I love my hot tub so much. I am so happy I bought my spa from this company. Chris was so helpful and still is with all of my questions and concerns. He was very prompt with his response and gave me all the information I needed to make sure I had a clear understanding of how to take care of my spa. I just got my new hot tub delivered and the warehouse sent me the wrong filters so I stopped in to see what I should do. They were friendly, understanding and helpful. Now I can get m yuh tub filled and put it to use.
Weve been shopping around for a hot tub - not sure if well purchase one here but the salesman was patient with us and explained all the options and gave us lots of paperwork to compare different models.

I bought a unit last year and its had a slew of issues. Its still under warranty and there is an absolute REFUSAL to fix it. My simple advice to anyone that buys a unit is DO NOT SIGN the delivery forms on arrival, at least not until you have fully tested the unit. Once these are signed you are done. Aqua living outlets and LPI do not fulfill their warranty. They even go as far as pestering you about removing negative reviews on google. Ive been pleading for an entire year and keep getting the run around. PLEASE AVOID.
Honestly I wouldnt even give them a star. To start off Chris Miller is probably the most unprofessional Sales Rep Ive ever dealt with. Two times and on separate days he told me he would call back within 10 minutes to give a status on our Spa and never did. Now dont get me wrong I know people can get busy and stuff happens, however in business if you say your going to do something, do it. When I finally got ahold of him he tried to look up our info in the system and couldnt due to he didnt have access but honestly it didnt even sound like he knew what he was doing. After that attempt I felt like I was being given the run and around and told him all I was trying to do is get a status on our Spa regardless of the new timeline and I couldnt understand for the life of me how he wasnt able to look up the status of our order. After that his tone changed and he even yelled at me telling me he was trying to help but couldnt. I realized the conversation was going nowhere and asked him to provide a number to someone in corporate that could assist which he provided and then I asked for his Supervisors name and number and he said it was Brian Elmore and for me to call him but then actually refused to give me his number and stated hes been in this business for 15 years and his Boss wouldnt care. All I can say is stay away from this Company. Theyre to big to care or at least thats how I feel now. I plan on writing more as this horrible experience continues and to update the public on how this Company operates. I am really hoping they are just having a bad day and that they make this right, after all if I owned this Company I would.
I am extremely happy with my purchase of a therapeutic hot tub to help me with my joint and muscle condition of Lupus. I use the tub twice a day to loosen my muscles which allows me to be able to function normally through out my day. Not only do I love the hot tub but the service from Aqua Living is terrific. Whenever I have a question about how to maintain or use the tub, Chris Miller has been right there to help me. He is quick and always responds and is willing to help me with whatever I need. Because of my condition, he is willing to have someone come and help me drain it and refill it. This is excellent service because once you buy it, they are still there to help because they care about the customer. I highly recommend Aqua Living not only for the quality of the hot tub but the excellent service you will receive.

With great pleasure I am writing this review. after much research and narrowing it down to two options, aqua living richmond was my choice to purchase my in-ground swim spa. the sales guy was extremely friendly and able to answer all my questions with ease. he was also able to give me pointers on learning how to use the spa, there wasn’t any pressure and I had the time to make my decision without any hassle. they really had a leg up truthfully with a price that couldn’t be beat. well all of those fears were wiped when chris entered the picture. he has been available for any questions, how to recess it into a vault, suggestions for care or issues I have had, I am so very happy I chose them and recommend them with ease.
Awful! Chris Miller made this already rocky experience unbearable. We were missing parts upon our very late delivery. When we called to inquire, Chris talked over us as we tried to explain the situation and even went as far to yell, yes, YELL into the phone accusing us of attacking him. He was hostile and refused to help or let us speak with someone else who wasnt angry and screaming. He also refused to let us speak with any supervisors. 110% unprofessional and rude. Noone should treat ANYONE the way he treated us, especially their customers. Clearly, they do not value their customers whatsoever and we fully regret using this company. By far the WORST customer service experience ever!
Scott was friendly, knowledgeable, honest, and not pushy. Travelled to Richmond from Charlottesville to shop as the prices in Richmond are much better.

