Adams Buick was able to fit my SUV in last minute for an oil change and tire rotation after I mistakenly let my oil get to 8% life. They provided a ride back to my house and once my vehicle was complete they drove it back to my house without me having to get back out. I am thankful for their wonderful customer service. Adams Buick GMC never disappoints.

I am very disappointed in Buick. I bought a new Enclave and it only has 3000 miles on it, and it wouldnt change gears, put itself in neutral, set the parking brake, wouldnt recognize key fob. I had to have it serviced but now it is making a noise when you shut it off that it did not make before having it serviced. We have asked about it but have not heard back from dealership. I am very aggravated. I feel the dealership could be more helpful with this problem.

We were passing through the area with our fifth wheel camper and all the sudden we lost all the lights on the camper. We stopped at Wildcat RV, they looked at it and determined it was in fact not the camper that was causing the issue. It was a truck issue. We called Adam’s GMC in Richmond, their schedule was booked full but their Mechanic, Alex was kind enough to squeeze it in for us. He was able diagnose the problem for us. Never have we ever had any dealership squeeze us in when no appointments were available. We greatly appreciated this. Everyone in the service center here was very nice to deal with. I made my appointment for new tires online, but for some reason the online appointment didnt carry over to the service computer. They did not have my tires in stock, but the service associate went above and beyond to find them somewhere else and get them installed, despite the mixup. The work done by the dealership was very satisfactory. Although I have another problem with the dealership the generator for the hybrid system on my truck is going out. When I bought the truck from the dealership they guaranteed me that this system was under warranty for eight years, when I took it back in and because I had a service battery light on they told me the generator was going out and since it had over 100,000 miles it was no longer under warranty. I was very avid when I bought this truck about asking them if it’s long as I own the truck for the eight years this batteries and system would be under warranty and they reassured me several times now that it’s past 100,000 miles I have no warranty the parts alone are $1800 I have asked the dealership to pay for this and I have failed to get any results. I’m getting ready to buy a new pick up truck and because of this it will not be a GM. My father just bought a Ford, They guaranteed him that all Powertrain and hybrid parts were under warranty for 10 years unconditionally

Unfortunately- some miscommunication between the dealership and auto schedule. After daily reminders from the dealership for a week - due to a recall - and driving for 2.5 hours, the parts required were not available. No work performed. Another 2 hours back home.

We had earlier purchased a Buick Encore. Although the vehicle was comfortable & fun to drive & would definitely recommend it to anyone wanting a small suv, we realized we’d made a mistake. My husband has Parkinson’s & it became a struggle for him to get in & out. When our salesperson called us about a month after our purchase to see how we liked the suv, I mentioned our situation. He said no problem, that he could help us upgrade to a larger one. Now we have an Envision & my hubby can get in & out with no problem. Both the Encore & Envision performed as we expected from a Buick. We’d definitely recommend either to someone looking at purchasing one. I went through 3-4 test drives before I finally found our Tahoe. There were no games or gimmicks here and I was very impressed. I communicated a lot with the dealership via email before coming in and everything they wrote to me was exactly the way it was when I got there to put the deal together. Very straightforward. Other dealers I visited while shopping for my Denali could learn a thing or two from my experience with Adams GMC. That’s why I bought here and will very likely do so again in the future.

A relative was bringing my envoy and trailer down to Florida for me and he thought the transmission was messing up .thanks to Steve in service found out my relative hit the 4wheel drive low button by accident. They towed my truck on a weekend found the problem 4 me the next week could have really given it to me,but didnt thank you so much for the service. 😊

Made a 8am appointment. Truck wasn’t touched till after 9. After paying for the oil chance and rotation I was given a list of other things wrong with the truck including a $46 air filter. The same filer coast $18 and took me 5 mins to put on my self. On the same list was $189 for front brakes. I was told they were as small as 2mm. So I go to the part store pay $40 for front breaks and head home to change them. I find not only are my lug nuts almost stripped but my breaks are perfectly fine. Yes. I am a women, don’t be foolish enough to think that because I am you can take advantage of me. Ridiculous.

Jay was most polite letting me test drive the 2020 Sierra. His professional manner throughout my visit was greatly appreciated.

First experience going to a bigger car dealership. We didnt feel overwhelmed by the typical sales pitch you would get elsewhere. Paul Todd was absolutely great to work with. Adams service department is usually good but the sales side is hard to deal with. I tried purchasing a new GMC Sierra HD and I never got to talk to a sales person. In attempt to limit my time at the dealership, I emailed and spoke with what I thought were sales representatives but they ended our conversation saying they would connect me to a sales representative. Also, I was wanted to purchase something they had on the lot but they kept taking about how they would trade with any dealership to get what I wanted. They never understood that I wanted the truck they had. I also think they didnt take me seriously. Two weeks later, I bought a Ford F250 and I couldnt be happier.UPDATE 9/10/19 in response to the general manager: After my contact via emails, I was contacted via phone on 2 different occasions by what I thought were sales representatives. Both conversations ended saying a salesperson would call me back. I also visited the lot a few days before purchasing my Ford to give you one more chance at making a sale. I was never approached by a salesperson during that visit and at that point, I made the decision to go a different direction in terms of vehicle manufacturer. You did reach out to me a few weeks later via email which I said at that point I was no longer in the market because I had already purchased another vehicle. Im not sure if I revealed why I was no longer in the market but that was the situation.Purchasing a vehicle, especially one that is on the lot, should not be a difficult process.

They put me before the sale and that is so hard to find. Didn’t try to push me into something I didn’t want. Gave me great advice that was in my best interest. Fun easy stress free

Ive been so pleased with all of my experiences at Adams Buick GMC in Richmond KY. I purchased my new Buick Encore there in April of this year. Ive also used their service department to change my oil and rotate tires and they did a great job on that as well. I would highly recommend this dealership as they will work with you no matter what your budget is.

Love the online setup for appointments. This service department always takes good care of my vehicle and me. They are honest and dont try to up sell you. Work is completed right and timely.
