This was a great place to take my car too. Tanya was awesome, she called me each time they found something and let me know how much it would be and if I wanted it done. I like the fact that they have the fix it now pay later option. It was really helpful to me financially. I got my car working back in full capacity and a low payment to make. I recommend them fir service and repairs.

This place is amazing!!!! Tanya and brook ( I hope I spelled that right) are amazing. I went in for a new slave cylinder on an older car they got me in and out in like 3 days with my car running better than when I dropped it off, they gave me a killer price, and to top it off they called me to keep me in the loop on what was going on and towards the end of the day after picking my car up Tanya called just to check and make sure everything was okay and that was the cherry on top thank you for everything and I will be back!!

Honestly, I really don’t trust my car to a lot of people. Regardless of its current state, I know for a fact that the team at platinum plus would take the best care of it. The entire process was the smoothest I could ask for, and I knew that they would not try to sell me on some thing my car doesn’t need. It’s not a great one, but I know that the entire gang at The shop will address every single need, and make sure that my money is well spent. I could not ask for a better experience.

Brought my vehicle in to straighten my steering wheel and for a wheel alignment. After three alignments, they weren’t able to straighten my steering wheel but reassured me that the wheels were up to specs. After the last failed attempt, I took my vehicle to another shop and they were able to get my wheels within specs and the steering wheel straightened. Two stars to them for being friendly, and attempting to fix the problem.

Walked in off the street and asked for a quote. The price was very fair and cheaper than other quotes Ive received. They were able to work me in while I waited. Service writers and technicians were both friendly. Thanks

I came here today to have my car inspected. Although I was not able to address the issues of my vehicle today, the staff was extremely professional. While away, they sent me a link to the detailed information needed to fix my car which included photos. The waiting area is nice and spacious with TV, coffee and wifi. I will definitely be coming back for my additional car needs in the future!

Im really pleased with my experience with Platinum Plus. I was very skeptical about trying new mechanics because of my experience with people trying to take advantage. Thankfully that was not the case here. They are very accommodating. and they did not over charge. They told me what needed to be fixed asap and what could wait. They didnt try to pressure me to get expensive repairs. Im definitely going back.

Such a great and friendly staff and Matthew really knows his stuff! I went in to get some front tires mounted, balanced and an alignment they had me done in half a day. Car drives and handles smooth and straight, I couldnt be happier!

Called last minute and dropped my car off after hours and received a call the next morning to talk about what’s going on with my BMW. Shortly after I received my estimate things quickly took off and got my car back after 2 days of being worked on! I highly suggest Matt if you need your BMW checked out! For starters, I was a little leery about trying Platinum Plus simply because the advertised prices were so decent. If it werent for the overwhelmingly positive reviews, I probably would have gone elsewhere. Im glad that I called them in order to gather more information, because their customer service is excellent. Ive know Allen for some time now (at another shop) and he delivered the same level of awesome customer service I had come to expect from a much more high-dollar shop. The work was flawless, fast, and Ive already made an appointment for a friends truck. I will definitely be back!

I have been here numerous times and have never had bad experience or any issues that have left me with any doubts about coming back! I love getting my worked on here, they are very family oriented, professional, awesome service and mechanics are friendly and work hard! Will definitely be coming back any time I need service!

And when I was driving home me and daughter felt something hurting/scratching our legs and noticed the following:1. When they drilled the ignition Lock Cylinder, they left all the scrap metal over the seats, the console and the floor..I couldnt believe it! What a hazard!Second when I turned on my AC:2. The passenger side was not blowing cold air it was blowing hot air now!! The drivers side was blowing cold!! I have no idea what they did to it!Third, when I tried to pull my ignition key out:3. I couldnt as I had to mess with it to remove it. I had to turn it to like on and then pull it out. I though well maybe it was in the position when you just want to radio on but the radio/electrical/battery on but it did not provide electrical.

Quick and accurate service!I am taking back my old response.Months later...Tried to make an appointment with Christy for a quick inspection. She told me that I would need to leave my vehicle the whole day just for an inspection! I told her thats not possible and totally inconvenient and she made no attempt to try work with me.. they also are not open on weekends either. I have no problem waiting an hour for an inspection and she Insisted it would take much longer than that. I will not be returning for any future work done because of this.

Asked if they could align my lowered car and they said they could. After the alignment was done they said I needed a rear camber kit. Before I had that done I did some research and found out the car had a rear camber adjustment and they didn’t even try to adjust that bolt. After informing them of this they still wanted more money to do the job because it needed to camber bolts. NO TRUE. After arguing with them for a week I got my original money back. I went to another shop was able to get my car lined up properly with no issues, no extra parts, and lined up perfectly.

Update: I got the State Inspection office involved. The state trooper had me bring my car back 2 days later where it was re-inspected in front of his eyes. My vehicle passed. I was offered a refund on my drive home.Came in because they advertise that their state inspections are half off. Well it turns out they make their money by making up things to fail you on! They told me I had a light not working on the drivers side. When they gave me my car back, I checked and all the lights were working. Went to another place and passed the same day, saving almost $400!

Just booked my second appointment here. It’s refreshing to know that these folks are equipped to get my vehicle in quickly and without delay. Waiting area is adequate but otherwise clean and modern with complimentary beverages and WiFi. They also offer a plethora of financing options that can satisfy almost anyone’s unique credit needs to get you back on the road as soon as possible.

Ask for the price to replace my ac compressor I couldn’t get an answer it was so frustrating when I mentioned I will get my own parts the labor rate change because of liability??? Thanks but no thanks

I was referred by another auto repair center due to their wait time. So I came here to Platinum Plus for the very 1st time. I requested an inspection and after the inspection was complete I was told exactly what passed, what did not and what was recommended for the future. I wasnt pressured into getting anything recommended done so with that I was pleased. However I was most impressed with the report including the pics which is sent to your phone immediately after the inspection. I would recommend this auto repair center to others.

The staff was delightful and my initial review was 5 Star. When I got home, I googled the issue they charged me $200 parts and labor for; missing wheel lock key. There are many many youtube videos about how this can be done very easily. My bad for not researching . Their bad for taking advantage of me. I am so disappointed as I wanted this to be my forever mechanic. 😕

Great coffee / convenient / and value.

Just don’t do it. They will rip you off. Asked for an alignment and it was done so poorly that it almost made my car drive worse. Asked for a diagnostic of my window (already knew what was wrong) and all they did was press my window buttons and charged me $95 to do so. Tried to charge me $250 for a part that only costs about $120-$150. Just don’t do it. Also, the whole buy here, pay here thing is a joke. By the time you have made all the payments, you will have paid almost triple what the service cost. Just don’t do it! They’ll smile in your face while robbing you blind.

First time here and everyone was professional and friendly. The prices were real reasonable. I would recommend this shop for anybody looking for auto shop.

Found this place on google, I just recently moved to the area, needed some work done to be sure my car is safe for a newborn, was approved for a loan and was able to get the work done without denting my bank account all at once, mechanic and guy at front was so helpful! Handled my issue with great care!

Started to come to this location after becoming increasingly disappointed with NTB as of late. Came in for a state inspection this morning at 9:00 am and was already wowed by the advanced technology this shop utilizes. Received a text message with the results of my inspection. There were high quality pictures taken with their tablet devices with easy to understand explanations of each item that had issues. Being able to take advantage of their “Fix it now, pay later” makes unexpected repairs affordable! Was recommended by a former NTB employee who now works at this location.The inside of the shop is very inviting, with plenty of comfortable seating and a charging station for your mobile devices.

Did a 7 point inspection on my car. Very professional, sent the picture of the process along the way. Overall definitely recommend them.
