1st visit. Their customer service is top tier. Store? Huge. Didnt get to look around its entirety. Beautiful atmosphere. But they didnt have what I was looking for. 😫 Cant find Design Essentials Diamonds Oil Sheen ANYWHERE!!! And this place came highly recommended. But over all, its really nice in there

I give this store NO STARS, of course it had to have at least 1 to write a review. I purchased a braided wig and didnt use or open it right away but when I did open it, it smelled like moth balls because of the room that they store them in and of course they wouldnt do anything about it!!! BEWARE SO YOU DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY LIKE I DID!!!

Its Beautiful and Spacious. The staff has No personality, Not friendly just there to do a job. Some of the items had no price and the employees dont know the price with/ out going to a register and scanning the product.

Love going here. Great deals, great products, great service. I wont call what happened an issue but its funny and could have been avoided I paid exact cash but I was short a penny and I was fishing around my wallet because I had seen a penny roll around. But the place it rolled was under a flap I couldnt easily get too. The cashier stood there watching me fish around trying to get the penny out she could have easily said dont worry about it because it was ONE CENT but instead she stood there and watched. I didnt wanna hold the line up to run outside and grab a penny or give her 10¢ just to get 9¢ back. Eventually she started searching the floor behind the counter because I had been there for about a minute or so until she found one saying dont worry about it I got one. But other then that nice store

Soooooo much to choose from. This place is like a hair warehouse. They have everything you could possibly need here. I even found a ton of things I didnt even know I wanted and needed. And the sales on place wigs are awesome. The quality of everything I have purchased so far has been on point. And I think it is very nice that all the covid 19 supplies are priced very low to the point that they state that they are not marked up to make profit off of those items.

The customer service has gotten so much better at this store. I stopped going to ruby red because I got tired of being followed around the store whenever I went in. I know the whole hurry up and buy joke, and they were those people but it made me not want to shop on there anymore. So I took my business elsewhere. It wasnt until someone suggested me to look there for a particular item did I go back in there. But they have really changed. The store is more friendlier feeling. I feel more welcomed and the store is way more organized than it was before. And they offer more products without the unnecessary stuff that its sister store has further down hull. Its not overwhelming and everything is easy to find. AND THEY STAY WELL STOCKED
