The guys were very patient and a great salesman’s put me in an affordable luxury car the same day. It was an outstanding experience!!!!!

I bought a 2011 Charger from them and traded in a Camry they jumped to do the trade in and hadnt even cleaned the car out from whoever had it before. The transmission went in a month and they wouldnt do anything about, I paid out of pocket to get that fixed and 5 months after the computer system failed. Do not waste thousands trying to get a nice car go to the dealership. I no longer have the car I gave it up. If this is the location on Chamberlayne Avenue it is the correct location.

I did my inquiry after that I was sent the finance application once everything was submitted Ramsey the Great called me to see how serious I was about the purchase and I told him I will be there before they close at 6pm and by 6:25pm I was driving off A&Rs lot with my new vehicle. I very rarely deal with unprofessional people, who has the lack of customer service to have a decent telephone conversation. Well Zues, is the man of the hour! When you buy a car, it should not have issues within 45 days of purchase and because you are being told the car was sold as is you have to deal with the most unprofessional slobby mouth fool to see how you can get a key that no longer works to the car you purchased 45 days ago. Well it seems to me that you are getting keys made to repossessed cars from a street vendor, try the real dealership. So since you cannot have a decent conversation and still demand a car payment thats not even due yet, I will advise any one that is looking for a car with a valid driver license and a full time job to go else where. Channel 12 on the way!!!! YOU Selling Broke down cars, have you heard of the Lemon Law!!

Please avoid going to this place. They enjoy flexing in their own luxury cars while they sell lemons in their lot. The state inspector they deal with just slaps inspection stickers on lemons, and they slap fake oil change stickers on these cars too. Someone needs to investigate this place. Someone wrote a review of them fixing cars that need to be fixed if customers bring it up. NOW THAT IS FALSE. This place is probably making up their own reviews, lol. They try to take advantage of the community, but their bad reputation is spreading really well.

Warning please don’t make the same mistake I bought a r350 Mercedes Benz car broke down in a week I tried to get my money back they wouldn’t give me my money back I was told buy the owner which is the biggest scammer of them all that it was a little problem that can be fix so I got the car towed to a shop he told me to take it to got the car back two days later it broke down again he ask me to tow it to another shop and two days later it broke down again the car has broken down 4 times with in 30 days I finally got it towed to mecedes Benz and was told the car need 2 fuel pumps and a vaule on the transmission needed to be replace in the process of sueing these scammers no one deserves to losse there hard earn money I don’t know how they sleep at night

NEVER BUY FROM HERE !!!!!! Worst car place to buy from, very rude. Back in dec 2015 We Bought a 1997 Nissan Maxima, they said all it needed was an inspection and it took 3-4 weeks to have it done but we waited because we really needed a car then we drove it off the lot once we got it, not even a week later the belt broke on it so me and my fiancé called them to see what we could do and they hung up in our face, so we had to call back the next day to argue with them about having our car fixed or replaced and they refused to do both. They also Threatened us when we demanded or car to be fixed. Note; we even had to pay to have it towed to the lot plus buy the pieces for it and they had the nerve to tell the mechanic to take it off the lift while trying to fix it because we were highly upset with them for selling us a car that they had to of known was broken in the first place. NEVER BUY FROM THEM. They were nice at first but sell broken cars . The Nissan is probably only worth 200 or parts only .

They covered up the fact that the car i was looking at had frame damage and an accident history. They showed me fake documents and fooled me into buying a car that starting breaking down on its own terms after leaving the lot.The rims were cracked, the frame was broken, and the electric system was so beyond repair that 3 different mechanics couldnt figure out why it would just turn off on its own and not even crank to start back up. These guys are not businessmen, they are scammers. DO NOT TRUST THEM.

These guys told me to put a $200 down deposit on a car for a 2009 Loncolln mxz. I put the money down and two days later they told me I couldnt buy the car and they have a 2006 Honda civic that had rust and damages. Had the nerve to tell me to pay $271 a month. I went somewhere and bought a new car, called them back for my deposit, and now the money has somehow took a missing. I asked for the boss number, couldnt get an answer. Im going back oncw more this afternoon, or Im getting the police involved. DO NOT GO TO THIS CAR LOT EVEN IF ITS YOUR LAST OPTION. THOSE GUYS ARE VERY CONNIVING!!!
