No need in wasting your time if you wish to negotiate. I personally felt uneasy here. The finance manager didn’t have an ounce of customer service. They definitely lost a sell.
Anyone can goof up. I was told I needed parts to complete a recall on my vehicle, and I was told I would be called when the parts came in. Well, 3 weeks later, talking to 4 different people, being placed on hold, was finally told parts were in, and that repairs could be scheduled.I was told it would take an hour, and thats about how long it took.
