A job well done.It was easy, in and out. They got my car towed in from far out in Charlottesville.

My cars front bumper got ripped off in a collision, and I was almost hesitant to bring it here because of how few reviews they had. However, I had an awesome experience. I went it to get an estimate, and they did a thorough, but fast, inspection of the damage to provide an accurate estimate. Then they worked closely with the insurer to get my claim handled. I was the bottleneck in getting the car in quickly, but once I did, they did the work within the allotted time and were fast to follow-up and return it to me. They even vacuumed out the inside of my car before returning it to me. How nice! I was treated with respect and they were very friendly every time I went into the shop.I dont know anything about cars, but my bumper is still on my car after a few weeks of their replacement, which I take to mean they did a great job. Plus it looks new and shiny, unlike the rest of my car.

Brought in my 2019 Ford Fusion for repair after a minor fender bender. Worked with Jimmy, just an amazing experience from initial contact to point of pick up. Very communicative, transparent and great work. I hope I will never need body work again, if I do I will be back. Highly recommend this shop.

All the staff were super helpful and made the process of repairing my vehicles bumper easy including working with my insurance company and the rental car company. They were prompt, friendly, and returned my vehicle cleaner than they received it inside and out.

Good body work but not good mechanical work. After taking nearly 2 months and lots of money. My car was returned pulling to the left. I was given a poor reason for why and told it was some centric kit. When upon simple observation the control arms and knuckles are bent and damaged as I had told them to begin with.

They even contacted enterprise to come and pick me up and delivered my car to me !

Terrible first impression. The blonde that got their first this morning obviously doesnt want to be there or help anyone. I arrived at quarter till opening (7:45). A blonde lady pulled up at 10 till, parked, and started walking towards me. She asked if she could help me in a very condescending tone and when I told her I need an estimate and some work done she replied we arent open and you dont have an appointment. I just left. I must have missed where it said I need an appointment.
