Sammy and his team are awesome! I needed some work done for my inspection such as 2 tire changes, oil change, new brake pads and a new rear light. I drive a luxury vehicle so I am weary when it comes to who works on my vehicle. I got referred to this place by a family member and im so glad I listened. My car is running like new and he was very affordable and timely. I definitely will be utilizing his services again.

My husband and I came to Richmond from out of town and experienced a problem with my cars ABS. Car Care Auto Center was the only mechanic open on a Saturday that we could find and they fit us in within an hour of closing. The owner and his team were wonderful and put my anxiety at ease. With a 1.5 hr. drive home, they gave us our options and were very honest about them. They were willing to perform the work or they could do a temporary fix that would get us back home safely to our regular mechanic. Because we didnt have cash (the business is cash only), they did a temporary fix for us that would allow us to get home safe. While we waited, the owner was very accommodating and welcoming of all his customers (he knew most by name) and other waiting customers said that they were repeat clients. Overall my experience was very pleasant and as I said, put my anxiety over traveling at ease. I would recommend this business to anyone looking for car care in the area.

I have been patronizing this shop since 2014. The owner is the most honest mechanic Ive ever encountered in my life. I have been driving for well over 20years but never in my experience with mechanics did I come across someone who is true to their words and provides great excellent service. Sam (the owner) is best and honest mechanic I know. He doesnt overcharge you whatsoever. He is considerate and will work with you on labor prices but above all, he is very humble, honest and proud of his work and services. Nobody and I mean no mechanic I know or knew provides honest and excellent services than Sam and his staffs. If you value your money and dont want to be ripped off by some of these money hungry dishonest auto shops out there, then pay Car Care a visit and I promise you wont regret it. Youll leave smiling without a hole in your wallet like Ive always done over the years.

Car Care has been my go to repair shop for over 9 years.They have always been honest. I have always sent my daughters there as i know they are trustworthy and would never take advantage.I will say, they are always slammed on Saturdays however the wait time doesnt bother me as i know i will get the best and honest Inspection and repair service.they have even stayed open past the closing time to help customers. I will highly recommend them!

These people REALLY know how to treat people...nicest mechanic I know with a shop..most of the time, its the backyard mechanics who treat you good, so I avoid shops...but now I found a good mechanic! Thank you so much...he even offered to give me a ride home since it was hot and I had to leave my vehicle overnight...smh...I wish I would have met him sooner!

This mechanic is amazing, customer service is top-notch! They provide great work at great pricing. I never have to wait too long for my car to be completed, I take all my cars there for my car repair. Its a true blessing having this mechanic right in my neighborhood!

Man I love these guys. They save me so much money on my car its unbelievable. Theyre really quick with their service to. I called them one day on a Wednesday and ask him if they could change my brakes he told me to get there within 30 minutes and he would get it done. Only sided waiting for maybe about 45 minutes for him to get my brakes in and out.

Overcharged me for some work told me to come back to get it fixed then when I came back every time they were too busy. three weeks later he forgets and says I dont owe you any work thats old stuff. But the work that they do is actually good when they do it so its very sad that I no longer want to go back there.

These guys are great...I drive from Midlothian 45mins because they are honest and fair. If I need an inspection they dont try to sell me all the BS gimmicks like radiator flush and change rear axle fluids...etc etc

Horrible customer service. shady mechanic and owner. pretty sure a ton of illegal stuff that inspectors office will know about going on that shop.

Service was great in and out with no problems.

We get all our work on both of our cars here, and it been great. One other shop quoted us 350.00 for something that Car Care fixed instead replacing, for a fraction of that.

Very bad experience,😔 is the worst customer service, I paid in cash and they did not want to give me a receipt for what I paid, they say a price and then they want to charge another, the collector is an abusive until he yelled at me and never gave me my proof ... So sad ... I do not go back to that place

I found this place a few months ago when I was at another business across the street from it and i went there to get state inspection. I like the service and continue to go there for all my car care needs. I like that they are open on Saturday. The hours shown on this site are incorrect.
