For years we had another trusted auto mechanic. When he closed his doors I asked for a recommendation and WoW, he was correct. Excellent customer service. Genuine care for customer satisfaction & getting quality service. We now have a place that I trust taking my vehicle for trustworthy advice at reasonable cost! Highly recommend.

Russell is the absolute man. I wont trust anyone else with my car. NO ONE. Hell always take care of you. If youre old school and appreciate your business knowing you by first name and where their word and a handshake means something, go to Russell. Hes been doing my cars for over 15+ years and my families for even longer.

Great folks and will do their best to do right by you. Have never had an issue with their service. As honest as the day it’s long, won’t nickel or dime you. Just make sure you use the one on Tally Rd which is off Staples Mill not the first shop which is at the corner right on Staples Mill. The names are very similar - don’t know how that happened but it has been that way for decades. You want the place run by Russell with the red building with the Tally address where you go through the chain link gate. I believe all the mechanics have been with him for years and years. They are very busy all the time so plan ahead if you can but Russell will do his level best to help you if at all possible. On the similar names, sometimes I call the first one I see and I always know I have the wrong place. In fact, right now I’m worried that I reviewed the wrong place because I don’t see my review here but doing another one to be sure.

Many members of my family swear by the honesty and good service provided by the owner Russell. The price isnt cheap, but its not exorbitant either. Its an extremely busy shop, that handles a fairly broad range of services.

I had to get my alternator replaced. This place was one of the less expensive locations. When i dropped my car off there were many cars that needed to be serviced but they promised to have my car to me by the end of the day. I had my doubts but they did. They did a thorough job. I also got an engine mount. My 10 year old car is now riding very smooth. I plan to return for any other car needs :)