Like another poster, I too never write bad reviews. Only when a company is so far at the end of bad do I ever post anything. Aqua Living / LPI is very good at selling you a hot tub, but absolutely THE WORST at fixing any problems. I have been trying w/o any luck for more than 1 month to get warranty work done on a 4 month old hot tub. All I get is the runaround. There is no excuse for this. I would NEVER recommend buying from this company. If I am having these kinds of issues getting warranty work done so soon after a sale, imagine how difficult it will be to get repairs done near the end of the warranty.
Tiny showroom, not a lot to look at in the store. You can see the ones not in the store in a book. Cheap hot tubs, but looks like you get what you pay for. Workers were very nice.
We bought the Catalina model and are super happy with our purchase! We definitely did our looking around and Chris Miller was by far the most knowledgeable of them all, not to mention the quality of hot tub you get at the factory price!!! It was a no brainer for us! All of the staff to delivery were all very helpful and knowledgeable as well.
We were going to order our spa online but called a representative to ask some questions. Chris was very informative and if he did not know all the answers he would get back to us very quickly with answers. He was very helpful in helping us decide which spa was right for us. He set us up with our purchase and And the chemicals and accessories we needed. It was a great experience all the way through, and love our spa. Chris checked up with us after the purchase to make sure everything was great! This is great company with great customer care.
The buying experience was pleasant; however, service for warranty issues is the absolute worst. The typical hold time for LPI service is about an hour. It took over 4 weeks for the part to arrive to our home at which time we had to contact the service tech- Wally/Matt Hayden in Spotsylvania- who does not return calls after now calling multiple times a day just to get on the schedule for a minor warranty repair. No return calls. Tried calling LPI again to get another service tech dispatched and after an hour hold, transferred to someone else who disconnected the call. I have been pleasant thus far; however, I would not recommend this tub simply because of the poor warranty service provided. We purchased the Catalina Berkshire with faulty air valve.
I am so happy with my hot tub purchase. Chris miller made it all worth my wait. He encouraged me and was very informative and educated on the products .upon arrival i hit a snag with the plug but he was very helpful in researching the problem. And my family is so happy with this hudson bay 6 seater plug and play. We get in it everyday. All the jets are powerful. The manual is a bit awful but other than that trust me u will be happy with your purchase and Mr miller. He will walk you through step by step if you need it . Thanx again mr miller👌❤️
We bought a 5 person hot tub in February with Chris Miller. There were a lot to choose from and he knows everything about each model in the showroom. He walked me through the selection process and how to do all chemicals. He referred me to the best electrician to set up power to the so in my backyard. He was and continues to be available for all questions and concerns I have about the maintenance of my hot tub. Best deal in town for sure and our model was a great price with tons of jets, blue tooth speakers and fun lights to use at night. Through Aqua Living, there are people to email and call with any questions you have and they are so friendly and knowledgeable. Would highly recommend Chris to anyone looking for a great price in a hot tub.
When we started shopping for a hot tub, we looked at many many places. We then found aqua living factory outlets headed by Chris Miller. We had a fabulous experience, and ended up buying a wonderful tub. He was very flexible, accommodating, and most of all honest. In the time that we have owned it we have had the support from both Chris and from the support team to help us with our tub. We Use our tub almost daily, and the maintenance could not be easier.Once we purchased our tub, the delivery team was in contact with us to let us know when it would be delivered. They were accommodating as well because we were going to be out of town. When they arrived with the tub it took them approximately 15 minutes to get it through our side yard to the backyard without any issue whatsoever with our property and with the tub. Fantastic guys!Should you shop around for tubs, we highly recommend that you go to aqua living factory outlets, ask for Chris Miller, and you will not be disappointed.
Aqua Living and specifically Chris have been superb. I needed advice on 110 volt plug options and Chris could not have been more helpful. He provided different tub options that met our spec and we could not be happier with the Hudson Bay 34 we purchased. The all round quality of the tub and specifically the range of jets, their adjustable power and the variable mood light settings are excellent. It has added that extra level of luxury to our deck that we were looking for. We would have no hesitation in recommending Aqua Living hot tubs and especially Chris for his dedicated and professional customer care. He has also continued to follow up post delivery. I should also mention Matt and his delivery team who maneuvered the tub into position on our raised deck. He and his team took what was quite an awkward job in their stride and all with a smile throughout. Top service all round: If you’re thinking about a purchase from these guys - deal with Chris and Matt and you will not be sorry.

