Great friendly shop. Prices are reasonable and you pay for the quality you get. Ive been burned quite a few times by other shops and was nervous going to another one but I will be bringing my vehicles here from now on. Thank you guys.

Derrick and the guys are amazing. They do excellent work, they have never tried to sell me something I didnt need, but have suggested things that I should have thought of but didnt. They are accommodating and pleasant. If your car needs a repair give them a try, you owe it to yourself!

I had difficulty with my schedule, and they were accommodating allowing me to drop my vehicle off at night so it could be looked at and repaired optimistically in a day. I received a call early in the morning about the engine errors and repairs that needed to be made... The work was finished by the end of the day. I was excited to see so many great reviews for this establishment. I was sold once I saw it it was only 5 minutes away from my house! I am due for a state inspection. On sunday, 11/8/2020, I sent a request through the website to schedule the inspection. First and foremost, a state inspection wasnt even an option in their list of services, I manually wrote in what I needed in the comment section of the request. I gave them two dates that would work for me. This Friday, 11/13 at 4:30 and Monday, 11/16 at 3:30pm. Its now Wednesday, 11/11 and I still hadnt heard anything from them so I decided to call. I called and the gentleman who answered the phone was snippy and rude. I said i put in a request online, and I hadnt heard anything back and he says oh yeah, those times werent available. We dont do inspections after 4pm anyway, in a rude manner. I said okay, well that wasnt on the website. He says it is. the website is not finished. I then asked if there were any earlier times available. He gave times that did not work for me, so I asked if there were any times closer to the time I could do it for next week and with an attitude he says no, its almost Thanksgiving. I dont care what holiday is coming up, I need a service done and your business is open, so commenting on what holiday was coming up was irrelevant. Its not like I was requesting on Thanksgiving day. And if those times I requested were unavailable, why didnt anyone email me and tell me that? If i didnt call them, I wouldve never known. And then for the gentleman to be so rude and snippy. How is it my fault that you all dont have your website together? I was over him and his attitude and decided to take my money elsewhere. Midas was so much more pleasant, and willing to work with me. There was a total difference between the two. I went to Midas last year and the process was a breeze. I only wanted to go somewhere else because this place is closer to my house. It doesnt matter what business you have, customer service should still be a number 1 priority. Ive seen other negative comments about the customer service, so this is not the first time their customer service was piss poor. If you care about spending your money at a place that seems like they value customers, do not go here.

I went to the shop to inquire about getting a state inspection. The man behind the counter was incredibly rude. He did not greet or acknowledge me when I came into the establishment. When I asked how long the wait was for an inspection he rudely replied, tomorrow! Have a nice day. He never even looked at me. I was appalled. This is not the type of establishment that I would spend my money at. If they treat their customers this poorly I can only imagine how they treat their customers cars.

My wifes car was recommended a major repair by a nationally known tire company for it to pass inspection. Took it to S & O and he Drew explained to me its a Honda design for flex in the undercarriage... Out of there, inspected in 20 minutes.
