I have been going to the particular Starbucks for more than 16 years. It is consistently the best store I have visited in the entire country. Employees are always friendly. They always remember my name and make me feel like family. Lisa who runs the store is the best manager they have had there in my 16 years of visiting. You can not beat their attention and dedication to their customers.

They close at 10 but the two girls inside apparently decided to close early. I arrived at the drive thru at 930. No indication they were closed. After 5 minutes of waiting patiently, I drove to the window and the two girls inside just ignored me. I waited another 5 minutes. They clearly saw me and just kept walking by. Again, no sign that they were closed. And people were outside on the patio. I honked once as a girl was passing by to get her attention as I felt ignored at this point. She smiled at another girl and just got out of view. I went to park and went to the door where the hours posted showed they closed at 10. I wasnt upset they were closed, I was upset at the lack of professionalism. A simple Im sorry we had to close early today would have been fine. Even a little sign on the drive up window would be fine too. But ignoring your customers during normal business hours deserves a 1 star. I hope these two ladies get better training.

I just moved here about a week ago and I always get the best customer service here by all of the employees. I have an even better experience here than I did at the Starbucks in my hometown and it makes me feel very glad that I moved here, because Starbucks runs are part of my daily routine. Everyone is so pleasant, but Tommy stands out and goes above and beyond to provide a good experience for all the customers.

Great location with very friendly employees. Wish there was some more comfortable seating but the few big tables are nice to work at

Great friendly staff! Always seems to provide a positive atmosphere. Drive through line goes fairly quickly. However sometimes it can take up to 15 minutes to get through through line.

My order is almost always wrong. 2 weeks ago, I order a plant based sandwich and a croissant. When I got to work I see I got my sandwich but instead of a croissant I received a pumpkin bread.This week I order a sweet tea, Plant based sandwich and a blue berry muffin. I get to work and the sandwich is ice cold, with unmelted cheese and an unsweetened tea. I even peeked in the bags today to make sure everything looked right.

I live 5 mins away and I have TRIED to be happy with this location but I will now drive out of my way to avoid it! It doesn’t matter how I order...it’s SLOW!I went in about 10pm on a weeknight and ordered a drink. The cashier took my order and then proceeded to put on gloves and clean the counters for about 5 mins! She then took her gloves off and made my drink...the entire time I was the only guest in the lobby and she watched me stand there and watch her clean and WAIT! This is UNACCEPTABLE SERVICECurrent seeking a new coffee shop in the area...

Ambience was soothing, made all the more memorable by the unique courtesy of one Megan, who was all smiles.

Never cease to amaze me. Only starbucks open to 11pm near my house and definitely was a life saver when I needed them most. My drinks were made promptly and they tasted delicious. Great experience will be returning in the future.

This location is good for meeting or working together with couple times, but trying with parking lot.

This Starbucks has a lovely location, friendly and fast staff, and a good (though not great) amount of seating. The outside patio is lovely when the weather is nice, and there is a pleasant little space at the front entrance for sitting to read or write a google review (I’m here now). One downside is that one of the barristas here habitually parks in the front space, taking the space for his entire shift.

I think I scare the staff. They always say hello and greet everyone arrives there except for me. Me Walking in the place with a mask on my face I guess scares some people. It’s hit or miss with the same coffee I order there on a daily basis. Love it when they get it right. I can’t drink it when they don’t do right. It just sit in my center console. I stopped tipping them on the app. Lack consistency.

Quick and friendly service

Nice location. VERY busy, still a good place to meet clients or study. There are 6 tables (2 chairs each) and a bar (pictured) with over 12 seats. Parking can be tough, especially during the morning and lunch rush. Very nice staff! I have had many lovely conversations with the staff and manager.

Coffee tasted like straight water. You guys are killing the name of the company. Staff needs some more education on the proper specifications to put in the right amount of water when it comes to coffee. I didnt mean to sound rude but I was pretty upset after my coffee.

Its your typical starbucks. Baristas have always been friendly when I go, and they are working real hard. Always. Right now theres no inside drinking but the place stays super clean and theres always a line at the drive through. Despite all this when I order for in store pick up, its super fast and efficient.

I got a shrink volume of Iced Matcha Latte. Haven’t drunk any yet...Not really happy about this.

I think first time I have ever been the only person in the drive thru at this location. The employee was very cheerful sounding while placing our order and just as friendly when we received our order made me want to return to this location instead of going to any other one. Employees were all wearing masks and gloves and following the new covid-19 cleanliness rules.

This used to be the only Starbucks that was open from 4AM to 12AM. I got off from work at 11 and drove over here only to find theyve changed the hours to 5AM to 11PM. I have never had a problem with any staff of any Starbucks. They have always been nice and friendly. All my love to them. What pisses me off is the manager or owner or whoever the uck that ucked me over when I drove 80 mph to make it over here only sit on the porch and write this review. Someone ucked up. If I wanted something at 11 AM Id go to the one by my house. Im willing to take down this review upon the reinstatement of the old hours.

I drink straight long shots everyday. I can tell when Im given dark Christmas blend with shots of espresso because long shots take too long for you to pull. Should have all fit in a short cup with a little room but it didnt because youre trying to be lazy so you put it in a tall cup and eyeballed it.

This location is the most convenient for my family and I, but we will no longer be going here. They are always out of stuff we want, and are incredibly slow. Two times I had to wait over 20 minutes for a mobile order, and that was after my 5 minute drive there. Not to mention the staff doesn’t seem to care. They just call your name... no apologizes for the delay, nothing!

What can I say? Starbucks is always consistent in product and service. Also they have the most friendly staff. I am a Starbucks addict. I love Starbucks.

Watch out! This location charges you to add cream to your drink. On the app it is free but to add a splash of heavy cream is $.70 almost the same as another shot of espresso.

Overpriced drinks. Most of the drinks I’ve tried are also too sweet, so not very healthy. Plus, they like to fill your cup with lots of ice so you really don’t get much for what you pay for. The only reason I go to any Starbucks is when I get a gift card from work, otherwise I’d rather go spend my money somewhere else. Employees were friendly though.

Fast and good

This place was slow a few weeks ago! I was in the drive through for over 10-15 mins. This is the second or third time on the weekend that I’ve had to wait this long I was gonna let it pass the first time but the last two times it has just been ridiculous the only time that they want to be speedy and fast is during the week when all the business people are open around this area but on the weekends it’s like I don’t care how long it takes for your coffee to be ready!

Fast service, great coffee

Usually a fast drive thru especially early in the morning. This morning was different. Ordered food and was told it would be 10 min because the ovens are warming up. Well...it was more than that and was late to work. I was in the DT ordering at 535 am and left the lot at 555 am.

I just went in to have a meeting with some one to look at photos. But it was clean and nice. It was not very well lit, and there were a lot of people there for the tiny space. But still nice

This location deserves 5 stars in my opinion! I came before work on a busy Friday morning, and the drive-thru line was wrapped around the parking lot. I went inside and was greeted which was nice. The employee who took my order was super friendly and helped me get in a good mood for the day. The order was completed promptly and the barista was also very nice. This was all despite being super busy and under a lot of stress, so Im impressed. Very good service.

Is the coffee REALLY worth the price? After waiting in drive thru for almost 13 minutes, I asked myself this question. I finally decided that with the right additives I could brew just as strong, and flavorful, cup of coffee at home.
