you because at least the guy at the counter was nice. Minus three stars because your mechanics cant figure out basic problems. Shameful.

Before purchasing my F-150 I shopped around extensively. I wont name the other Ford dealerships, but I will say that Richmond Ford was by far the most honest and upfront of the major Ford dealerships in the area. My salesman Johnny, was straight forward and didnt try to use sales tactics or tell me things that obviously werent true in order to try to sell me the vehicle. He was honest and sincere, and that is why I purchased from him oh, and that is what I love about Richmond Ford. I have only had one opportunity to deal with their service department and they seem to be exceptionally customer-oriented, unlike the service department at another major Ford dealership in the Richmond area. So far, even though I have to drive an extra 20 minutes to get to Richmond Ford, I think it is well worth it!

I was in the market for another SUV but couldnt really decide on what to choose as there are so many different types and styles available. My current tried and trusted 1998 Expedition has been my ride or die for the past 19 years, so that being said I went back to what has always delivered for me. I worked with sale Rep Shelly Fields who had just the right vehicle for me with all the space and amenities I was looking for in the vehicle. The price was not quite where I wanted it to be but Shelly was able to meet me where I was satisfied and happy to seal the deal. No pressure. Thanks to Mr. Foust and the finance team for assisting with the financing and added products which still kept my price where I needed it. Kudos to Shelly and the team on great customer service, give them a try you wont be disappointed.

Justin and Jason from service dept were excellent!!! Felt with Justin first who was extremely professional abd customer focused with helping me with my 2013 Ford Edge Sport Pearl White. Just called me in the evening and I was unavailable for him to let me know the status of my car. I called back on Saturday Morning and spoke to Jason who was also extremely professional and helpful. Seeingb that Justin was off he need to track down the information on my vehicle and said he would call me back when he did. At that time luckily the tech that worked on my my vehicle Friday so happen to be there Saturday and gave Jason the information and Jason called me back right away to give me the status. So happens my vehicle was ready and they just wanted me to be aware about a situation with my brakes that I was already aware of. It was a great experience!! GREAT JOB!!!!

My son purchased his 1st car from a horrible ma & pa type Express Auto in Sandston near RIA. The car was not safe & we initially took it to Bill Talley for a possible trade in. They offered $500 but then refused to sell to my son because of no credit. Hes a pro gamer with PUBG Esports so his income is great. They were idiots not to negotiate. Firestone had looked it over & recommended a Ford dealership was better equipped to work on it & they said they were uncomfortable doing it, not knocking Firestone, they were great too. I called Andy at West End Ford & finally got treated with respect. The car, a 2008 Escape hybrid had no brakes. We paid $700 to fix them, we thought twice that or more would be the end result. West End Ford treated us like royalty. I firmly believe that Bill Talley was trying to screw us over on the trade in. My son will be buying a new car, possibly by the middle of next year. He will NOT return to Bill Talley but you will absolutely see us back at West End Ford. When I tell yall I cried tears of joy, I mean it. Best customer service ever! Scammers and thieves. These people actively avoided a simple $1,200 payment to a band called Silent Planet for their old van. Would have expected more from a business with such a large backing, but this just goes to show that these types of people are never trying to help you. They are not looking for YOUR best interest. They will do anything to line their pockets, and if you think anything other than that, its too late for you. They will go to the extent of scamming some good, God fearing people out of something as small as $1200.
Shaakir Seedat is a long-time friend of mine and made the car buying process painless and simple. We spent nearly an entire Saturday test driving different vehicles and he made sure I was fully informed with each truck we looked at. There was no pressure to make any sort of decision and he clearly and concisely laid out different financing options based on my budget. When it came time to buy a few days later, we spent nearly another full day discussing different options and worked out the plan that accommodated me best. I walked away with a great new truck and highly recommend working with Shaakir and the Richmond Ford Lincoln team.
We arrived today to take a 2015 F-150 on a test drive. We were immediately greeted by Alan Tuck in the parking lot and he had us on our test drive within minutes. Really cool guy. Never felt pressured, and I felt like he wanted us to get the truck more than he wanted to make the sale. I appreciate that. We liked the truck and went inside to talk financing options. Wasnt planning on buying today, but the folks at Richmond Ford were able to get us a great price and rate(better than pre-approval through a local credit union), and we signed the paperwork and drove our new baby home tonight! Really appreciated all the time they spent with us, and all the extra work at the end of they day they put in to inspect, detail and get the truck ready so we could drive it home tonight. Mike from Sales was great and we got some weather-tech floor mats. Probably contacting him to get spray bed liner soon. Daryl was great and explained the financing and warranty options clearly and didnt mind us asking a ton of questions. They also gave us a great trade-in price for the old truck. Thanks to everyone who helped us today!
Brought my car to a service center that started to diagnose the issue with the car. After some research, the first service center said I should take the Ford Fusion to a Ford dealer for service, because the problem was common for this type of car, and it may be covered under recall or warranty. I then brought the car to Richmond Ford Lincoln. I gave them the information from the previous service center. I dealt with Scott, who told me that they do their own evaluation of the car and would not use the other service centers evaluation. Scott called me later in the day to let me know that the car would need a new engine ($8300.00). Paid $130.00 for that evaluation and picked the car up whereby Scott smiled at me and said have a great day!! I then searched for a independent master mechanic because I now had two completely different stories as to what was wrong with the car. Final diagnosis supported the first service centers evaluation. Impact: I will never use this service center again (and I own 4 cars, 2 of which are Fords). Richmond Ford Lincoln may want to read a manual about ethics and how they treat their customers.

