Nice people and great prices on beauty supplies. I went to get some hair dye and they have a good variety of colors and types. I like to get the kind without harsh ingredients to keep my hair looking soft even after bleaching. Turned out pretty decent for a DIY home job. Ill be back again when I want to try more colors!

Forever Beauty. Very nice staff the lady who work there she’s beautiful & friendly I like her smile speak very sweet. She help me find the wigs for my mother, she explains to me all different products and design with one is the best to choose. This great location very clean and organized place they must be here for long time in this business to have an excellent experience. I’m highly recommended

I do agree with the cleanliness of the store and the friendly staff; however, this is the second time that I’ve purchased something from this store and found out later that they charged almost double than most other vendors. The 1st time this happened, I figured that maybe it was just a fluke, but this time I know that it’s not. I checked a couple of other products and went back to do a price comparison and found that they are overcharging on a few of their products. The last product I purchased was a high end setting lotion. I didn’t think to question it because my daughter told me it would be expensive. However, I happened to see the same product in another store for almost $5 less. This time I purchased a Design Essentials product. It was 8 oz of a honey curl forming custard: Forever Beauty price $16.99: Target, Amazon, JCPenney’s price $9.99!! In fact, the 12 oz jar is only $12.99. I understand that retailers want to make a profit, but this is too much. I’d rather keep their profit in my pocket. I’ve learned my lesson this time around. Just a warning: price check your product before you buy from this store. Hair products, especially natural hair products, are expensive enough, w/o having to be taken advantage even more with this type of markup.

It is well stocked and well organized. There is always someone around to help you find whatever it is you are looking for which is great as it saves me time and frustration. Location is great and easy to find on broad street. They are closed Sundays so dont even bother going then. Overall, great!

Been going to this store since they opened because the hair bundles are decent, but everytime I go in there the lady either follows me around the store, or she goes into the backroom to watch me on the camera, or she walks up to me and asks what I’m looking for as if I’m bothering them by being there, sometimes people are just looking at the products, I’m not nor have I ever stole anything from their store smh. I will be going to sport and beauty from here on out.

The young lady that was my sales rep that stopped me when I was outside walking shes sold a really good story she could probably make hot dog water sound good because she was one helper cells and try to use different sales tactic although Im in that same business I was able to be able to catch some of the BSU was fishing but all know shes in a good position and shes probably where she should be but on the other hand the product was a very good product Ive been using it the exfoliation of the skin Im does make a difference whenever I do put my makeup on so the makeup is good my experience was good but the thing I did not like it was that when I came back to do the cell she treated me as I didnt even like I was invisible she took my money and basically went on about her way so because she was able to collect her commission she didnt give two flying sense about the customer and closing the cell and making that last impression and building that relationship with the customer is so very important and because she made me feel as if I would never come back to that company and buy another product just because of how she so the product in the end which was the most important component of cells but she did not get the memo on that part of closing the cell so just because of that I would probably tell someone to buy the product online as opposed to run the sales rep in the store unless they get a better experience

Love this store! They have an abundance of everything you can think of from nail supplies to hair supplies. So much to choose from I couldnt look over the entire store. Prices are reasonable too.

Excellent customer service everyone is always friendly good quality products an array of options great pricing and good location. This is the only hair store Ill shop in now. Only thing i wish they would add is a frequent shopper card to receive discounts after you have made a certain amount of purchases

Shop was very clean and organized. After I walked in, the cashier greeted me and as if I needed help. I explain I was just looking, which I was because I had never been in the store before and the reviews made it seem like a good store. The cashier took it upon herself to follow me around the entire store. I didnt ask for her help. Nor, am I child. I didnt need her to follow me as if I was going to steal. Complete turn off.... so I decided to take MY MONEY somewhere else.

Nice store ., lots of products but please don’t put something back in the wrong place if you are not going to pay for it .. I grabbed 3 things to pay for I found something els that is rather buy.. the owner made me walk around for 5 mins to find the product I put down because “she did not see me put it back” she made me walk around like I was trying to steal something on top of that she looked me up and down as I shopper very humiliating ... they didn’t get a dime from me . Will not be returning. Paid $60 for a wig that only looked good for 4-5 days. The quality and type of hair used is very questionable. I was advised it was a blend but it looks worse than synthetic.
