Their website does not reflect their actual stock. I wasted half a day coming here to be ignored by the staff and told to simply go to another store without any care. I had to ask three times for them to call ahead and ask if the next store had the materials. Listening in to the glasses eyed employees phonecall showed me they didnt give a rats rear end about my project deadline or being accurate with their material quantities on their website.

Home Depot....got to have one. We have used this store over the years. Mostly the contractor desk. Walter is our go to guy. He is a big help with placing our orders and making sure we have everything we need for the project we are working on. It is nice to see everyone smiling and enjoying what they do.

3rd time in the store within a matter of 10 days and each and every time I came to pro services desk no one acknowledges me or a customer waiting to be served, no one asked if I needed any help, no one cared to see if Im on a specific time schedule or just have all day waiting to be cashed out! Your customer service needs some tightening up!
