We decided to redo our shower after our builder-grade shower door essentially collapsed. We had a white cultured marble shower install.An entire bathroom reno was out of the question...so wanted to create a spa-like shower to match our existing space.Hit up Mosaic. The entire staff was very helpful, knowledgeable and helped design our small oasis.The store Manager (Bob) chimed in and helped seal the deal with some color/style suggestions that helped with our final decisions. Very passionate…and was driven to make everything beautiful.Great pricing and the quality...along with future product support...outshines the box stores.To add...we needed an installer. Bob suggested Jeff Stein (RVA Tile & Stone). He gave us the best price...and we took a chance. WOW...what workmanship. Absolute perfection. What a pleasure. Super nice guy to boot.Between Mosaic and RVA Tile...we had an absolutely brilliant build-out of our dream shower.Cheers to everyone...thank you so very much.

We couldnt be happier with the service and product we received from Mosaic Tile. We worked directly with Kenleighe and she was very knowledgeable and easy to work with! She listened to what we were looking for and took a look at what we already had in our kitchen. When we got to our appointment, she had already pulled some great ideas. She even agreed to meet with us a second time when we started thinking we were going to change our choice. When we came to pick up, we simply called and a wonderful gentleman drove and loaded the product in our car. We would highly recommend Mosaic Tile for your designing and product needs!

Elle was super accommodating to show us the showroom during COVID-19 and helped us make great choices for our master shower. It was installed with great quality and it looks absolutely fantastic.

Ive done business with mosaic now for a few years and have always had a great experience with them. All the staff is extremely professional and knowledgeable. All of my customers love the 1 on 1 design consultations and have been very patient with those difficult customers of mine until they found something they were happy with. Im also impressed with how the staff here isnt stuck in the not my job mindset. If a particular designer was busy or off that day another one was ready to help even so there wasnt any delay on a job. Even the guys in the back have come out to the showroom to help people look at tile when it gets really busy. As far as the guys in the back this company has an all-star team back there. These guys hustle! There isnt a lazy person in this place. They will even help load your vehicle. Especially now with their curbside options you dont even have to go inside to pick up and order.Because of the level of service they offer thats unmatched by any of the multiple competitors here I wont even do business with other tile shops in richmond

Mosaic Tile offers a full-serve design experience. An employee will walk you around their showroom and demonstrate all sorts of tile designs. They have an enormous selection of tile. Their prices are on the high end. If you are looking for assistance and hand holding from tile design experts, this is a good place to go. If you are looking for an economical, warehouse experience, you should look elsewhere.

Super helpful folks in there and a great assortment of products... the fellas in the back helped me out with getting the right underlayment, grout, color matched caulking and threshold piece for a bathroom floor I was tiling; really nice guys who know their stuff. Ill definitely be back up there this week since Im on my next bathroom! The front showroom seemed to have a ton of options for all kinds of lighting, tile, and other goodies, but Id already bought my tile when I found the place so I didnt spend too much time looking. Great spot though for sure!

Mosaic used Scott’s tile with Biringer Builders:They tiled 4 bathrooms. 3 were great, however one was so bad that I could scrape the grout down to the point it was behind the shower tile with my fingernail. No other bathrooms did this. They wouldn’t stand behind their work and gave terrible excuses. Don’t use them.

Nice displays of tiles. Lots of choices and friendly service. You should make an appointment, though, unless you already know what you want.

Love it. The guys in the back are all awesome, super helpful.

My wife and I have had a terrible experience with this vendor. Our first meeting several months ago was confused with another couple with the same last name so our designer was not prepared and what was supposed to be a 2 hour meeting ended up being 45 minutes with the majority of time wasted.We recently scheduled separate meetings for my wife and I and my meeting was canceled by Mosaic even though my wife told them several times that we are coming separately to go over our selections. Very disappointing. We are hoping our builder can use a different vendor that has their act together.9/5 -updated review. We have had our tile installed and it looks great. The road bumps in the beginning were annoying but this company has realized some of their issues and has made up for it. I would recommend them without reservation. Our tile looks great in every bathroom.