I was put into contact with Chris Miller after having a bad experience with my rep from the Fredericksburg outlet location. Chris has been nothing but professional and responsive to calls, emails, and text. I am so relieved and feel so blessed to have Chris as my point-of-contact for any of our spa needs and repairs. I would recommend anyone looking for a new spa to contact Chris Miller out of the Richmond office!!! You will not be disappointed in his knowledge and experience.
I would give this hot tub I purchased 5 stars . But I’ve had problems from the day one . Let me start off by saying the Berkshire is a beautiful hot tub. The jets from the powerful motors are superb . Lots of nice features . But, my tub has color changing lights, and has a touch screen gecko control pad . I’m not even able to cut the lights off or change the colors . They cascade from the different colors but will not let me choose or set a specific color like it is made to do . I spoke to our sales rep Chris Miller, and said that they were gonna send a tech to fix it . I paid extra to have the water misters installed, and when delivered they were not installed . Chris said they were gonna have to build me a new hot tub and have to resend me a new hot tub . After I waited over two months when told would be ready in one month. I understand things can happen, but I was told these hot tubs are extensively tested before shipped out from factory . If so why can I not cut the lights off or change colors of lights on my own . Not to mention the hot tub has two speakers on it . When delivered only one speaker worked . Took it upon myself to troubleshoot it and come to find out the speaker wire was never connected . I thought these things are extensively tested before shipped . Luckily I’m an electrician and could fix it on the spot .When you spend over 8000$ on a hot tub and on day one there’s all ready problems out the box ; leaves a sour taste in mouth about the longevity of hot tub . Chris told me there gonna have to send a tech out to fix and replace the touch screen so I’m able to control the lights . In general the hot tub is the best quality for the price . Chris miller was fantastic at his job, very attentive to his customer and genuinely cares about his customers . 5 stars to him . Hopefully they can tighten this tub up .
After shopping all around and even out of state, Just purchased a beautiful spa from Chris. He was extremely professional and helpful. Made appointments that fit my schedule to look at the spas, discuss them and ultimately purchase one. A comparable spa at one of the other locations would have been at least 50% more for retail. I encourage anybody who wants a quality spa at half the price to go here. Great experience!! Will be coming back for a swim spa, a sauna, and possible a new bathtub!!!
When you’re paying luxury prices you expect to get top notch service but this was the first time I was treated like I was spending a million dollars. I researched buying a hot tub for what felt like forever before finally buying from Aqua Living and after using it for a few months now I’ve not regretted anything about my purchase, absolutely incredible Hot Tub, customer service and quality was great will recommend to everyone I know
Dont let other review sway you from meeting/calling us. Im posting this in reference to Johnny and Cornells 1 star reviews here to refute their validity. They are fake and probably competitors or confusing us with another retailer in the area. I am/have been the sole factory representative at this store for 5 years and we have ZERO record of their purchases from us. Look at their other reviews and youll see they are all over the US. Were not perfect, but why would we not delivery items for paid for. We are the largest USA manufacture of spas/swim-spas bath tubs. We have 1000s of customers who have saved up to 1/2 off retail prices, and buy from us monthly all over USA from 33 stores. I challenge either of these people to call me, provide proof/post, or validate a purchase from us. Need local referrals -no problem. Dont be fooled by this tactic; find out for yourself before settling for retail pricing and spas imported from abroad, or that use inferior components- we are growing and #1 for a reason. Also delays did/have occurred due to COVID19 issues and parts supply chains in the entire industry. Nobody escaped this rush, so speak to us to see how well we treat our customers for yourself before or after anywhere else. You’ll be glad you did.

Never again. Worst choice Ive ever made. Customer service horrible. Wanted me to pay without getting a receipt. One product was delivered all of it was not there. Paid for chemicals they told me chemicals would be shipped directly to me. Never receive my chemicals after a number of calls will never deal with these people again.
