Unbeatable service and competitive price. I very highly recommend and will be returning for future car needs. I discovered a nasty puncture during my lunch break. I was greeted warmly by an associate who told me everyone was out to lunch but that hed have me patched up asap. Because I was on my way to run some errands and return to work, the associate offered me a loaner car parked outside without my asking. By the time I returned, less than half an hour later, my car was pulled into the front and waiting for me. They patched my tire beautifully and filled it with air at the same exact level as my other tires.

I needed an alignment after replacing the tie rods on my F-150, and Cloverleaf was able to do it for far cheaper than other shops that were going to charge more because my truck is lifted. They provided detailed paperwork of what was done, and Sierra was great with customer service both on the phone and in person. Definitely gonna be my go-to shop.

This place is a one-stop shop for everything! I got my wheels aligned, state inspection, oil changed, and tire patched all in one visit. Most of the time, Ive dealt with the ever so pleasant, Sierra. I can say that anyone else I have talked to on the phone is just as great and kind! I took a chance based on good reviews and have made this my go-to after the first visit. Their scheduling is convenient and they are super flexible. They have loaner cars available which is rare for auto repair shops unless you go to the dealership. Super happy with the customer service and transparency!

I currently live about 2 hours from Richmond, and I just drove in for the day to check out some apartments for when I move in a few months. Unfortunately, I drove by some construction sites and got a flat tire. After having AAA attach my spare, I drove out to this shop to have my tire evaluated and repaired. They were awesome! Had it done within an hour and a half of the incident.10/10 would recommend!

I have been going to them since I moved to Richmond. As a single woman I sometimes become weary of car service people and the uptake in price. However, Cloverleaf is clear with their prices and systems. They offer rides to my job or a lender car for the day and I don’t have to worry about them putting on extra services to get more $.

I decided to try this place out because I recently moved to North Chesterfield. The location was a major plus for me but it got better when I walk through the door. They offered me to take their convenience vehicle while they were working on my car which was amazing. The fact that I can drop my vehicle off to be worked on and still have a vehicle to use in the meantime gave me so much peace of mind. Not to mention the cost of the repairs was very reasonable. To top it all off, their customer service was astounding! During the service they called to make sure I still wanted an oil change because I still had about 2,000 miles before I absolutely needed one. They also informed me about some preventative maintenance to make me aware of what needed to be done in the future but they didn’t inform me about it in a pushy manner. I will definitely be back to give them my business!

Second time coming here today! The first was for some maintenance for my car. They kept me in the loop for every update during the time my car was in their possession and called to get an ok for repairs needed that I may not have known about. Today I’m just getting an inspection but it’s a pretty big deal cause I actually live almost an hour away. This is the only place I want to bring my car to! I love that you can set up your appointments online for a time you like and an optional time in case the first appointment isn’t available. They also work with you in case neither of your preferred times are available. The customer service is phenomenal! Such a great family feel too! I definitely recommend this place if you want good work that’s not gonna cost an arm and a leg with open communication about your vehicle. A+++!

The best car repair experience Ive ever had!I called them in a panic at 7:45 one morning because my cars oil can light came on as I was driving to work, and they were the closest mechanic to me. Its hard for me to be late to work as a kindergarten teacher, and I figured this was really going to ruin my day. I drove up, they had a loaner vehicle running, ready for me to jump into, and I got to work with time to spare. My car needed an extra day for repairs, and they let me keep their loaner overnight. They called the next day and said, by the way, your state inspection is due this month, want us to knock it out while your car is here? Um, yes!! When I picked up my car, the bill was the lowest Ive ever seen for the kind of service i received. Definitely coming back here for any future service needs!!

I started going to this place for auto repair, state inspections, etc mostly because it was close to my house but they ended up being very honest and they do a pretty good job. Ive been going to them for years and havent had a bad experience yet.

This place was great and helpful, and Sierra was amazingly friendly and sincere. I found a nail in my tire as I was getting ready to head out of town for thanksgiving. On the spot they were able to offer me multiple options to fix and even got the exact matching tire delivered and installed the same day. I will go out of my way to support this shop - they were very helpful. It was cold and rainy and i had my dog with me and Sierra kept offering for both of us to come inside - it was overwhelmingly accommodating.

My wife and I just moved to Richmond, and one of our worries was finding a trustworthy auto shop to take our cars to. Well we found that auto shop, and it’s called Cloverleaf Tire & Auto!! The staff is absolutely wonderful and super friendly. We not only got the best rate and best advice on what to do with our vehicle, they lent us a loaner car so we can go do errands! We also got great advice from Joe on what to do in Richmond! Love this place and will continue to make it my primary auto care shop.

