There is simply no question that Krispy Kreme Doughnuts are a step above all others and this one was no exception. The store was clean, staff members were polite and cheerful, and their bathrooms are also clean. The iced filled donuts are truly something special! Regular glazed are good, but the blueberry is something really worth tasting, these babies melt in your mouth! Ate way too many. So many choices to make. All were good!

I ordered 5 creme filled donuts at $1.50 each that may as well had been regular glazed donuts being that they were hardly filled with anything!!!!! I went through the drive thru on May 14, 2021 just before 5pm and ordered a 3 pack and when I looked at the donuts I was shocked at the poor quality just by looking at them. I ordered a chocolate glazed which clearly had some mess ups when it came to the chocolate on top. I also ordered a regular glazed which looked like off (I will let you decide how it looked). Finally, I had a raspberry filled which had very little filling in it, in fact I ate most of before I even got to any filling and if it hadnt had the red hole on the side Id thought it had none.I LOVE KRISPY KREME DONUTS but they must have been training someone that day and still sold their less than par donuts.

Came at 9 to get my 3 year old a sprinkle donut and they are closed??? After advertising that they’re open till 10pm!!! Read the reviews now I’m happy I didn’t get a donut from this nasty place.

… what are these. This is the first I have ever seen donuts from Krispy Kreme look this. They’re small and burnt and when we checked them out they told us the whole batch came out that way…

We called ahead to see if they were open for drive thru only and Kevin was very polite on the phone regarding their operating procedures. When we actually came by to get our doughnuts, Kevin was at the speaker in the drive thru and took our order with a really positive attitude. Our doughnuts tasted great, as you would expect, and we got them pretty quick.

This place is horrible and trashy! The whole store looks run down and not taken care of. The drive thru speaker is broken so you have to order at the window making the whole process take so long . AND after waiting 10 minutes in the drive thru to get up to order, the sales associate said that they aren’t selling half of what they advertised on the menu.

The donuts are so doughy not fluffy…. maybe it’s an old batch. The choco glaze was not full either. Disappointed. Also the price they charge me for 3 original and 3 choco glazed was for half dozen, which is more than if u just buy them as singles. Never coming back again.

My office regularly buys KK donuts by the dozen. Today after lunch, I was in the mood for a single donut, so decided to try out their COVID vaccination offer of a free glazed donut. Asked for one at the menu board then drove around to show my card. The guy at the window says you have to request it at the speaker, so now you have to pay because its too much work to cancel the order. Gimme a break. Customer Service 101 fail!

Their donuts are so soft and light it’s amazing. My favorite is the classic glazed donuts but if you fancy fillings they have a pretty wide selection too. When the sign is red it means they just baked some glazed donuts so make sure you stop over and get some hot ones

Went on Wednesday, 5/5/21 to get a courtesy donut for getting the COVID vaccine, and to get three donuts. I was in the drive through, and had the fortune of being taken care of by Michelle. She was extremely nice, and suggested that I purchase a 1/2 dozen doughnuts. I did, and left feeling that she valued me as a customer.She even gave me directions to Chilosos, which had moved to the area, from the Campbell Rd location. Thank you Michelle, for making my visit so pleasant.

So very disappointing they did away with their cream-filled (think Twinkie-style filling, not pudding) glaze-covered donuts.They still offer the chocolate-covered cream-filled, but thats it. Im not a fan of chocolate donuts, so this does not work for me.Consider Shipley Donuts as an option, they have twinkie-style cream-filled on their regular menu of offerings.I understand they need a rotation of seasonal or special offerings, but a glazed cream-filled? Cmon KK, bring em back permanently.Thanks.

Had a taste for Krispy Kreme and cold milk. Stopped by. Long story short. I thought I was given mini or jr donuts and not the regular. Teenage clerk said those are regular. Gave me 2 free to compensate for tiny size. Is this every store now? Their regular glazed are half the size, almost no glaze and same price. Next customer agreed with me that regular are definitely not the classic donuts usually offered by the company. Will not return. They are thin, light glaze with large hole. Think hoola hoop. More krunchy than light or fluffy. This is how you lose your customers. Im definitely done with this location. P.S. I posted pictures. Judge for yourself. My hands and normal size. These donuts have definitely been reduced in size. The staff were friendly but the product is lower quality.