Its sad that the all FORD dealership team except a few, really care about their customers especially the ones who purchased their vehicles at this location. You can not even get a same day appointment for an oil changes, better off going to jiffy lube. SMDH Not to mention so many other issues, I need a BOOK for this location. Dont worry next Ford purchase will not be here. You dont respect my money and time, you dont deserve my business PERIODT

This dealership is actively avoiding paying their end of a transaction. A band from California (Silent Planet) sold their van to this dealership with the expected price of $1,200. Since then, the dealership has ignored phone calls, emails and other methods of communication to avoid paying the band. Scummy business practice and outright illegal. 0/10 would not recommend.

I came into this First dealership skeptically, but once I met Mike Muniz, I started to relax. Mike was upfront and honest with me from the get go. Once I gave him my background for my purchase he only kept to what he felt was within my range. He didnt try to oversell me and he didnt try to put me in something I didnt want. Even after the purchase he still remained involved with minor details I needed taken care of. I highly recommend using Mike Muniz, as he will never steer you in the wrong direction, no pun intended.
I called in earlier this week to get a quote on a bedliner, bed cover and running boards for my dads truck. A guy named Bam Bam answered my call and quoted me the prices. He also offered me other options to protect the truck as well. He was very professional and not pushy. Told me to let him know what my dads decision was and he will get me scheduled and provide a loaner for the day while work would be completed. Top notch service by Richmond Ford and Bam Bam!

In March I was in a freak accident where my car was totaled. I loved everything about that car, but couldn’t find an exact duplicate anywhere. I spoke with Shaakir and Jazz at Richmond Ford, told them what happened and how I was looking for the same car. Shaakir not only found the same car, he and Jazz also had it shipped all the way from New Hampshire for me. Now I am back to driving my dream car, without having to really lift a finger at all. I took my car in on Wednesday 28th April, as I received a recall letter for the brakes. They tested them and they failed. Said they would order new parts in. Got a call Thursday saying part hasnt arrived but should be in soon. No problem, I didnt need the car over the weekend. didnt hear anything by Tuesday 4th May so called them. Hadnt got the parts yet and couldnt find them anywhere. I asked if I could take the car back. They said I couldnt drive the car as its too dangerous. I asked if I could get a courtesy car. They told they would see what they could. Got a call a Friday 7th May and was told head office wouldnt approve a courtesy car as the brakes do work and its drivable. Which was the complete opposite I was told by this place. Not sure who I should believe. So not convinced I should be driving it. So, now have a car with brakes that are really bad (worse than when I took it in) and still no date for the new parts. Apparently ford had sent letters out for the recall and hadnt organised ordering enough parts. Great, thanks Ford.So, 1 star as its been confusing to say the least. Still dont have the brakes fixed (Saturday 15th May). Communication was ok, after I had to ask for daily updates on Tuesday 4th May. Decided to stop using the car and share my wifes car for the time being. Oh, also had a recall notice for the drivers airbags. Recall apparently was for pieces of metal that exploded out with the airbag. They changed that while it was in. Not sure hows its taken 12 years for them to discover the failures on a 2009 Ford Fusion. Would love to know more.