I appreciated the eye contact with the friendly handshake upon arrival, and the no-pressure list of maintenance recommendations I was given at my departure to review at my leisure. I like that there are interesting childrens toys and plants in the waiting room/lobby - makes the place feel inviting.I was given an estimate of my inspection being done by 1 PM, but when I called at 1 PM it wasnt done. It was completed by 2PM and they gave me a call to pick it up then. I would have appreciated a call to let me know they were running late, but I understand that estimates are just that, and a 1 hour window is not unreasonable.I will return to this place for some routine maintenance because of the friendly, no-pressure atmosphere, and I may try taking the kids here for my next oil change since they have interesting toys in the waiting room, but I will likely still visit Jiffy Lube for most oil changes due to efficiency.

I have been a long time customer of Cloverleaf Tire and Auto. I too appreciate the quality customer service. I have found them trust worthy. They have tracked down some odd behaviors with my vehicle, which thankfully has had few. They take the time to explain what is happening when a repair is needed. They suggest the order and timing if multiple repairs or service is required so I can schedule the work according to my budget. I find their prices reasonable. I am not one to chase a 1 dollar saving all over town. If I ask, they will tell me if I can easily perform the service myself. Normally I wait during my service. I find the environment comfortable. IHOP is close, if the repair will take longer. When it is necessary for them to have the vehicle the whole day, we have scheduled the work for a day the loaner is available. They are very accommodating. I am grateful for the care and service I receive.

I found out about Cloverleaf tire and auto through my neighborhood Facebook page. As it turns out, many of the folks in my neighborhood have used this service for many years and recommended highly. My own experience has been nothing short of excellent. The staff is professional and courteous and clearly knowledgeable. The pricing seems fair and I have never gotten the impression that I was being offered services that were not necessary for my vehicle. I was about to head out of town, and I noticed that one of the tires I replaced six months ago had a bubble. I called Cloverleaf, and they squeezed me in the very next morning. Cloverleaf Tire is the greatest mechanic I have ever been to.A lot of mechanics have a reputation for fixing things that dont need to be fixed, making up repairs just to earn more money, etc. Not these guys; I trust them to do a great job with my car and not lie to me about extra problems. They are quick, efficient, and very, very friendly to ALL of their customers. They also have coffee in the lobby, for all of you coffee-loving drivers out there.My car has 230,000 miles on it, and it is still running strong. Sure, its a well-made Honda, but I think the main reason is that it has been in such good hands throughout the years.If I ever move to a different city, I will have my car towed back to Richmond anytime it needs a repair or inspection just so that I can keep going back to Cloverleaf Tire.I wish that I could give Cloverleaf Tire more than five stars.

A staff you can talk with that takes time to listenIt was a simple oil and filter change and I asked if the mechanic would look over the other fluids and filters to see if anything else needs attention. Chris and his staff are trusted and do an excellent work. Other less than stellar garages would have taken advantage of the customer but not Cloverleaf Tire and Auto. They completed the work I asked even filling my windshield washer solvent that I knew was low. It pays to have a trusted service center where you can talk with the staff and they listen concerning vehicle maintenance and repairs.

I took three cars here for 7-8 years, and while I thought the prices were high, I also thought I was treated honestly. That was until last summer when I asked for an A/C diagnostic to find out why my A/C wasnt working. After waiting a while, the front-desk man told me it could be this or it could be that and they would start with such-and-such repair for 400-and-some-odd dollars plus the $90 Cloverleaf charges for an A/C diagnostic. I told them they hadnt really diagnosed anything and I was reluctant to pay them almost $100 basically for a guess so I certainly wouldnt be paying them over $400 for a repair that might not even fix the problem! I will never go back to Cloverleaf.

They were the FIFTH shop I had called, and the ONLY ones willing to fit me in THAT DAY...While waiting for my vehicle in their spacious waiting area, including a play-table for the kiddies, they occasionally checked on me and made me aware of the process. Also, I heard three other customers talking about how they do good work here and you can trust them. There has never been a time where I did not feel completely confident in both owners and the staff at Cloverleaf Tire & Auto. It is rare that you find businesses this day that are not only courteous and professional, but you can leave your vehicles to be serviced and general maintenance performed and feel you will get not only exceptional work, but honesty and fairness in pricing. Good place for professional service and ckean atmosphere. Horrible place if youre about your wallet. $895 for an oil change and filter, fuel filters replaced. Really! Its a diesel so 300-500 would of been better. I asked to top off fluids so they did. $125 for DEF. Its $8 for 2.5 gallons at Walmart. They charged for 15 gal. Its a 5.5 gal tank. So they tried changing me that. So I asked how would that be possible if I drove it there with an empty tank? Needless to say pay attention to detail. They took it down to 4 gallons. 100 dollar difference just cause I can not let things go. Still waaaayyyy over priced.

Had a nasty issue with my Jeeps serpentine belt system and they were able to fix it in 24 hours for $350. They were extremely up-front about the whole process when they didnt have to be, so I will definitely be back then next time I have an issue.