So disappointing. There was no the original ones, thats the most famous doughnut. And the ones that I purchased were cold and not fresh. I have heard so many wonderful things about this specific types of doughnuts that I had my expectations high. Next time, I will go to a different location to give it another shot.

It is not like it used to be.They got my order wrong. I ordered drive through, 1 1/2 dozen, 4 of them was supposed to be choc iced w/ kreme filling and they gave me original glazed. Really??!! I even showed them on the phone the donuts I want. Donut size is getting smaller and price is going up for assorted dozen. I will not buy there again for awhile. If I ordered, it will be online.

Last Wednesday around 9:30am I drove for 30 min just to get those hot fresh donuts but I wish i didn’t. The drive through was closed, so I had to get off the car with my pyjamas and asked the attendant if donuts were fresh. He confirmed they were. I got sick from here last Sunday night. I watched the guy go to the sink and wash his gloves with soapy water (I used to work in restaurants - that is a HUGE sin!! ALWAYS change gloves when switching to another task), then he unknowingly touched his face. I explained he should put down the doughnut he just picked up and get me a new one because of me watching what he just did.I explained that I was not angry at him or anything, and he goes on about policy. The whole vibe was IDGAF, that shouldve been my warning. He changed the doughnut but I still got ill up all that night with diarrhea.The ONE time I was craving a doughnut.I know were all going through a tough time, but that doesnt excuse being safe - even if our job is humble and not glorious.

Dallas has loads of donut shops, some of the best. Los Angeles, NYC, Boston, Chicago, etc..they pale in comparison to what Dallas has to offer in the way of donuts at every major intersection. So there is no reason to go to Krispy Kreme. The only thing they have going for them is a drive through convenience and they get an extra star for offering warm donuts, and the glaze is alright. Otherwise,1. The oils they use for frying are too potent. You can taste something strange in the dough.2. The fillings arent smooth and tend to be gritty. The texture is off.3. Too much yeast meaning the small donut is even smaller than expected.4. chocolate on top of donuts is too solidified.

Yes, their donuts are tasty, but at this specific location, I’ve always had not-so-great encounters with the staff. I like Krispy Kreme... just not this one.If you’re looking for just original glazed, along with other donut classics, then Krispy Kreme is great, but for the most part, I like having a wider variety to choose from, so this place is not it.

My granddaughter and I waited at the counter inside the shop for over 15 minutes and was ignored by everyone working there. The middle aged man who SHOULD HAVE waited on us kept filling box after box after box of donuts but totally ignored the 3 paying customers. He saw the 2 other gentlemen behind me also walk out the door and.made NO ATTEMPT to serve us. Two or three other younger women were also working but not one of them acknowledged us. These were not people making donuts but employees who were hired to wait on customers.I would hope that corporate would train their employees in CUSTOMER SERVICE so that they dont lose anymore business. Krispy Kreme lost 3 today.

Normally have a great experience here. Not today. The customer service was lacking. I asked for donuts from a particular rack in the case & was told no because theyre all the same. I replied the ones I asked for appeared fresher. The service associate appeared agitated and unconcerned. A gentleman behind us suggested we get a dozen donuts as they are only $5 today. I then asked the associate if that was true because that would have been helpful information. I am no clearly irritated. I OWN a Cafe/Bakery and this would not be tolerated from my staff. The customer is not always right but Excellent Customer service is always REQUIRED. Had my card not already been swiped I would have left. This location is always a go to when Im in town. I will take my revenue to a location/business where my dollars are appreciated. We must do better it only takes one bad experience to change perception.

I went in to use my birthday incentive for free donut and coffee. Jessica greeted me and immediately brought me my free HOT Donut and was very friendly and helpful which made it even a better visit. I sat and enjoyed my coffee and donuts (plural) IN seating area which was very comfy with a little sofa. It was a great experience. Happy birthday to me!