I am proud to say that even though he has been deceased since 2013, I am still enjoying the Sable as its performance can still be described as wonderful despite it being at least 15 years old at this point. The car was sold to my father by a salesman who appeared to be more concerned about customer satisfaction as opposed to making a profit.Well with that being said, I visited Richmond Ford most recently where I met Brandon Ferrera. He demonstrated excellence in terms of wanting desperately to meet my needs as a customer versus any chances he may have had in terms of persuading me to buy a vehicle. Times are tough with the semi-conductor shortage and that means vehicle inventories are low. I live in Northen Virginia and I set out to buy a new truck. I knew what I was facing with the same old shenanigans at the dealership and I was not looking forward to it at all. Northern VA did not let me down... hidden fees, long waits for a straight answer, passing me off from person to person with a lot of double talk and no mercy pricing. I broadened my search and 94 miles away I came across Richmond Ford. I picked up the phone at 20 minutes to 8 on a Saturday night and got a human being right away, not a machine and I insisted on speaking to a sales manager. I was connected immediately to Kevin C. who, despite being 10 minutes from leaving for the night, answered my questions straight forward and thoroughly. He insisted that he would take care of me and we could work out a purchase. First thing Monday morning we were on the phone again discussing what I wanted and logistics.... me being almost 2 hours away I didnt want to drive to Richmond twice. By 3pm we had a deal and he secured excellent financing for me. He passed me on to Shaakir who took care of all the details. I was seriously waiting for the bottom to fall out and couldnt believe I was buying a new truck sight unseen but both Kevin and Shaakir answered my every call or text and took care of everything. Shaakir was detail oriented and kept me informed every step of the way and Kevin called me after I got the truck to make sure I was happy and ensure everything went as expected. I love my new Ranger Tremor and my only regret is never meeting these two face to face. Top notch service. Thanks.

Just bought a 2018 Ford Expedition Max. Brad was great to work with and very accommodating. Very personable and friendly. I was hesitant to trade my GMC in but I’m 100% happy with the upgrade.
The receptionist on the phone was short and when couldnt answer my question, transferred me. She said, to someone that can help you. She transferred me without giving me a name or department. That person never picked up the phone. No one picked up the phone after 2 minutes. I hung up.They need better customer service training and follow through.This was very unprofessional!!!!!!!

I was in the market for the new Lincoln Navigator. I had been negotiating prices with a few Lincoln dealerships. I saw one at Richmond Lincoln Ford I liked so figured I’d see what they could do for me. Ended up reaching Kevin who is the GM he was excellent asked me what it would take to earn my business and that’s what he did. I got to the dealership at 8pm on New Years Eve & was greeted by Kevin & by the sales associate Chris. Chris was so helpful and helped me set up my iPhone Lincoln app and showed me all the new features of my car even though it was past closing time. That really showed how much they value their customers. It was an excellent car buying experience. I highly recommend them to anyone in the market looking to purchase a car or suv. They don’t Care about you after they make the sale and after they get the five star survey that’s all they care about once that’s done they don’t care anymore
Everyone was very nice welcoming and helpful. The reason for the one star review is due to the amount of wasted time on my hands when I seriously wanted a vehicle they had. My first appointment it was understandable that they were missing the key to the vehicle and said they would have it the next morning. So I got up early before work to text drive the truck and was there for about 45 minutes. I was told they would have it before 1 so I called they told me they wouldn’t have the key till the afternoon. After I got off of work I started heading that direction when I got a call saying that they had to make a spare key and that didn’t even work on the truck. I appreciated the help overall but it was a really bad first experience it’s safe to say I will not be going back. On top of that they were trying to play off a hollowed out rusted hole in the vehicle as minor. When I showed it to my auto body specialist I was told it would cost anywhere between 1,000 and 3,000 dollars to repair.
