Ms. Marianne Anastasio is an excellent consultant. She really understands your personal needs and guides you through. Have met many people but she is totally different and extremely helpful. Felt like a family person is helping you. I truly was so happy with the experience both times I met her. She goes above and beyond to help a customer with quotes and ideas. They have real good range of selections and it could be overwhelming but she kept me in place and suggested exactly what I like. Cannot thank her enough as these selections can be so stressful but I was totally stress free. Thank you Marianne. You made my day today.

Made an appointment in August with Sarah for Sept 7. I visited showroom and spent 90 minutes with Sarah discussing kitchen appliances for my new kitchen. Sarah promised an email quote with details and prices. I haven’t heard anything from this place despite my two calls and two emails. I know everyone is busy and backed up so today, two months later, I stopped in the actual showroom. I nicely inquired at the front desk and was treated like I had the plaque. Really? I guess they don’t want customers.

If youre going to Ferguson youre obviously not a price conscious Shopper, but rather somebodys looking for selection and expert advice. You will pay a premium for that service at Ferguson. However, you will have a lot of selections to choose from and the ability to custom order anything that you like. The sales staff there is very qualified and competent. I found them able to answer all my questions and make product suggestions based on my needs.

Ordered a shower from Derrick (counter manager), was told it was coming from NC, will have in a weekand deliver to our house. Two weeks later no shower. Another guy said it was coming from the factory, could be100 days. We asked for Derrick. He would not pick the phone. We have to get this taking care of immediately.

Walked in with some vague details about the ancient plumbing parts I pulled out of my shower and the gentlemen behind the counter knew exactly what I needed and hooked me up. A short 1.5hrs later and my shower had all new parts and worked wonderfully!

I drove to the showroom. All doors locked. Guess ya gotta get an appt. Also while inquiring about a product, the sales rep did not volunteer any info, I had to dig it out of him: brand name, price, warranty, pick up, hrs. Not very helpful.Ill go somewhere else.So I did! Go to Noland supply off Staples Mill and they were great!Best price in town.The guy at Ferguson was very unhelpful, and made my decision easy.

Wife and I visited showroom and walked around for 30 minutes. Salespeople talking to each other not a single person approached us to ask if we needed help.I did buy a tankless hot water system at their back counter and those guys were great.

This place is amazing. The people here are so knowledgeable and so helpful. Its a breath of fresh air. Im a contractor and Im always short on time and always looking for value and Ferguson helps me get what I need quickly. I just love dealing with the incredibly competent people who work at Ferguson.

We went to look for all new fixtures for our master bath. They have a great selection and will walk you through what you’re looking for. Our trip wouldn’t have been the same if we didn’t have an appointment with Teresa McClellan, who was an amazing woman and walked us through the showroom giving us suggestions based on what we needed for our bathroom rather than what was the most expensive, as well as giving us massive discounts amounting to about $350 in savings. If you need to buy fixtures I highly recommend this showroom, and try to get an appointment with Teresa.

Kirby was awesome. He helped me get all the parts that I needed. Also due to a busy schedule on my part I arrived near the end of the day to pick up parts. Employees immediately helped me with a smile. Awesome staff and great service in a very timely manner! Thank You!

We were really surprised at the lack of personal care from the staff. We constantly had to call/email for follow ups. It would take days for any response. When we finally got a hold of our rep, she told us that she didnt reply to us because she didnt have an answer. Wrong answer! You let your customer know something when asked. We had to do our own research for the appliance we purchased. Unfortunately, the appliance could only be sold by Ferguson. When you spend thousands of dollars somewhere, you expect the best. Maybe they are short staffed and are overwhelmed with the work load? I cant think of any other reason for the poor customer service. There are more situations that occurred, but I just dont the time to go into them.

Always find what I need, and if I cant, any of the staff there can point me in the right direction

Went to purchase a new toilet and sink...the guy was not helpful. We didnt feel like he wanted to help...he stated he really couldnt help with vanities he was an appliance guy but had to help with everything on a Saturday...we walked out!

We were refused service for bringing our two children (6 yr and 2 mo) to the showroom because of “COVID”. No warning was posted to the front door. All of us were in compliance with mask mandates, yet denied entry for having children. We were only told of the “no children” policy after indicating we were just browsing.

Do your self a favor and dont use their willcall unless theyre esoteric fittings that you need to reserve. youll wait longer for a willcall then a counter sale.

Slow slow slow dont go here in a hurry and if you are served by patsy go ahead and clear your schedule for the day cause you will be even longer .... this place is a slow unorganized warehouse of dip spittin overweight over paid mamas boys who cant do anything with their own hands so they attempt to sell products to folks who can .... they get orders wrong you end up on the job with the wrong items that they pulled for you on will call that takes way longer than an hour prices are higher than other local supply houses with way smaller operations horrible phone systems its automated and goes to a call center and if your sales rep or home location is busy they just done answer but they do have soda fountains and wasteful things of that sort. Very unprofessional group of salespeople your just a number to these people and when your they to share an experience with them that wasnt satisfactory your met with defense of why your wrong .... and then told your business isnt welcome anymore due to complaining . Ive tried hard to speak with someone above Scott riser but cant get anywhere. I now spend my money elsewhere

Bought a Delta faucet from of all places, Lowes. Needed a few adapters for supply lines but as usual Lowes didnt carry them and the staff couldnt help me. What should have been a 10 minute job ended up being a whole day of running back and forth to Lowes, went to Ferguson and got my fittings and was out in no time, staff more than very helpful. Went home and finished kitchen faucet in no time. Thank you Ferguson.