(Experienced this for the 3rd time )I always purchase a dozen, I usually buy donuts late,( like around 9pm) whenever I buy them, the guy goes inside and packs them for me.And they NEVER gave me what I asked for. Instead they gave me the ones which I dont like.And I didnt checked them there to see if he had given me the right ones,since I believe mistakes wont happen all the time.I also gave an online feedback but never heard back.And the floor inside the register was always filthy with crushed donuts, with a wet mop.IM NEVER GOING TO THIS LOCATION AGAIN.

Came at this Krispy Kreme Tuesday morning thinking that I will get fresh donuts for the family so I ordered a dozen assorted donuts took them home and the only fresh ones were regular glazed. All the other ones were from The day before. I was very disappointed and I will go only go to Krispy Kreme if I want regular glazed donuts because otherwise they’re donuts taste the same as Quicktrip.

The original glazed donuts are so good! I sometimes try the fancy ones but keep coming back to the original glazed. Go when the sign is lit for the best experience.Update: theyve been a little less generous the last few times Ive visited the store. In the past, they would give a free original glazed when the light was on. They havent recently. :(

Ive given this location many chances, simply because its the closest to me. Seems like there is a different problem every time. 4 employees up front and yet the line is out the door. Theyre extremely slow. I was finally able to order my donuts and he got it all wrong. Whole tray of glazed raspberry donuts and he goes to the back to look for more. The people behind me had their donuts and were out the door before I was and I ended up walking out empty handed. This location is not kept clean, their employees are rude, slow, and have no idea whats going on. Oh, and even though there was very few glazed left, they were not in the process of baking more and majority of people go to Krispy Kreme for the fresh, warm, glazed donuts. Yall dropped the ball big time.I ended up going to the location on marsh. The place was spotless, I got my donuts ordered correctly and received them quickly with only 1 employee upfront. Kudos to them, it is not difficult to sell donuts and yet the belt line location screws it up every weekend for me.

Drive-through was not working, I just was seating there waiting for nothing at 6:20 am. Parked and went inside to find that they dont have glazed donuts ready. As donut shop I would think that they would have it ready 25 minutes after they opened. On top of it half of the flavores that they offer were not available. Way to start Monday, would never go back, have to find new Monday donut place.

Im a loyal member of Krispy Kreme but today was a big disappointment. The donuts where hot but for some reason they are hard as a rock a couple of hours later. I can usually walk and wat them for days but this is very unusual. Sad

I enjoy the glazed donuts the most. Even when they are not hot out of the oven. If you go in when the fresh sign is on you will be in for a treat. I try to stop by a few times a month to get donuts for my coworkers.

02/13/19-after waiting a while in the drive thru line, we were informed that there were no glazed donuts. We bought chocolate donuts, however, they were not fresh like they typically are. We bought hot chocolate but they didnt put whipped cream. The hot chocolate was not hot either.

My son and I came here for the first time. The two guys there looked at us, looked at each other, then laughed. Then they did the same thing again. And the place was dirty. We went to the little place next door instead. It was delicious. Highly recommend that place.

Went by yesterday to get 2 donuts. Shout out to the manager who gave me my order + 3 for my wait for FREE. As usual, the donuts were delicious. And the kindness was a nice BONUS.

Last time I went by it was around 9pm. they were cleaning up, a young man and an older lady. I noticed that a young lady was visiting with the older lady, as the guy was ringing me up the woman put several bottles of milk and tea into the young womans bag. It was obvious to me they were stealing the products and in my confusion as to why they would be doing this I looked around for cameras and of course they have some but they didnt seem to matter to these two enterprising ladies.Anyway, when I got home I looked in my box of donuts found several small roaches so I ended up throwing out my purchase.

Really messy behind counter, literally half made donuts scattered across the floor and mop water (or some kind of water ) trickling out of a back room. Most of the donuts that were on display looked like the ones any normal krispy kreme would throw out. Not to mention they wrote on a piece of paper and placed it on the drive through speaker(misspelled by the way) Drive through closed, while literally I could see one of them just chilling outside smoking right behind the drive-through speaker.
