Over 5 years ago went to Meineke for an inspection sticker and they wanted $800 worth of stuff done before they would pass my car. We bring it here and they were like nah all you need is this which was about a $200 fix for a passed inspection. Have been here ever since. Honest, never charged for unnecessary things and when i do get stuff fixed they have the best prices. Will go here for the rest of my days.

I love this place. They do such a great job on my oil change every 5,000 miles. And they do it in record breaking time! Fast, fantastic service and its cheap too! Almost too good to be true. But if we have to get an oil change every couple months,we might as well find the best place to do it,and this is it!!!

I normally dont go here but I was in the area and needed to have my car inspected. I keep up with my car and make sure its in pretty good condition. When they called me back, they said it failed inspection, which never has happened before. They said my tires and the brakes, front and back, needed to be replaced and they couldnt pass me until it was fixed. I was shocked about this, so I took my car somewhere else and they passed it. They said that my tires and breaks were fine.They were super nice here but failing my inspection when somewhere else passed it is pretty shady to me.

They are just Wounderful. Attitude and work, I dont want to go anywhere else. Theyre convenient and speedy.. 🤔

After failing state inspection, I was told re-inspections are drop off only. This conflicts with the VA State Police State Inspection manual, and VA State Law 19VAC30-70-60.I returned a week later for my re-inspection. I was again told that I could drop off my vehicle, that it would take several hours before they could fit me in. The VA State Police State Inspection manual and 19VAC30-70-60 of the VA Code states if a vehicle returns for reinspection within the 15-day period, the rejecting station will reinspect the vehicle without delay or at the reasonable conclusion of the current inspection being performed.They argued that all the vehicles that were sitting in the parking lot waiting for current inspections were going to be done before they would start on mine. A State Trooper Safety Inspector that covers the area confirmed that RVA Auto Service was wrong. Fortunately the Trooper called the station and informed them of the error. They performed the re-inspection as required.So take note of the LAW. If you need a re-inspection and return within the 15 days, they are required to perform the re-inspection without delay or as soon as they complete the inspection that is currently being performed.

Worst place to get your car inspection. I took my vehicle here to getting inspected & they failed me for 1 ball joint & a fog light. “the fog light failed because it was on the same side as the slightly loose ball joint” as he “said”. I have never failed an inspection before & I would surely know/ or felt somewhat, if I need a ball joint. So, I take it to get it fixed & come to find out nothing was wrong with ANY OF my bail joints. Got my inspection else where & drove off fine. Would NEVER go there again. Also as I was sitting there, NOT ONE PERSON that was getting an inspection passed & they charged them ridiculous amount. If I could do NO stars I would!

All around a great shop. We take our Nissans here and they do a great job. Always have availability, finish on time, and what surprises me the most are the terrific prices on parts and overall cost of work on the cars. Very humble and down to earth team, yet highly technical and professional. Once our other cars come off the factory warranty they are making their mechanic home here. KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK!!

While they are friendly, however they did tell me that my rotors needed to be replaced, so i had another mechanic recheck my rotors and there was absolutely nothing wrong with them whatsoever, I fixed the other issues, lights, windshield wipers, and breaks but not rotors, took my car somewhere else and got it reinspected and it passed with no problems .
