Unfortunately this Ford dealership is the closest to our house. If the truck wasnt under warranty we wouldnt have used this place after the first couple of experiences. Its never simple or quick. Its not always fixed. This time a airbag light, that THEY didnt/couldnt fix is causing them to reject inspection. If you have the option to go somewhere else, go there instead.
Haley Ford South team is a super team that works with you and making sure you understand what is going on with your vehicle. Very friendly people and very helpful people all was have a smile on there face, they works very hard to make sure everything goes well with your visit. Haley Ford South team keep up the good work.
Can I give less than 1 star? Never expect fast service from this place. It’s so bad now I drop my car off for the whole day and don’t get a call till after closing telling me it’s ready to be picked up. My first experience here was to have the brakes fixed on my brand new off the lot 2020 edge. Their solution was to shave the rotors and take off a layer of brake pad instead of replacing the warped rotors and uneven brake pads. That was just the first trip. Second trip they accomplished the same thing as the first visit after my car spent all day at the dealership. I was so mad I called Ford customer service to complain that I was having miles shaven off the new rotors and brake pads instead of replacing them. They agreed and got in contact with the dealer. I was called a few days later to schedule the appointment for the replacement. My appointment was at 8am and was assured it would be a hour or a hour and a half. After sitting in their lobby for a hour I went to the counter to get an update just to find out my car hadn’t even went in the shop yet. Angry again I asked for the manager. He came out and told me he was sorry and didn’t know what happened but they didn’t get the parts in for my repair and if I wanted to leave my car for the day they could get parts from another Ford dealer. I simply said no it wasn’t acceptable and I would just take my car elsewhere. Moments later parts were “found” and it would only be a hour!!!!! 2 hours later I go up to find out what the heck is going on and I’m told they are still working on it because getting the parts here was “delayed”. I then asked I thought they were found ?? Again was told they had to go get the parts from another dealer so I was lied to. So here I am again today with the car dropped off at 8am I get a call at 10am saying they couldn’t duplicate the issue they were going to finish up the oil change and would call me to head that way and drive the vehicle with the shop manager. At 2pm still no call so I called to get an update to be told my car is the next one in to get done. So 4 hours after I was told my car was about to be done with the oil change it still hasn’t even made it in the shop yet. Again this place is a joke for a service shop. Avoid at all cost I know I will never return here.
I brought my vehicle in to have window visors installed for my sons car and my truck. The visors were ordered from the parts department so I assumed they would be correct. When I brought the car to get them installed the technician told me it would take 45 minutes. After 2 hours of waiting I went to the technician and she still didnt know what was wrong. She went to find out and was told the car was too cold to work on and I had to wait for it to be warmer. Plus the visors were the wrong ones and I needed new ones. I explained I missed a meeting waiting and I just wanted my car back. She told me that she would get this corrected and I wouldnt have to pay anything. But its been over 2 weeks now, no one has returned my calls or text messages and I have already prepaid. This is a very dysfunctional service department and I see why their rating is below average (2.6)
The manager is very unprofessional..Terrible customer service....Damage property then turned around and said it was the customers fault..Do not recommend!!!!

I walked into the service department at 3:10pm for a scheduled appointment at 3:15pm for an oil change. Dan Bennett, was irritated with me when I presented a coupon on my phone for $39.95. I asked him how long it would be. He said 45 minutes to an hour so I told him I had someone coming to get me.At 3:25, I received a text that said, Just confirming that I’ll update you about your Edge by text. If you have any questions while it is in our care please text me back. Thanks - Dan at Haley Ford.At 4:04pm I received a phone call from an unfamiliar number so I did not answer it. The same number called back at 4:06 so I answered and it was Dan. He said my vehicle was ready and hed looked for me in the waiting area. I told him I was just down the street at Drewerys Bluff and I would be there in less than 10 minutes. He explained to me that they closed at 4pm and he was staying after hours for me. I apologized and told him I didnt know they closed at 4pm and was walking as fast as I could to get back to give him my debit card information. After 6 minutes, he hung up. I called him right back and he said he could only wait another minute or two. I laughed nervously because I felt bad for keeping him after hours. Then he started yelling at me Maam, Maam, I see how this may be funny to you. Its really very funny. My response- Excuse me?! He proceeded to tell me that I would not be getting my car back until Monday morning if I didnt give him payment. I told him again that I was walking as fast as I could. He asked me angrily again if I was going to give him payment. So I asked him to stop being a jerk and who was his manager. He gave me the name of the manager then I gave him my card information and hung up.I worked retail for 16 years and, if someone came in close to closing, I would tell them when we closed to prevent this scenario. Mr. Bennett never mentioned they closed at 4pm and, called me AFTER 4pm to tell me my vehicle was ready. He then proceeded to get belligerent and nasty with me. He was never apologetic. Ive never been spoken to so rudely by someone completely unprovoked.Once I arrived at the service department, my car was parked in the middle of the lot (not in a parking space). I realized then that he also did not use the coupon. I am completely disgusted with his behavior toward me.
12/2019 When I arrived for my appt. This afternoon I was notified it would probably take 3 hours (OK, but not impressed), and then was told because mechanics were at lunch it would not start when I had carved out time for the appointment. Thus the mediocre rating. I will update it when the repair is completed.1/2020. Better experience today. More communication, but room for improvement.
